Kenzo crouched down in front of the two mini-sized mounds of earth that were side by side. His mouth was no longer crying, but both of his eyes were still emitting an insignificant sadness. After finishing praying, Kenzo did not go home immediately and chose to sit first with his children who were different from the world.
"Let's go home, Ken," Ibra asked.
Kenzo just nodded. Help Dad to calm Mother later, son. Inner Kenzo softly stared at the two mounds of earth.
Afterwards, Kenzo's view turned to another mound of land that looked beautiful with its green grass. You take your brothers, son. Please keep your blessing in giving happiness to Mother and Sela, your sister. Inner Kenzo.
Yes, the tomb of the twins is located next to the tomb of Akbar. Kenzo deliberately paid there because he had his children gathered in one place to make it easy to visit him.
Kenzo rested on the ground to stand up immediately. With his legs still shaking, Kenzo walked away from the tomb with Anggara, Ibra and Al.
Someday I will also gather with you there. Wait for Dad, son. Inner Kenzo turned to look at the three blood tombs of his flesh that first visited heaven.
.....
"When do you wake up, Grandma?" ask Sela to Dee.
Now it's just the two of them in Zahra's room. Others went to the canteen to fill their stomachs.
"So pray, son. The doctor's mother had said that Mother would wake up soon" replied Dee gently.
"It's been a while, Grandma. From noon to evening," replied the boy with a grievous smile.
Dee rubbed gently on Sela's head. The boy had not moved from beside Zahra since she was removed from the operating room.
"Let's sit on the couch, son. Sela must be tired of standing still," asked Dee gently.
Sela shook her head. "Sela wants to be the first one you see when you wake up, Nek," replied Sela refused.
Dee sighed softly. "If there's anything, Grandma's sitting on the couch yeah," Dee said softly.
Sela nodded. "Mom," call Sela a little hard.
"Yes, son" replied Dee who was already sitting on the sofa.
"Call Mama Kina to bring Shasa here, Grandma. Sela needs Shasa to entertain Mother," said the child remembered his friend and cousin.
Dee nodded and smiled. She calls Kina to ask Aska to take her son to the hospital. All of you picked up Adam whom they left with Bella's trusted nanny.
Sela continued to look at Zahra's pale face. "Mother is so beautiful. It's worth it Daddy's crazy," the boy muttered through every curve of Zahra's face that fell asleep with his eyes.
Eager to look at Zahra's face, Sela does not realize that the woman she admires has opened her eyes.
"Sela," called Zahra softly with a smile on the woman's face.
A smile rose on Sela's face. "Mother!" squealing the boy was happy.
Dee who was playing the phone immediately turned her head when she heard Sela's screech. Dee immediately stood up and walked quickly to the bed.
"Umi," called Zahra weak with her sweet smile.
"Thank God you're aware, son," Dee said gratefully.
Zahra nodded and moved wanting to sit down. But his activities stopped when he felt pain in his stomach. Zahra went back to sleep, but her hands moved to feel the stomach that had not felt distended.
"Zahra's son was born, Umi?" asked Zahra with sparkling eyes.
Sela and Dee who heard Zahra's question fell silent. They were afraid of having to open their voices at this time. Dee knew, who had the right to say everything was just Zahra's own husband, Kenzo. It is neither his duty nor his right to tell Zahra.
"The son of Zahra was born saved, Umi?" ask Zahra again because she never got an answer from Dee.
Seeing Dee who was just silent. Zahra turned to Sela. "Son, where are the sisters?" ask Zahra gently.
Sela blinked her two eyes confused. The boy did not know how to answer.
"A-sister-"
"Yes, where's Sela's twin sister, son? How come it's not here? Is it still in the incubator?" ask Zahra streak.
Sela shook her head. The boy's eyes glazed over to answer Zahra's question.
"Mother, Sister-"
"Assalamu'alaikum," Sela's words came to a halt as several footsteps entered the room.
"Mas, where are our children?" ask Zahra impatiently.
"You're conscious, honey?" kenzo asked without answering Zahra's question.
Zahra smiled and nodded. He tried to sit down to make it more flexible. Withstands the pain of his stomach and with the help of Kenzo Zahra can sit leaning on the bed.
"Thank you, darling. Thank you" said Kenzo sincerely with teary eyes.
Zahra nodded and smiled. "Where are our kids, Mom?" ask Zahra again.
"An-" Zahra who was about to ask again reflexively stopped her speech when she realized Kenzo came in a black Koko shirt and black pants that looked dirty because of the ground.
Zahra also turned his gaze to Al, Anggara and Ibra. Their clothes are the same, and they look dirty, but not as dirty as Kenzo's.
"Why wear this shirt, Mom?" ask Zahra worried. Those bad thoughts crept into Zahra's mind. Moreover, since then he did not get an answer about the whereabouts of his son.
"Kenzo wants to talk to Zahra, Umi" Kenzo told Dee but aimed at everyone.
They all nodded. Dee takes Sela and the others out to make room for Kenzo to talk to Zahra.
Before coming out, little Sela grasped the palm of her mother's hand. "Sela always loved Mommy" said the boy who was met with a small smile by Zahra.
Looking at his family who had come out, Kenzo looked back at his wife. "Thank you for waking up, honey," said Kenzo. Yet the man's eyes exuded an incomparable gratitude he felt at this moment.
"All because of the prayers of you and our son, Mas. Where are our kids now?" ask Zahra impatiently.
Kenzo just bowed in front of Zahra. He was really afraid to tell everything at this moment.
"Mas," call Zahra gently lifting her husband's chin.
Kenzo and Zahra's eyes looked at each other. A drop of tears fell down Kenzo's cheeks as he stared at his wife's beautiful ride. "Sorry dear" said Kenzo. That was all he could say for now. He was confused where to start so as not to make Zahra sad.
"Why Mas?" ask Zahra worried.
Kenzo shakes. "Sorry Honey. God loves our children more" replied Kenzo, not daring to look at Zahra.
DEG
Zahra's heart wanted to stop hearing Kenzo's short words. The kids? So, can't both of his children be saved? Zahra wondered.
"Are both of my sons not safe, my dear?" ask Zahra.
Kenzo nodded. "The bleeding you've been through has made our child unsalvageable, dear," Kenzo replied, courageously staring at the teary-eyed Zahra.
"Did the doctor ask you to choose me or our child?" ask Zahra. He was sure that at least between him and his son there would be something to save.
Kenzo nodded in response to Zahra's question.
"And you sacrificed my children, Mom?" zahra asked softly with a trembling voice.
"It's not easy to choose, dear," replied Kenzo slowly.
"Don't you promise to pick a kit kid, Mom?" ask Zahra again.
"I'm sorry I couldn't lose you, honey," replied Kenzo lowered his head.
"THEN HOW DID I LOSE MY CHILDREN, MAS?!" zahra shouted, not hearing Kenzo's reply.
"Our son, dear," said Kenzo, looking at his angry wife.
"You're selfish. You killed my son, Mas. You wasted their presence, Mas," said Zahra with tears that had soaked her cheeks.
"Honey," call Kenzo gently to touch Zahra's cheek. However, not yet Kenzo's hand touched his cheek, Zahra had already turned her face.
"Leave me alone!"
