Chapter 21. Curious

"The medicine box is in my room. We're going there to treat your wounds."

Eiger walked first to leave Zoe. He tried to shift the girl's question that she looked different.

"Eiger, wait!" shout Zoe.

When the Eiger walked first, apparently the girl felt annoyed at being ignored. Slowly Zoe begins to balance the Eiger's path to her boarding house. The pain in his knee had been ignored for a while. Just a little scuff, not too severe either, right.

Almost reaching his boarding place, Eiger stopped by for a while to buy groceries. He also bought it for an unexpected guest. While Zoe waited for him in front of the supermarket because he did not hold enough money to shop there.

Zoe's version of the cocky girl then walked into the supermarket. However, his steps stopped when Eiger came out carrying several bags of groceries.

"Eiger!" greet the girl.

"What's wrong?" ask Eiger.

"I'm looking for you. Where have you been? I tried calling your phone, but you didn't pick it up."

"For what? Aren't we over?"

Eiger prepares to beat the bodyguard of his ex-girlfriend. He felt his privacy was deeply disturbed. He handed over some bags of groceries for Zoe to carry. The Eiger fights to get rid of him. Actually it's a non-committal fight. The Eiger must fight two bodyguards at once.

Not only was the Eiger battered, the two bodyguards were the same. Eiger manages to defeat them when Zoe helps him throw some of the fruits that Eiger accidentally bought tonight. After the burly bodyguard was defeated, Biana acted.

"Enough, Eiger. I'm sorry, but please explain to me. Who's the girl?" ask Biana.

"He's my lover."

Biana no longer chased. He let the pair of men and women go from before him. There was a terrible pain when Eiger found out he had a replacement.

Eiger releases Zoe's hand. The boarding place is not far from its current position.

"Eiger, who's the girl?"

"Why? You're disturbed, aren't you?"

"No. I'm just not comfortable with his look. Yes, even though I'm not a stupid girl, I realize that you're just pretending to make her jealous. That's right, isn't it?"

"This is where I live. If you want to rest first, please come in. I'll go to the kitchen first to prepare dinner."

When his heart refused, but his soul agreed to enter the not-so-great room. Zoe decided to sit in the living room that looked simple and clean.

"This is the boarding house. Why has the Eiger changed so drastically? Didn't he look like a rich man some time ago?" zoe said in her heart.

Aih, when Zoe thought of herself. He forgot that Eiger was also injured when the man tried to help himself.

"Let's eat!" eiger's orders.

The man was carrying two dishes containing spaghetti bolognese. The appearance is not very attractive, but the aroma makes a hungry stomach want to eat it immediately.
