Chapter 47. Suspicions

Blerim picked up his phone after the meeting. He was worried because Eiger had not told him. In fact, Blerim had asked Eiger to preach it right after arriving.

Blerim was surprised when he saw the incoming message in the form of a photo of a girl who was in a warehouse. The girl was identified as a kidnapping victim.

"Isn't this Zoe?" tanyanya.

"What's the matter, brother? Meeting is over. Why are you still here?" ask David.

"It's okay. I was just surprised to read the news today. A little less interesting" Blerim reasoned.

Blerim rushed into his room. He better call Eiger first. Who knows, he doesn't know yet.

"Hello, Uncle. What was? I'm on the way" replied Eiger hurriedly.

"I'll send you a picture. Please make sure and find out who dares to do this to Zoe."

Blerim severed the one-sided relationship. He rushes to send a message to Eiger.

The Eiger who received the message grew even more panicked. If he remembered what he saw at this moment, then his mind was not on Balthis or Jean. Precisely the person who has the potential to kidnap her is Biana. For a long time the girl was upset with him.

"Damn! Why would Biana do such a thing?"

Eiger could not bear if Zoe who did not know anything, then used as an impingement by the mistakes of others. Eiger does not know where Biana holds Zoe, but Eiger can meet her first.

The journey from the lake to Biana residence is quite far. The Eiger takes a lot of time. Before getting there, Eiger tries to contact Biana. Honey, the girl won't pick up the Eiger's call.

Eiger. He put his phone on the dashboard of his car. He increased his full speed while driving. Several times Eiger pressed the horn as he pleased so that the people in front of him immediately gave way.

Eiger got out of her car when she reached Biana's yard. Unwilling to wait for long, Eiger rushed to press the doorbell of the empty-looking house. His frustration clearly culminated when Eiger thought that Biana was the one who committed the heinous act.

"Eiger?" greet Biana when she finds out that the man she misses is coming home. "You must miss me, right?"

"Where are you holding Zoe?" asked Eiger in a very rude voice.

"Wait on! I don't understand what you mean?"

"Already, Bi. You don't pretend. You're the one who kidnapped Zoe and locked her up somewhere." Eiger showed me pictures of the abduction.

Biana took a step back. He does chase back Eiger's love, but he never uses that cruel way.

"Sorry, you better go home now. You never trust me again. Better get going!" Biana kicked the Eiger out for a reason. That Biana felt hurt by the accusations that had never been made by her.

"Bi, don't be like that! Admit it if you did. If not, don't blame me for reporting this incident to the police" Eiger said.

Biana, who felt she had done nothing wrong, had the right to be angry with the Eiger.

"Eiger, all this time I was chasing my love back. But, regarding this kidnapping, I did nothing. You can ask my daddy. I was home all day. My condition's not okay."

Eiger stared at Biana's face intensely. He knows what lies and honesty are. Seeing his face, Eiger took a few steps back.

"I'm sorry" said Eiger, and the man backed off to get back in his car.

This opportunity will never repeat itself. Instead Biana chased after the man and then hugged him from behind. Very tight.

"Bi, release!" Eiger opened Biana's hand which hugged her very tightly.

"Eiger, just let me be like this for a second. At least until my longing for you is healed. Then, I will also thank the kidnapper. Because of him, you came to me. I miss you so much."

"Forget the meeting today! I'm just here to find Zoe, not to see you."

It's so painful. Eiger seems to have forgotten himself. No problem for Biana. If today fails, there is tomorrow to succeed.

Soon Eiger drove the car out of his yard. He headed to his extended family office. He wants to see Blerim.

"Eiger, how? Did you find him?" blerim asked when the man had entered his uncle's room.

"Yet, Uncle. After this I'll go again."

"Biana, how? Did he confess?"

Eiger.

"Then, who do you suspect?"

"Mom and Dad are impossible. There seems to be someone else who doesn't like me."

When the conversation was not over, David and Balthis came to Blerim's room. They want to bring lunch together. Actually Eiger wanted to hide this problem, but Balthis was still able to read it.

"What's up, Eiger? You seem very anxious" said Balthis.

"Zoe was kidnapped, Pa," answered Eiger. He also wanted to know how Balthis responded to her.

"really? Have you asked for help in finding her."

"Yet, Pa. I'll find it myself." Eiger's confidence is very high. He also did not want to trouble his family.

"We'll help you. David, tell them. Ask for help finding Zoe!" Balthis's orders.

"Okay, brother," answered David.

David came out of the room, while Balthis was still there.

"Tumben Brother came to my room?" ask Blerim.

"I want to take you to lunch. This time it's not a VVIP room anymore. But I will take you to a different place. How's it?"

This was Balthis' attempt to reconcile his family back. Before he decided to move Blerim to a branch of the company elsewhere.

"By, Pa. But, earlier I said thank you. After lunch, I will look for Zoe's whereabouts first" replied Eiger.

"You will be accompanied by David" concluded Balthis. After that, get out of Blerim's room.

Now, Eiger and Blerim look at each other. Indeed they could not suspect Balthis without evidence. However, when he asks David to contact someone, Blerim begins to become suspicious of him.

"Eiger knows what Uncle is thinking right now. But I don't think it matters anymore. At least you're gonna help me."

"You're right. But, my suspicions will remain as long as Elov has not been found. The gunshot wound you have is his. Maybe you're still part of Willard right now. Gradually, Brother Balthis will kick you out quickly."

"I don't care about that, Uncle. As long as I have shares here, getting kicked out is up to you."

Eiger is not a typical desperate man, but for now not only his life is threatened, but the people who are by his side.
