Ch. 131 ~ Tense Atmosphere

The emergence of dangerous questions makes Ren spur his brain to work at the highest limit he can. When the brain is operating very fast, Ren's vision seems to slow down the time around him.

Then the world called Crown of the Nine Continents is one of the many artificial worlds on Earth. And the man named Anryzel Dirvaren before them is one of the people who played the Crown of the Nine Continents.

"My spirit .. no, my body and my power that you see this is a mock body created by Virtual Reality World. My race as the Blood Devil is also nothing more than a mere shell because in reality I am a human being."

Rusava was speechless, while Raytsa gawked with his mouth slightly open. Ren did not see how Arystina reacted, but he was sure that Arystina would show the same thing.

The fifth discussion as the last closed with Ren's decision to assist Kanza directly in the Kingdom of Efidoxia. Whoever gets sent there depends on what happens.

The tableless conference closed with Ren asking to step down, and go to the throne room where he would welcome anyone who felt disappointed in him and voice their decision.

Ren sat on top of the throne feeling worried while closing his eyes and crossing his arms. How not, the lie he committed was severe enough that Ren felt Rusava and Raytsa would not forgive him.

Moments of time continued to run until Ren did not know how long he waited in the throne room. One thing was certain, he had waited from day to night without anyone coming.
