PENGHALAM
Chapter 41. Everything Changed

...If I finally choose to let you go, all you need to know, I've broken my whole heart, I've had a great debate with myself. And I've prayed thousands and thousands of prayers that God would show me a way other than farewell. However, I finally chose His destiny that the only way is to let you go and let go of all the bonds between us....

Vira came out of the room after getting dressed. Her mother-in-law was arranging a bag of her clothes in the middle of the room. Actually, the woman's heart did not have the heart to see her mother and husband were arranging their goods.

However, after Vira thought from yesterday, for the sake of her sanity she had to do that. You must be strong and can no longer be weak.

Vira walked past them towards the dining table. He took something in the refrigerator. It turns out Vira took the eggs and vegetables. He makes vegetable egg omelets. After he finished cooking it, Vira ate it.

Just a few mouthfuls, Vira felt nauseous. He stopped eating and went into the bathroom to spit out the food. The woman felt her head was very dizzy, but she tried to hold it in.

Vira walks and returns past his mother-in-law, husband and honeymoon Weny. His steps stopped hearing Yudha calling him.

"Vira, before we leave this house, I want to talk for a minute" Yudha said.

Vira turned her body to face the man who was still her husband. The woman looked at the face she once admired and loved so much.

"Is there anything we need to talk about again, Mom? Even if there will be a religious court only," said Vira. Actually his chest was tight when he said all that, but he had to do it.

Just learning of Weny's pregnancy, Yudha has changed greatly. What if the woman gave birth. Surely all his attention was only poured on Weny and the baby.

"Already, Yudha. Don't beg a woman who doesn't have these feelings. Then his head will be bigger. If he asks for a divorce, you just grant it" said Ms. Desy.

The middle-aged woman then approached Vira. Looking at it with an unpleasant look.

"Look yeah. From today on we have no more relationship. I will make sure that Yudha will grant your request. Maintaining you as a wife is also useless. Stay with this arrogance. Living alone without anyone accompanying you. Don't you ever come to Yudha again. What if I want to ask him back. My son's pride is enough you despise. Just because we hitchhiked, until you were arbitrary. Hope you don't feel lonely because you have to live alone" said Desy's mother.

"Listen to barren women. I pray you will never have children. Live alone until the end of your life. You should be grateful that Desy's mother and we are staying with you. That way you have friends. Not to get sick or die alone!" said Weny rudely.

Vira was not angry but gave her smile to the woman. Perhaps his heart had frozen and was immune to harsh words from them.

"Thank you for the prayer. I am sure that every ugly prayer will return to the one who prays. Hopefully it is not you who will experience what you said earlier," said Vira with a smile.

Vira then put her foot back. When she reached the door, the woman turned her body to face the three men again.

"Bring all your stuff, Weny. I don't want anything left. Don't be an excuse to come back" said Vira.

Vira walked back to her parked car. As he was about to enter, his hand restrained Yudha.

"Why have you changed? The Vira I know never said rude."

Vira held Yudha's hand. The woman looked at the face of the man she still loved. However, her love was not as great as her heartache.

"Me or you changed, Mom. Let's think about that. What have you done since you remarried to Weny" said Vira.

After saying that, Vira got into the car and drove away her car leaving Yudha who was still still stuck in her place standing.
