"Don't use your feelings in there. Use your mind and mind for the sake of justice for all of us" Ibra said.
Dee nodded. Although his heart was doubtful, but he wanted to make sure for himself the state of Sofia.
No matter how bad a woman is, she must put feelings first, Mas. Excuse me. Inner Dee as they all walked into Sofia's execution ground.
They all entered the room. Dee stiffened at seeing Sofia, while the others just kept quiet without caring or pitying the woman. Sofia's condition is very alarming, both hands in handcuffs forward to cause a little bruising. In fact, the hijab that used to cover his crown was now off his head. The woman's hair looked disheveled. Sofia sits with her head bowed in accompanied by a policewoman on the left right, as well as the front behind her.
"Sofia," call Dee slowly.
Sofia who heard the voice calling out to him like a whisper raised her head. Black circles around the eyes, a face full of bruises and a thin body drastically make his face look very sunken.
It was as bad as punishment, O God. Dee's mind is not strong to see Sofia's situation.
"Dee" said Sofia. The woman's voice barely came out, more like a whisper.
"Cop Mom, can I talk to him?" pinta Dee to the police who were there.
"Honey," Call Ibra protest.
"Allow it for just a moment, Miss Police," Dee said, pleading regardless of Ibra's warning.
"You still have time, ma'am. Go ahead," said the police, allowing Dee.
Dee walked over to Sofia and sat face to face with the woman.
Dee observed the old lady in front of him. His gaze could not be separated from Sofia's face that looked down.
"Sofia," call Dee.
"Are you disgusted to see me, Sofia?" ask Dee slowly.
"Eye."
"Dear."
"Dee."
Together Al, Aska, Kenzo, Kevin and Ibra protested strongly against Dee's words. Disgusted? Sure enough, they should be the ones who are disgusted to see the snake woman.
Sofia shook her head weakly with her loyal head lowered. "I'm ashamed, Dee," Sofia said in a soft voice.
"It doesn't even feel like there's a woman who's worse than me, Dee," Sofia continued.
Slowly Sofia started to raise her head. He looked at Dee who looked sincerely at him. "I should have asked that, Dee. Aren't you disgusted at the state of this selfless old woman?" ask Sofia.
"I'm really angry about what you did, Sofia. But one thing that makes me thank you" Dee replied.
"Thank you? Even that word alone feels so unworthy of me, Dee," Sofia said.
Dee shook her head. "I'm grateful that you took care of Zahra even by force" Dee replied, looking into Sofia's eyes.
Sofia looked back at Dee. His eyes glazed over when he heard Zahra's name. The child he made a tool to vent his envy, hatred and envy towards Dee. There is no more dangerous liver disease than that.
"How's Zahra doing, Dee?" sofia asked with a trembling voice. He remembered the last time he saw Zahra bleeding from her. However, as much as he hated Zahra, Sofia could not be denied, the smile on his lips ever rose because of the child's behavior.
"My son is fine, Sofia," Dee replied which left Sofia speechless and smiling.
Sofia nodded. "She deserves to have you as Mom, Dee" Sofia said.
"Dee," call Sofia down.
Dee's eyes glazed over hearing Sofia's words. As for Al, he clucked in a puff. "Two faces!" al-sadat was already with his heartache to Sofia.
"I'm two-faced. But please, don't insult this hijab. Hina I am the one who behaves the devil, not my holy crown," Sofia looked at Dee who nodded back her gaze.
Dee paid no heed to Al's swearing. Dee nodded in agreement to Sofia's request. The policewoman who was there picked up an instant hijab that was next to Sofia's seat. "We tried to pair it, but she always rebelled" said the policewoman who gave the hijab to Dee.
"Because I'm waiting for you, Dee. I believe you're coming. I want you to pair it" Sofia told Dee.
Dee nodded and accepted the hijab.
"Don't kneel, Dee," said Sofia, preventing Dee from putting a headscarf on Sofia's head.
Sofia drops her body from the chair and rests in front of Dee. "Pair Dee," said Sofia looking up at Dee.
Dee nodded. Her tears could no longer bear to see Sofia.
"You're beautiful, Sofia," said Dee, finishing and tidying up the little hijab Sofia was wearing.
"Thank you very much, Dee. After all, this is a crown that I have been using since childhood" said Sofia, who was nodding by Dee.
Sofia sat back down with the help of the police, and Dee sat back in her seat.
"Al," call Sofia down.
Al just kept quiet and looked at the woman. "I'm sorry for your tears, Al. Sorry for ruining your childhood, son," Sofia said sincerely.
Al who heard that was silent with clenched hands.
"Ibra, I'm sorry to have made you a bad person all along. Sorry for making you a victim and a suspect, Ibra. Sorry for destroying your home. This death sentence is my request, Ibra, because I really deserve it" Sofia turned to Ibra.
Finished that, Sofia's gaze turned to a man who had been staring at her with an inexplicable gaze ever since. "Sorry" said Sofia, staring at Kevin. The man who has sincerely accepted himself and given his love.
Kevin turned his eyes away from Sofia's gaze.
Sofia tried to smile and looked at Kevin. "Don't look at me, Mum. I feel despicable at this moment. Thank you for all your sincere love, Mom. Thank you for all your love and attention. And sorry, for failing to be your best wife, Mas. You must have had a bad experience because of my wife. Sorry," said Sofia bowed in.
"Sorry, the execution must be carried out immediately" the police said firmly.
With no one to protest, Sofia walked in the lead uh Police to the center of the room and stood inside the red circle as her current place.
"Can this sentence be replaced by life imprisonment?" dee asked them all before the executor did his job.
"Don't break your promise, dear," Ibra said, reminding Dee not to use her feelings.
"He asked for this punishment, Dee. So let him take responsibility for everything. I'm sick too, Dee. But this is what he has to accept. We forgive him, but the law must go on. Humanity can no longer tolerate his actions. I do love him, so hopefully this will pay for his mistakes. His departure will be better for all of us, Dee," said Kevin staring at Sofia who now looks at him softly when he hears Kevin's words.
.....
While in the hospital, Zahra did not stop chanting dhikr with grains of prayer beads that alternated in his hands. Her tears dripped along with the feeling of loss that was seeping in her heart.
Zahra looked at the wall clock that had shown twelve o'clock in three minutes. That means the execution was done. Zahra closed her eyes letting the clear water continue to wet her cheeks.
Allahumma sighfirlii wa liwaa lidhayya warham humaa kamaa rabbayaa nii shokhiroo. Inner Zahra wept as she said a prayer for the woman she had always considered her Mother.
