Chapter 39. Great Hope

"I-I'm pregnant, Eiger!" biana hesitated.

This was deliberately done so that Eiger would marry him. He has gone through a lot of consideration with his father.

Eiger and Blerim. Eiger could have immediately rejected him for not feeling like he was doing anything. However, Blerim gives the code that Biana is looking for a justification for herself.

"really?" tanya Eiger flat. "Have we ever done anything bad?"

Yes, during the relationship with the Eiger, the man never had a forbidden relationship at all. Especially to fuck her before marriage. For him, it was a taboo to keep the Willard family's good name.

"You forgot about it, Eiger. We stayed at a hotel together. Did you forget?" Biana's efforts to make up stories are very dizzy. He's not very good at theatrics.

"We have to go to the hospital, Biana" Eiger said.

"You don't believe that this is your son?" biana asked as if she was cornering the Eiger.

Blerim tries to dampen Eiger's worries. He hoped that his nephew would not think about negative things.

Being in a different place and mood made Balthis feel a moment of tranquility. Today he and his wife intend to visit the hospital in question.

"Darling, I don't think I want to come. I'm afraid of bad news about Elov" said Jean.

"Hey, don't think negatively, honey. May our efforts bear fruit" said Balthis.

After breakfast, Jean was still lounging in her hotel room. She was very scared about her son.

"Jean, you better get ready now. I can't wait too long. The more we buy it, the Eiger's chance to take control of the company and all of Elov's property will be longer."

Remembering Eiger, Jean rushed down from the bed. He didn't want Elov to get nothing because of the boy. It will be more complicated to restore the situation as before.

A strong attachment leads Balthis to a hospital that was allegedly the last place of Elov a few years ago. He needs a medical record of a patient that happened about 8 or 9 years ago.

Unfortunately, the hospital did not indicate the whereabouts of Elov there. Jean looks worried.

"Ehm, look. We are indeed looking for the whereabouts of the last suspected boy in this hospital. There is no other name that could possibly lead to our son, about 8 or 9 years ago" Balthis said.

"Sorry, Sir. We haven't been able to find the data that fast. If you'd like, tomorrow or the day after tomorrow you can come back here."

Yes, the time it takes is quite long. After getting the data, not to mention doing the next process until it finds a bright spot. They wanted to give up, but they had gone too far.

"Darling, how?" Balthis tried to seek approval from his wife.

"It's okay, honey. Hopefully the hospital will find that data soon."

Today, David hasn't sent out any reports when Balthis checked emails on his laptop. He leaned his back against the sofa of the hotel room. Balthis predicted he would be in the country within one to two months.

"David reported the Eiger to you?"

"Yet. There may not be anything to report yet."

Balthis was wrong. Wanting to log out on his email account, he suddenly saw an incoming message from David. There's good news for him.

"Hey, why are you smiling like that? David sent good news, yes!"

Balthis. However, he did not take the message seriously.

"It's just an unstable girl who is pursuing her love" Balthis explained.

"You mean?"

"Biana. Honey, it wasn't as smooth as her plan. I think the thinking is short enough, not too detailed, to fail to face the Eiger."

"Ck, the girl seems to need to be approached to fight the Eiger."

Balthis was looking for a rift to destroy the Eiger's life. He was waiting for the news he would bring when he returned.

"We have to attack the Eiger from different angles, Jean. The man was too strong when he was next to Blerim. I suspect that Blerim has a blood relationship with Eiger."

"What do you mean?"

"Have you forgotten what happened decades ago? When Blerim was lying weakly in a hospital bed? Eiger is the seed left to her lost lover."

Makes sense indeed. But to accuse without evidence is foolishness. Balthis did not want to be considered a fool by everyone.

"How about we do a DNA test between Eiger and Blerim?" jean Monsul.

"Yes, you're right, honey. I'm gonna have David do the test."

Balthis.

"Hey, why is it that way? What's up?" jean asked as she saw her husband lose his spirit.

"What if Eiger turns out to be Blerim's son? While Elov hasn't been found."

Jean took a deep breath and then exhaled. This is so bad. Not only was Elov's position threatened, but also the people would maintain the Eiger's position as Blerim's son.

Not willing to be dragged into a long dilemma, Jean decided to take her husband for a walk.

"Darling, I want to go for a walk. Aren't you tired of being in this hotel all day?"

Actually bored, but this is how Balthis shut himself away from the chaos he caused from the past.

"If you want to go, just go! I'm staying at this hotel until the afternoon. It's gonna be a new night out."

Jean was upset that her husband refused. However, her husband's phone rang as the hospital renewed her if tomorrow they could come again. Balthis was very happy to have such news.

"So, tomorrow we can go to the hospital, huh?"

"Yes, Honey. Hope you get some good news, yes!"

The expectation is great, but the hospital certainly gives a different answer. That doesn't matter. At least Balthis found his son.
