Chapter 117 ~ Battle Magic

Six earth element symbols floated behind the Great Bishop, forming a circle that was interconnected by a brownish golden light.

A moment later, a brownish golden aura wrapped around the Great Bishop's body and changed the appearance of his body significantly. His hair was white, shining and fluttering like it was being hit by a gust of wind.

His wrinkled skin looked ten years younger. Simultaneously, a glowing symbol appeared on his forehead.

The Great Bishop floated in the air with feet that did not touch the floor. This seems to indicate that the strength and majesty he has far above the enemies he faces.

It is undeniable that the room was destroyed because of the power of the Great Bishop. Only the statue of the God Augsnel and the figure of Ren still looks very intact there.

"Haha! Are you scared now? Do you feel sorry now? You should have realized the wrath of our God would not have been able to face you!" great Bishop exclaimed while laughing crazily.

Great Bishop was not wrong, the wrath of a god could not possibly be faced by Ren at this time, but it was different if it was the wrath of a human who claimed to be the messenger of a god. Even for a second Ren never felt like he would lose to her.

As Ren ran to dodge, one of the six earth element symbols that were in front of him attacked. Using the same attack but at different speeds.

Ren's overly focused mind dodged another attack barely realizing the arrival of this one. Instead, Ren had to jump then twist a new body could completely dodge it.

"Haha! Keep dancing sinners! When you're exhausted, that's when you're exterminated!" shout back Great Bishop.

"Hc ..." Ren smiled.

He took a slight swipe and then jumped at high speed towards the element symbol that attacked him. While jumping he activated fire magic and coated both his hands and feet with fire magic.

Without further ado, Ren struck the incoming attack using a combination of punch and fire that instantly destroyed their melting.

"Only because it can destroy one of my attacks do you think you can win? Huh! Don't dream!"

All the earth element symbols were back in motion and this time completely surrounded Ren from all directions within a very close range. Ren's intention of trying to destroy the element symbol was forced to stop.

"Take this hell of a punishment!"

A second later, hundreds or even thousands of the same ground needles struck out incessantly. Ren's speed, agility, precision and skill are tested in such a way as to withstand all available attacks.

Great Bishop stopped the drifting state, took control of the earth element symbol and grasped it. A moment after, he lunged at high speed as if he had another job other than magus.

At the moment of crashing, Ren could see the Great Bishop was increasingly changing his appearance. Starting from long hair that became short to a wrinkled old face that turned into the face of a young man.

The most shocking thing of all was when a crackling sound rang out in the ears. A pair of golden-coloured wings appeared on the Great Bishop's back.

One second before the Great Bishop arrived and attacked him, Ren muttered in surprise, "You, aren't human?"

Ren bounced far enough back and crashed into the large door that had been broken. The violent clash made Ren speechless without movement in a downturn.

On the other hand, the Great Bishop laughed arrogantly and disparagedly, "Hehaha, I understand now."

"It turns out you Blood Devils are still alive in the world."

The Great Bishop stepped foot arrogantly while smiling cynically. Staring towards the silent Ren as if that existence was extremely disgusting.

"The prey moves into the mouth of the predator? Ahaha! You are so stupid! We've been looking for you but today you gave up your life on your own!"

The Great Bishop stopped stepping right in front of the silent looking figure. With astonished and condescending eyes, he shouted, "Wake up, don't expect you to fool me!"

"Aha." Ren smiled a little.

He slowly looked up to see the figure of the Great Bishop who had changed.

"I also didn't expect to meet you this soon, the Angel Race."

At the very least, Ren thought that he would not meet them anytime soon. Remembering the continent of the angels was said to be very far from the continent of the humans.

"Aren't you too high in judging yourself, the Augsnel angel? Ah no, maybe you'd be more pleased with the name, God Augsnel?"

Great Bishop ... Augsnel slightly rounded his eyes as he was slightly surprised by the sentence Ren said. He was indeed Augsnel, the angel who had long pretended to be a god in the eyes of humans.

Ren got up and cleaned himself of the dust dirt that was attached to the golden armor he was wearing. After which, Augsnel and Ren's eyes looked at each other.

"You sure?" asked Ren with a sly smile.

"What do you mean, huh?" ask back Augsnel.

Ren did not reply to questions back from Augsnel and just attacked. Using both hands and feet that were once again engulfed by the fire.

The unexpectedly attacked Augsnel reflexively controlled the element symbols to surround himself. Withstand all incoming punches and kicks.

"Just for nothing, you won't be able to break through my defenses" said Augsnel arrogantly as he crossed both arms.

Ren jumped back after hearing Augsnel's words. Back take a swing to do a kick.

"It's fun, fighting is indeed the best way to exercise. But unfortunately, I don't have enough time to serve you until I'm satisfied" Ren lamented, shaking his head.

He twisted the body, along with the slightly stretched legs forward. Create a ring of fire that burns on the floor. Circled slowly until the fire-clad legs were pointing higher.

Ren twisted his body one last time, before finally launching a kick that unleashed a dragon-shaped fire wave towards where Augsnel was.

But what Ausgnel would not have expected was this attack that was just a distraction. Ren quickly removed <> Ganzalan from inventory.

It moved very quickly behind the Augsnel and aimed the spear for a moment while unleashing an unusually intense killing appetite.

Within a second, Augsnel felt death approaching him. He was unable to move much less react to this. There was only a sign of death that filled his brain at this moment.

"Goodbye, I'm waiting for you in the central region. I hope you fulfill this call, angel."

The voice appeared along with the disappearance of the feeling of death in Augsnel. He was aware when all had disappeared, both the dragon-shaped fire attack and Ren's figure attacking him.

Sweat poured out, his face was pale, he was unable to move for a moment. And when he was able to move, by himself he knelt down while letting out a desperate wail.

"A-what ... is that?" mumbling slowly.
