🌹HAPPY READING🌹
Time has shown ten o'clock at night. The eyes that were usually staring intently at it, were now staring at the night sky that was filled with starlight. Without notice, a speck of clear water fell from the corner of Kenzo's eye.
Every word that Zahra had said was swirling in his memory. "My behavior is outrageous, Zahra. It's not even forgivable. But everyone deserves a second chance, right?" mumbling Kenzo was sad to know who. Talking to the night wind vents all the tightness of his heart that never goes away.
"I'm sorry, Zahra. Very sorry," said Kenzo lowered his head to hold his chest that felt very tight.
Zahra's words saying that they would not return made Kenzo's heart ache like it was being sliced open. Not willing to feel if Zahra will live with another man later in life. Imagining it even makes Kenzo want to die.
Kenzo clasped his chest tightly and sat leaning against the iron balcony. It had been six years, yet those regrets had never disappeared from him. "I'm always begging that this regret never goes away, Zahra. So that I know and can feel how hell I gave you" Kenzo murmured.
At the balcony door, Kinzi watched and heard what Kenzo said. It turns out that his feelings for a few days, the twin is not okay.
"Ken," call Kinzi gently crouched down in front of Kenzo.
Kenzo raised his head. He looked at Kinzi with reddened eyes holding back tears. "I've forbidden you from coming here, Kinzi. Go home," said Kenzo weakly staring at Kinzi.
Since the regret deepened, Kenzo did forbid the whole family to come home. He wanted the one who stepped foot in this house to be just himself and Zahra. There can be no one else. Even his parents, and Ibra's family, no one dared to come to Kenzo's house.
Kinzi shook his head in response to Kenzo's words. "This time let me break your orders, Ken," Kinzi said.
Kinzi was sitting next to Kenzo. The two of them sat on the floor accompanied by the moon and the night star.
"Is my brother-in-law back, Ken?" tanya Kinzi gently looked at Kenzo.
Kenzo looked at Kinzi and nodded. "Even my woman is now a woman and the perfect mother, Kinzi," Kenzo said.
"really?" tanya Kinzi was enthusiastic.
Kenzo nodded, but the sad face did not change in the slightest from Kenzo's face. "The perfect woman hates me, Kinzi" Kenzo said.
Kinzi looked at Ken. His hands were stretched out tightly grasping Kenzo's hands. "Can I meet him, Ken?" ask Kinzi.
"For what?" answer Kenzo with a question back.
"Everything that happens between you and Zahra is because of me, Ken. The grudge you planted, it's because of me. If only I had woken up sooner, maybe your love wouldn't have been the victim of all this" Kinzi said.
"My heart did hurt back then when Al turned me down, Ken. But Al convinced me very well that there was a good man who would be my soul mate. The one I am grateful for, if I force Al to live with me first, then we will not be happy. And maybe, I'll receive the same treatment that Zahra got," said Kinzi who was able to make Kenzo look at him.
"If you're treated like that, then I'll repay you, Kinzi" Kenzo said.
Kinzi. "But al unfortunately did not reply to you, Ken," said Kinzi who silenced Kenzo's mouth.
"Al should have killed a man like you. I'm also the woman who's gonna be somebody's wife, Ken. Do not let me accept karma for all your actions on Zahra" said Kinzi.
"I'm sorry, Kinzi" said Kenzo.
Kinzi. "And you're just sorry?" kinzi said in disbelief.
"You mean?" kenzo asked with a puzzled frown staring at Kinzi.
"Related will be useless if there's no effort, Ken. Go and hug your little angel. A mother's heart will melt because of the child's sincere love for Ken's parents" Kinzi said.
"Near your son, take his heart, after that just hold the heart of the mother of your child," continued Kinzi smilingly staring at Kenzo. Hope the spirit he gave can treat a little sad in the heart of his twin.
It's all because of me, Ken. I will help your fight. Inner Kinzi looked at Kenzo who was now displaying a smile of his spirit.
Kenzo stood up and breathed in deeply. "I have to go home and hug my son, Kinzi," Kenzo said, saying the word home he was heading to was Zahra's house.
Kinzi. "Don't let your son feel like an orphan again, Ken. While here, he has a complete family," said Kinzi stood up.
Kenzo nodded. She hugged her twin and thanked him. "Thank you for not hating me, Kinzi" Kenzo said.
"Go and hug your little angel" said Kinzi.
Kenzo nodded. He let go of his embrace and immediately left the room.
"Reach happy, Ken," muttered Kinzi looking at Kenzo's back that had disappeared from behind the door.
.....
"It's dark" said Kenzo, looking at the lights of Zahra's dead house.
Kenzo looked around the house and found a window that was still open. Kenzo walked up to the window. The smile grew wider on his face when he saw his son's head behind the window looking up at the stars.
Kenzo hid for a while behind the shutters to hide. The smile that was once wide, now disappeared when hearing a small stuffing coming out of Sela's mouth.
Not wanting to be curious, Kenzo came out and stood right in front of Sela's window. "Son," call Kenzo gently.
Sela who had been staring at the stars averted her eyes. The boy's eyes were perfectly rounded to see a man who had always longed for his presence. "Dad," said Sela happily.
The boy wiped his tears and smiled at Kenzo. "Come on Dad," said Sela backwards so Kenzo could jump into her room from the window.
Kenzo nodded. He started climbing up the window and landed perfectly on the floor of Sela's room.
"Dad," said Sela hugging Kenzo tightly.
"Why haven't you slept yet, son?" ask Kenzo.
"Let's wait, Dad" Sela replied.
Kenzo smile. "Now Dad is coming. Sleep, yes," said Kenzo.
Sela nodded. The boy led Kenzo to his bed.
Bica's dirty in Dad's arms. Inner Sela was pleased with the beautiful smile on her lips.
Kenzo who saw that was happy. "Sela would sleep like this every night, son. Sela wants?" ask Kenzo.
Sela nodded happily. But after that his face was sad remembering something. "But Buna will be sad" said Sela, recalling Zahra, who forbade her from meeting Kenzo.
"So you want to help me, don't you?" ask Kenzo.
"You, Father," said Sela eagerly.
"Don't ever tell Mommy that you come every night. And let this be both of us's secrets" said Kenzo.
Sela thought for a moment. Buna said lie is doca. But Cela pelnah dengal, lying to be happy is okay. But which one is famous, huh? Yacudah, Cela is a little mace, who is lying too Dad. So, that's Dad's responsibility. Forgive me, O God. Inner Sela convinced herself.
Sela looked at Kenzo. "This is our lahacia, Father," said Sela.
Kenzo smiled and kissed Sela's forehead. "Tomorrow, it's dawn, Daddy's coming home. Let Mommy don't know, and I'll get Sela to go to school, yeah. Wait for Dad, yes," said Kenzo.
"Telus Buna?" ask Sela.
"That's gonna be Daddy's business" Kenzo assured Sela.
Sela nodded. The boy buries his tiny body into Kenzo's arms. Kenzo gently rubbed Sela's hair until the boy really felt comfort.
"Dad," called Sela quietly as she was already sleepy.
"Yes dear" replied Kenzo.
"If later Cela has fallen out, and Dad wants to know the lahacia catu, then pelgi to kamal Buna yes, Dad," said Sela.
"I mean Nak?" ask Kenzo.
Not getting an answer from Sela, Kenzo looked down and saw Sela who was sleeping with her thumb in her mouth, very funny.
