Since having dinner together at the restaurant between the Wijaya Family and the Bramasta Family, Adi decided to get involved in the luxury villa area project.

Today Dian's mood is not good because one of Jayanata Company's pending projects is a real estate project.

The development of real estate projects is not going well because the housing developer/property developer wants a price increase of 20% from the initial deal price.

Of course Dian did not approve it so the real estate project was delayed and suffered losses.

"Miss Dian. I got word of a third party contacting Mr. Anjas and promising a new project and higher commission so Mr. Anjas used this opportunity to ask for a price increase" David reported.

In terms of business, it is very common for entrepreneurs to be concerned about looking for profit, but Dian will not let Jayanata Company be suppressed by other companies.

"Who's the third party?" ask Dian.

"Third-party identities are kept secret" David replied.

Dian understood what David said. The news must have been deliberately issued by Anjas. The existence of a third party made Anjas dare to ask for a price increase.

"David! Make an appointment with Mr. Anjas. If indeed he does not have good faith to continue the contract, we look for a new developer even though the cost is higher. I'll be in charge of Chandra's sister later," Dian said.

Dian did not want to waste time and only gave a last chance to Anjas through an appointment tonight because the people from Jayanata Company had been sent several times to negotiate with Anjas before and everything always it ends with a zero result.

Dian believes Anjas deliberately buy time and wait until Dian intervenes on his own so that the profit Anjas wants can be achieved.

Dian's guess is very appropriate because David reports Anjas is willing to meet Dian at seven o'clock.

"Davids. Find some of the best data developers. I want a list today!" Dian's orders.

"Well Miss Dian!" answer David.

During the wait for Anjas' arrival, Dian's face was extremely cold with no expression. David could feel Dian holding back his anger. "Sorry CEO Dian. I was late because there was little urgent need" Anjas said.

"Because Mr. Anjas is so busy, we'll make an appointment next time, please" Dian said as he stood up from his seat. David stood up quickly.

The smile on Anjas face disappeared instantly and became panicked when he saw Dian wanting to leave the place.

"Wait a minute, CEO Dian. I admit I was wrong for being late. We can talk about it carefully," Anjas said.

Dian looked at Anjas coldly so the old man felt intimidated.

"Sir Anjas. I'm being honest! Jayanata company will not grant your request! After all you reneged on the initial agreement, our cooperation need not continue!" dian said firmly.

"I beg CEO Dian to consider it again. Now there are big bosses who offer prices 20% higher than the price of Jayanata Company. If the price of Jayanata Company is the same as him, of course I prefer Jayanata Company," said Anjas.

Anjas was very confident Dian wanted to meet her today because she agreed with her request. It's just that because he deliberately came late to make Dian angry.

"I congratulate you on working with Mr. Anjas and the new big boss" Dian said, leaving Anjas without hesitation.
