CHAPTERS 17. Truth

Anastasia glanced at Mr. Nyoman, the restaurant manager who was still faithfully standing beside her and Stefan. Anastasia was agitated at the thought of Chandra's remark on the restaurant's cctv recording.

"Sister Stefan. I'm going home to the mansion. My hair and clothes are dirty" Anastasia said as she pulled Stefan's hand toward the black mercedes benz car.

Stefan broke away from Anastasia's grasp and looked towards Luis, who was still standing next to the car.

"Luisne. Call a Bramasta Company car to drive Sia home. I want to see the cctv footage inside the restaurant!" stefan's orders.

"Alright Mr. Stefan," Luis replied obediently.

Stefan's words made Anastasia panic so that she immediately clasped Stefan's wrist tightly.

"Sister Stefan doesn't believe me? They deliberately vilified me" Anastasia said.

"I want to know the truth!" stefan replied with an expressionless face.

Stefan nods his head at Mr. Nyoman as a signal that he wants to see the restaurant cctv footage. Mr. Nyoman led the way in front, followed by Stefan who had escaped from the hands of Anastasia.

The infuriating little sister was forced to follow Stefan reluctantly.

Mr. Nyoman brought Stefan and Anastasia into his room.

"Please sit down for a moment, Mr. Stefan. I'll prepare the cctv footage an hour ago" Mr. Nyoman said kindly.

"Alright," Stefan answered briefly.

Stefan sat on a sofa chair located inside the room. Anastasia sat down next to Stefan and was increasingly agitated to see Mr. Nyoman asking restaurant employees to prepare a cctv recording an hour earlier.

"Sister Stefan. Dian is a cheap girl. Just look at the romance with Chandra Wijaya. I'm sure she cheated when she was your wife" Anastasia said.

Anastasia accidentally vilifies Dian's personality, hoping Stefan gets angry and cancels the intention to see the cctv footage.

Stefan's eyes darkened and his face grew cold. "Silence!" snapped Stefan.

Anastasia bit her lower lip and was forced to close her mouth in fear of the cold aura emanating from Stefan's body.

"Mr Stefan. The cctv footage is ready to be seen" Mr Nyoman said.

"Thank you" Stefan replied.

The cctv footage shows the incident inside the restaurant, exactly when Dian and Chandra arrived there and received a rant from Anastasia.

Stefan didn't take his eyes off the cctv footage for a second. Stefan's face became increasingly gloomy and ugly, while Anastasia who was standing beside him grew more agitated like a hot worm.

The insults and insults from Laura and Anastasia's mouth made Stefan riled up. The young man was getting angry when he saw clearly the reaction of Dian who seemed to have gotten used to all that.

Stefan is increasingly convinced that Laura and Anastasia often treat Dian badly at the Bramasta Mansion and he does not know it at all.

Stefan left the room during the cctv recording playing Dian pouring red wine over Anastasia's head. Stefan did not blame Dian, but considered the reply given by the young girl to Anastasia was not enough. Anastasia ran after Stefan to the mercedes benz car. Stefan sat leaning back while folding his hands in front of his chest, while Anastasia stood outside the car.

"Sia! All this time you've been treating Dian like today?" stefan asked as he stared intently at Anastasia.

"No! I hated seeing him with another man so I scolded him. Though he had just divorced Kak Stefan and dared to make out with other men in public." Anastasia tried to defend herself.

"You should apologize to Dian!" stefan's orders.

Stefan felt a headache and grew annoyed with the attitude of playing victim that was being played by Anastasia so turned to look at Luis.

"Luis! Take it to the company car!" stefan's orders.

"Okay, Stefan!" answer Luis.

Luis got into a black mercedes benz car on the driver's side after the company car that drove Anastasia home to the mansion left.

"Sir Stefan. We're heading to a meeting place with Mr Dwico now?" asked Luis, looking back.

"Yes" Stefan answered briefly.

Luis also told the address of the meeting to the driver. Black mercedes benz cars go at medium speeds. The atmosphere in the car was quiet and quiet.

"Luis!" call Stefan.

"Yes, Mr. Stefan," Luis replied, looking back at the seat.

"You know mom and Sia treated Dian badly?" ask Stefan suddenly.

"Don't know, Mr. Stefan. Every month when I deliver money to Miss Dian, Miss Laura and Miss Anastasia are not in the mansion" Luis replied honestly.

Dian is divorced from Stefan so Luis doesn't call her mistress in front of Stefan. Stefan was pensively pensive after hearing Luis' response.

"Maybe Mr. Stefan can ask the servants of the Bramasta Mansion" Luis said carefully.

"Why did Stefan find out again? It's too late because Miss Dian isn't Stefan's wife anymore" Luis said.

"There won't be an answer" murmured Stefan, who was clearly heard by Luis.

Stefan folded his hands in front of his chest and tightly closed his eyes while leaning back. Luis turned back to the front.

Stefan and Luis knew for sure that the servants of the Bramasta Mansion had been threatened by Laura and Anastasia not to say anything to Stefan about their mistreatment of Dian.
