"How, Doctor?" ask Kenzo.

Kina who understood the situation immediately invited Sela and Shasa to come out. He wanted to give Kenzo and Zahra space to talk to each other. "Sela and Shasa accompany Mama to the cafeteria, yeah. We buy food and ice cream" said Kina persuaded.

Sela and Shasa nodded. The two little girls were no longer crying after seeing Zahra who had woken up.

Kenzo smile. "Why should I be angry? This is happy news. There is no reason to be angry" Kenzo said.

"But I was negligent, Mas" said Zahra.

"Lookingly you, I am the one who must take responsibility for not being able to overcome your negligence, dear," replied Kenzo smiling shadyly looking at his wife.

"Mas" said Zahra with teary eyes. She did not expect that her husband would be this patient facing her who was so careless.

"From now on, you can't diet anymore, yeah. Your stomach isn't distended because it eats a lot, but because there's life in it, honey. There's our son in there" said Kenzo, gently rubbing Zahra's tummy covered in his shirt.

"And we're gonna keep this kid together. He will be born into the world, meet us and his brother" Kenzo continued.

Zahra smilingly nodded at Kenzo's words. His hand held the hand of the husband who was still on his stomach.
