In the darkness of the castle hall of the clan head of the Children of The Night, Kiara hid behind a wall. Kiara's hands clenched tightly and she tried to adjust the rhythm of her breathing to make it calmer.
Finally Kiara was getting closer to her goal of disguising as a slave and going through various sufferings in order to get inside this castle!
Everything's paid. He has found where Magnus hid the woman he had to save.
Kiara waited for a long time, but Magnus never came out from behind the secret door that fused with the wall. Designed so nicely, so that no one knows.
Kiara's running out of time. He can't wait any longer. At least he already knew Gwendolyn's whereabouts on the first day he entered this castle.
With a slow, almost soundless step, Kiara left the place and returned to the main part of the castle.
“Where are you? I've been looking for you.” Ansel's voice shocked Kiara.
With a sweet smile, Kiara turned her body around. “You're done showering, sir? I go to the kitchen for a while.”
“Kitchen?” Ansel looked at it from top to bottom with a probing gaze. “You're not a waiter. Why are you wearing a waitress? Change your clothes now.”
“Replace with what clothes, Sir? I am also not a prostitute*ur, so I will not wear that outfit.”
Suddenly Ansel pulls Kiara until their bodies are almost attached. The man scrunched his forehead and inhaled the scent of Kiara's body.
“Why is the smell of your blood not as strong as it was?” Ansel continued to sniff from his hair to Kiara's neck, like a dog tracking a criminal presence.
“Let me go, Sir. You make me uncomfortable.” Kiara's hands were cold, clasped so tightly by the vampire.
“I didn't smell your blood in this castle at all a moment ago. I thought you escaped.”
“Where can I escape to, sir? This castle is on an island.” Kiara lowered her eyes. He couldn't be honest that he had just drank the potion he had made earlier.
“I told you to get out of the room does not mean you can roam around at will. From now on, don't stay away from me. Many of Magnus' emissaries will not hesitate to drink your blood. Understand?”
Kiara nodded her head quickly, then Ansel took off the grip of her hand and moved away from Kiara.
“After sunset, we will go hunting in the forest?”
“I'm also coming, Mister?” Kiara swallowed her saliva. He recalled the words of the man he had met earlier at the forest border.
“Of course you're in.”
“S-I don't know how to hunt. You better go alone. I'll wait for you in the room. I promise I won't come out.”
“You come with me,” said Ansel firmly without giving room for negotiation.

It turns out Kiara was told to go hunting only to be used as a lifter for Ansel's luggage. His legs and shoulders lifted a heavy weight.
Kiara glanced cynically at the man sitting on the brown stallion. Ansel didn't offer her a ride.
“You're slow once.”
“I walk on two legs, Sir. While you sit on a four-legged animal that was created by God to run fast.”
Ansel turned his gaze towards Kiara. “You always have been? There is always a reply coming out of your mouth. I thought, what made you end up a slave?”
