CHAPTER 42. AI project special team
***Anian office space in Jayanata Company***
There was a knock on the door from outside the room so Dian stopped reading the document. The young girl looked at the clock on her wrist.
"Lake in!" Dian's orders.
David and Erik walk up to Dian's desk. Dian stood up from the chair and extended his right hand to Erik.
"Welcome CEO Erik!" greet Dian.
"It's nice to meet the deputy CEO Dian!" erik replied while shaking Dian's hand.
"Please sit!" said Dian.
Erik sat in front of Dian, while David stood next to Dian.
"Vice CEO Dian. I brought a cooperation proposal for the AI Project," Erik said and gave three file documents to Dian.
Dian opened one of the documents and read it carefully.
"I've added the points that deputy CEO Dian wanted last night. The investment capital of Jayanata and Bramasta Companies is equally large. The profits earned in the future will be divided equally," said Erik.
Dian nodded and smiled satisfied with Erik's words. A few moments later Dian put a signature on the file document that has been read.
Dian also affixed the signatures in two other file documents. In all three documents are the signatures of Erik and Stefan.
Dian handed the three documents to Erik. Erik opened one of them to double-check so that there would be no errors later on.
"Vice CEO Dian. Welcome to Alpha Company" Erik said, handing over one of the documents to Dian.
"It's nice to work with CEO Erik" Dian replied and received the document, then gave it to David for the reporting process to Jayanata Company.
Erik took a quick glance at Kiss and Sunshine magazine which was on Dian's desk.
"Vice CEO Dian likes to read both of these magazines?" ask Erik.
"Hot gossip in it is quite interesting. I'm sure CEO Erik has read it as well" Dian replied.
"I only skimmed while I was in Stefan's room this morning. Reportedly there are still visuals of cctv footage that spread on the internet and can not be removed. Bramasta Company shares were shaken because of this," Erik said.
As Dian suspected, this morning Erik must have been to Bramasta Company to find Stefan first to sign a cooperation proposal, then to Jayanata Company to meet him.
"Sister Chandra is the best!" inner Dian.
"Miss Sia must have offended many people outside so as to get the proper retaliation," said Dian with a big smile.
"Truly said deputy CEO Dian," said Erik.
Everyone present at the dinner last night knew clearly Anastasia was offending who was causing her misfortune today.
"Two weeks ago I was going to stand by at Alpha Company. When can Vice CEO Dian come to the inspection?" asked Erik kindly.
"I will check the work schedule with the secretary first. Later David will contact CEO Erik directly," replied Dian.
"Alright deputy CEO Dian. I say goodbye first" said Erik and stood up from the chair.
"Davids. Please take CEO Erik!" Dian's orders.
Dian continued her work after Erik left. The young girl double-checked the documents that David handed over a while ago.
David's workmanship is beyond doubt. No wonder David could be Chandra's personal secretary for such a long time.
***Meeting room Jayanata Company***
The shareholders as well as the department heads present in the meeting room looked very excited. They already know the AI Project will be run jointly by Jayanata and Bramasta Companies.
"I'm sure you've all heard the good news about future cooperation with Alpha and Bramasta companies on AI projects. Therefore, I have already formed a special team involved in the AI project. The name list is already in this document. David will send the data to the company's email as soon as possible" Dian said.
"Ai projects include new projects that no other company has developed. I hope you all support Dian in carrying out this project" said Chandra, who was sitting quietly listening to Dian's explanation.
"Well CEO Chandra," answered everyone in the meeting room.
"Meeting done! Dian came to my office" Chandra said.
Chandra and Dian left the meeting room quickly. The participants of the meeting checked the company's email to find out if they were included in the AI project-specific team rosters.

Dian walked back to the workspace after discussing with Chandra about the AI project. Chandra gave some input to Dian so that the mood of the young girl was very excited and sure the first project she worked on would definitely succeed.
The thin smile on Dian's face disappeared instantly as she saw Anggi sitting in front of David's desk, which was located outside Dian's office door.
It was obvious that Anggi had been waiting for him for a long time. Dian deliberately ignored Anggi and walked into the office space.
Anggi shamelessly followed Dian from behind. David also entered because he did not want Anggi to make a scene in Dian's workroom.
"Why did Anggi's manager at will enter without the approval of deputy CEO Dian?" david asked and stood in front of Anggi.
"Vice CEO Dian has seen me out there and knows I'm looking for her" Anggi replied and ran past David to a stop right in front of Dian's desk.

"Vice CEO Dian. Why isn't my name on the AI project team?" ask Anggi enthusiastically.
This core and good project is an opportunity to make money. Of course Anggi wants to be involved in it.
"If hundreds of unnamed employees on the list come barging into my office to question the same thing. Do I have to answer them one by one?" ask Dian.
"My experience in leading the team was very good. I'm among the best candidates for AI projects" Anggi said.
"The list of names has been spread and reported to the center. So it can not be replaced again," said Dian.
"Could definitely change! Vice CEO Dian doesn't believe it? Just wait for it later!" said Anggi with a ketus and left Dian's office space.
