Chapter 8. A Little Secret of Balthis

Today, the Eiger is ready as usual. He's going to the office along with his uncle, Blerim. Now he sits with the whole family at the dinner table.

"Where are you going?" ask Jean to Eiger.

"To the office, Ma."

"Don't call me that!" jean protest.

Jean forgot. She should have told her husband to fire Eiger. He doesn't deserve to be there.

"Sister, take care of your attitude at the dinner table!" blerim Tegur.

The originally quiet breakfast atmosphere turned into a commotion. If Jean does not want to communicate with Eiger, the woman should choose to remain silent.

"Blerim, you better not make your brother-in-law angry" Balthis said.

As the only woman in the mansion, Jean occupies one of the highest socialites in her country. She did not have a single competitor within her husband's family mansion. She was also treated like a queen.

Blerim was silent. She cares about her brother, especially Eiger. He willingly guided Eiger until he understood the business world well. He is intelligent, but not a typical emotional man.

Eiger's done eating. He was going to the office by taxi. Remembering he was self-aware that what he had right now was not his.

"Eiger, wait for Uncle!" call Blerim. He wanted to go with his nephew.

While Balthis and David went in the same car. They will meet at Willard's office not far from the mansion, but it takes a long time to pass through the crowded streets.
