While in the hospital garden, Dee sat with her eyes closed. The tears that came out from the corner of her eyes signified a very deep sadness in her heart. His hands were unceasingly scrolling the grains of the prayer mat followed by a mouth that unceasingly spoke miser.

Dee researched every face of Bella. There's an expression Dee can't read from Bella's face.

"How, Son?" tanya Dee intends to ask the situation of Zahra and Ibra after surgery.

"How's Ken?" ask Dee sissily.

"Doctor," call Kenzo to have the Doctor answer Dee's question.

Doctor smile. "The operation is smooth, Madam. Taun Ibra and Miss Zahra, congratulations" said the doctor who made Dee breathe a sigh of relief.

"Why are you crying?" ask Dee confused. Shouldn't they be happy to hear this news. But they all cried as if they were lost.

"Look, ma'am," said the doctor paused a little.

Dee turned to look at the Doctor waiting for an explanation from the Doctor.

"As the operation progressed, Mr. Ibra was critical and lost his heartbeat. While Miss Zahra had a great seizure, Madam," the doctor began the story.

Dee shut her mouth in disbelief hearing the doctor's words. It turned out that his uneasiness a few hours ago, this was the cause.

"Then?" ask Dee carefully.

"Alhamdulillah," said Dee grateful with tears should adorn his face.

"When can I see my son and my husband?" ask Dee.

"We will immediately transfer Mr. Ibra and Ms. Zahra to the treatment room. After that, the Madam and the family can see their situation," replied the Doctor.

Dee nodded. "Thank you, Doctor," said Dee sincerely who replied to a nod of the head.by the Doctor.

After that, the doctor returned to the Operating room to immediately take care of the move Ibra and Zahra for treatment.

"You scared Umi, Bella" said with a smile she looked at Bella who was in Al's arms.

"Bella's happy, Umi. Not knowing how to tell Umi. Sorry to scare Umi, yes," said Bella.

Dee smiled and shook her head. "Umi understand, son," Dee replied sincerely.

"Honey," call Kenzo gently to hold Zahra's hand.

Kenzo sat on the chair next to Zahra's bed, with Sela on his lap. The boy was still fully equipped with his school clothes. After Zahra is transferred to the treatment room, Sela and Shasa come to the hospital with their driver.

"Why doesn't Buna wake up, Dad?" sela looked at Kenzo.

Kenzo smiled and kissed Sela's forehead. "Patience, Son. Mom will soon wake up" replied Kenzo.

"But long," said Sela snatched upset because her beloved Mother did not wake up.

"Please go to Grandpa's first place, can I?" ask Sela again.

Kenzo nodded. "Sela can be alone or Daddy interracial?" ask Kenzo.

"Cendili. Grandpa's outcast is in the cleft," said Della directly down.

Kenzo smiled looking at Sela's small back that had already disappeared from behind the door.

"Look, Honey. Our son is so enthusiastic waiting for you to wake up" said Kenzo.

Kenzo again clasped Zahra's hand free from the infusion. He kissed repeatedly the back of Zahra's pale-looking hands.

"Well wake up, honey. You don't miss me. You don't miss Sela? A lot is waiting for your consciousness, dear," said Kenzo softly.

Kenzo leaned forward and peeked long at Zahra's forehead. Really, this guy misses his girl a lot. The woman who really ruined her life. The woman who really stole his heart long ago. The woman who made Kenzo fall into this woman's love.

"I love you, dear," said Kenzo after tucking into Zahra's forehead and gazing at Zahra's shady veneer that seemed very peaceful and comfortable in his unconscious.

In another room, Dee sat on a chair next to Ibra's bed. On his right and left stood two petite girls who were faithful looking at their grandfather's handsome face.

Dee looked over and smiled looking at the two grandchildren. "Please pray that your grandfather will wake up soon, yes" Dee said softly.

Sela and Shasa nodded. "Yes, Grandma," Sela and Shasa replied simultaneously.

"Aren't you going to change your clothes?" dee asked, looking at the two.

Again and again, Sela and Shasa answered simultaneously. They simultaneously shook their heads to answer Dee's question.

"Change clothes first. Tomorrow we have to wear this shirt again" Dee said.

Sela and Shasa looked at each other. The two of them grinned sinlessly at Dee. "We have permission, Grandma" replied Shasa.

"What adultery?" ask Dee.

"Pure for the libul of Sunday's catu," it was Sela's turn to answer.

Dee looked at the two grandchildren with question marks.

"Hehe, don't tell the parents, Grandma. The reason we have permission from the teacher is because we want to take care of Grandpa and Mother Zahra" replied Shasa.

"But-"

"Occidential Grandma. We want to take care of Grandpa and Buna" said Sela with a face wash.

"You guys are really naughty" said Dee smilingly flicking the foreheads of her two grandchildren in turn.

They're just four plus Ibra in Ibra's room. While others go home first to prepare clothes and other necessities.
