The Crown Of The Nine Continents

The Crown Of The Nine Continents
Chapter 57: The Seven True Ancestor

Rusava, and Raytsa, Two people who claimed to be the True Ancestors of the Blood Devil Race. The combination of attacks from the two created a terrifying Blue and Black Flame. The Destruction Power of Fire itself cannot be underestimated in the least. If there is no barrier preventing the Fire from spreading in all directions, then it is certain that Aulzania City will suffer Damage from the attack.

'I'm so clumsy of myself...' Ren said in his mind.

What Ren meant was when Rusava and Raytsa's attack approached him. Ren carelessly used only ordinary Fire to restrain them. Almost all became dangerous, lucky that Ren unleashed an additional hidden attack to rival the Fire of the two of them.

'It was a Skill and Technique I didn't know about... Just barely.'

[Scythe Technique: Hell Fire] was a Skill or Technique that Ren did not know, even though Ren was quite clever at memorizing. However, to memorize all the Skills and Explanations in COTHENIC Games is almost impossible.

Not to mention, there is a possibility that this is something that originated in this World. So, Ren is very careless because he tries to act arrogant, even though the strength of the enemy he does not know.

Ren tried to think hard, his time was very limited to judge the way out of all this. In the end, Ren decided to speak as usual.

"Someone like you is not fit to rebel against me yet..."

After saying that, Ren took on a body position that was so amazing. This position was something he always did when acting like a Sovereign. With both legs crossed, and accompanied by his hand that supports the chin.

His blood-red eyes that glowed at night added to the perfection he had.

Within his jet-black strands of Hair, reflected all sorts of Light that existed in the Arena.

Rusava and Raytsa were increasingly gawking when watching this scene. Something inside Ren triggered their shock even further.

Blukk

The Great Rusava scythe fell to the ground, making a heavy sound. Raytsa who was standing beside her looked astonished.

"R-Rusava..?"

"We're quitting, Raytsa. He is someone we should serve." Rusava spoke with certainty.

All the Aura of hostility from him had now disappeared. There is only one visible belief there.

"You mean, we give up on fighting? Are we the [True Ancestor]?" Raytsa replied while looking at Rusava in disbelief.

"We're not giving up Raytsa, but all this is Fate." Rusava declared something Raytsa could not understand.

"Whatchu mean? I'm not groaning"

Raytsa stopped his words, he seemed to remember something and closed his eyes. Then, with a breath he spoke..

"Well Rusava, I'll follow what you believe.." Raytsa.

Both are involved in serious talks. Ren instead looks confused, Rusava who dropped his weapon can be considered as a surrender statement. But, not an impossible thing was also a tactic of deceit for Ren.

"What, you guys give up?" Ren's tone was accompanied by the arrogance of a Ruler.

Ren's voice made the two people turn their eyes to him. They initially looked at each other, then then nodded before turning back to Ren.

With a Complicated Expression, the two people walked over to Ren. Their faces had been filled with determination, as if they were not going to give up until the final blood point.

"We're not giving up at all.." Rusava spoke firmly.

"Right, we're not giving up." Raytsa.

Their statement did not make Ren happy at all. However, if they fought back with all their might it was not impossible for Ren to be injured.

Their unknown Skills and Techniques made Ren's Heart become a little restless.

With a gloomy and Heavy Mood, Ren said....

"If your wishes are like that, then I will serve until the last blood..."

Ren's words were filled with confidence, very different from his current gloomy mood. Ren stood up from his throne made from Blood Art.

"Well, let's go... Hm?!" Ren was ready to fight, but....

Brakkk

Rusava and Raytsa knelt in dramatic fashion. Both of them bowed deeply, as if they were facing their own King.

Ren could not say - words here, everything he planned to fight them was destroyed instantly. Everything was beyond expectations and estimates, even Ren's plan to get out of the worst situation was now gone.

Ren's confusion and astonishment grew, as Rusava and Raytsa spoke..

"Your Majesty, we did not give up, but decided to serve you."

"Rusava's words are not a lie, Please accept our devotion."

Ren already did not understand anymore, he currently desperately wanted to shout about how the changing atmosphere was so fast. What makes him feel strange is... Their words did not lie at all. That is, they really mean it - really in their own words.

'Geez, I don't understand this world anymore... Oh, from the beginning the world was like that.'

As long as Ren thought to himself in that mind. Rusava and Raytsa were currently staring anxiously. It didn't take long either, until Ren realized their gaze.

"I don't understand, what are you saying?" Ren tried to confirm back, hoping that he had heard something wrong earlier.

"We will serve and serve you."

"We'll make sure you're not disappointed."

'No, you don't understand what I mean in the least...' Ren was eager to hit his own head.

"Well, if you really mean it, talk about your life before you reincarnate." Ren seemed to have given up on his attempt to deny all this.

"Well, we're a couple and is-"

"Of course you're just going to talk about something important, right?"

On Ren's merciless statement, Rusava and Raytsa then tell a story.

In an Age when the Blood Devil Race was still unforgettable. The Blood Devil Race was one - its one Race called the Eternal. This is because they can reincarnate continuously as long as the conditions are met.

A True Ancestor would be granted a Title according to which Family they came from. An example was Rusava, he was a True Ancestor who led the Wratherlord Family. He also bore the title of True Ancestor of Antiquity [True Ancestor of Wrath]. Then, Raytsa was a True Ancestor who led the Gridelnia Family, he also bore the title of True Ancestor of Greed [True Ancestor of Greed].

A Blood Devil can be said to be a True Ancestor when all the conditions have been met. Terms - These conditions are tests of Strength, Intelligence, and Ethics. When a Blood Devil had passed all of those things, then he would follow a Sacred Ritual to become a true True Ancestor.

Rusava, given the title of True Ancestor of Antiquity. The power he possessed was a terrifying Black Flame. Rusava was able to destroy a single city with a single strike of his Fire. That is why he was given the title of Wrath, because if he is angry then the destruction is certain.

As for Raytsa, he had all sorts of powers as a Magus. He had all the Basic Elements besides Light, he was also able to create a Blue Flame that was no less powerful than Rusava's Fire. His considerable and unjust strength is the reason he bears the Degree of Greed.

When Rusava and Raytsa were still alive, their Family became the strongest among the other Families. This causes the balance between families to be disrupted.

The more days of strife the more heated. The True Ancestors who came from other Families began to commit acts of hostility towards Rusava and Raytsa. Other True Ancestors who were most hostile towards them were, the True Ancestor of Vanity [True Ancestor of Pride] and the True Ancestor of Gluttony [True Ancestor of Gluttony].

They openly committed hostility against Rusava and Raytsa. The True Ancestor of Vanity from the beginning did have a grudge with Rusava. While the True Ancestor of Gluttony was a person who liked Raytsa, therefore, when Rusava married Raytsa, he became very resentful of Rusava.

On a Day when Rusava and Raytsa travel. They were surrounded by an army belonging to the True Ancestor of Vanity and the True Ancestor of Gluttony. Supposedly, Rusava and Raytsa's forces did not have the slightest problem fighting back. However, due to a fraud and a betrayal, Rusava and Raytsa were defeated.

"Then, you were killed...?"

Ren tries to guess what Rusava and Raytsa are talking about. However, the change in their expressions after hearing Ren's Statement proved the truth.

"It could be said that way, the two of them initially offered us to give up. On one condition, I must become their subordinate, and Raytsa must marry that greedy." Rusava.

"Luckily, by then Rusava had prepared all things to reincarnate. So we'd rather be killed by both of them."

Ren nodded in understandingly. He turned his eyes to the sky.

"Hm... It's definitely like that, a common thing in fantasy stories isn't it?"

Ren looked at the beautiful night sky, but his words were somehow addressed to whom. Rusava and Raytsa also did not understand, what Ren was saying at this time.

"Don't be confused like that, I'm just delirious.. What is your purpose in this life?" Ren's attention was again shifted to Rusava and Raytsa.

"I... He wanted to take revenge on those who killed us. But are they still alive? I don't even know."

"Rushan..."

Grief, Hatred, Confusion and Anxiety, all those Expressions filled the faces of Rusava and Raytsa. Little, Ren felt a hint of pity for the two of them.

"Hm..? I don't understand, so why did you choose to serve me?"

Ren furrowed his brows, all of this was indeed unreasonable. If they really wanted revenge, they should not have decided to serve. It would only limit all sorts of actions they would take.

"Because I feel this is Destiny."

"A Destiny Yes....." Ren nodded a few times.

Although Ren nodded, in his heart he still kept the confusion.

'What do you mean by fate...?'

What kind of fate could change a person so quickly like this, Ren did not understand a single bit of that Destiny.

"Well it has been decided, your devotion will be my acceptance... However, do not let you regret it and betray. I hate that thing so much!"

Ren asserts his voice when stating that he hates a Betrayal. It was something that he hated so much, so he would not give any leeway.

"If you really intend to do that, then only despair awaits you, understand?"

Under such an Overwhelming Aura that belonged to Ren. Rusava and Raytsa nodded deeply, there was something strange about them. Rusava and Raytsa, their eyes twinkled slightly as they did that nod.

"Thank you, Your Majesty." Rusava.

"We are grateful, Your Majesty." Raytsa.

Ren, and Rusava, Raytsa then perform a Blood Covenant. The same thing Ren did to King Esdagius. Rusava and Raytsa, even though they were the ones that Ren raised, but because their tier was a True Ancestor, they were not as bound by themselves as Nirlayn was.

After performing the Blood Covenant, Ren looked at the surroundings. It was more appropriate if it was said to be looking at a [Barrier] that covered the entire Arena.

"Rusava, did you guys install this [Barrier]?" Ren asked.

[Barrier] protecting the Arena was not something Ren had created. Ren then asked Rusava and Raytsa, they were the only ones who could do this.

"Yes, Your Majesty, Raytsa did exactly that." Rusava pointed at Raytsa.

Ren turned his gaze to Raytsa, with a sincere smile, Ren said..

"Mhm, Iso....Raytsa, can you take this [Barrier] off?" Ren looks like Doubt - Doubt when asking this.

"Yes, Of course Your Majesty." Raytsa replied with a smile.

Then, the [Barrier] protecting Arena slowly - the land faded. It happened for a few seconds, before it finally disappeared completely.

The reason Ren asked to immediately take off this [Barrier] was because there was someone who seemed to have difficulty breaking through the [Barrier] from out there.

And sure enough, not long after [Barrier] came off, a mysterious person leaped from within the shadows. The figure of a man immediately appeared before Ren and the others. That figure was an Elf Man wearing an Assassin Dress.

"Mr Dirvaren! Are you okay?!" Kanza asked worriedly, but she did not reduce her vigilance in the least.

"Yes, I'm fine.. It's just a little bit of a small problem. Then, what about all the people who were evacuated?"

"Huh..?"

'Little Problem You said?!' Is what Kanza's face actually said. However, Kanza immediately omitted her expression of it, she firmly replied.

"They've had treatment. Some people have even returned to their homes."

"Oh, bagu-"

"But, Mr. Dirvaren, Princess Sylna is unconscious. He constantly calls you. King Esdagius asked me to tell you as soon as possible..."

"Called me??" Ren looks confused.

There was no reason for Princess Sylna to call Ren continuously while unconscious. Therefore, Ren was confused at this time.

"Well, forget it... Rusava, Raytsa, I want you to tell me again later, for now follow me. And Kanza.. Let's get there."

Ren along with Rusava, Raytsa and Kanza return to where the Royal Family is located.
