CHAPTER 6. Wijaya Mansion

***Stefan's office space in Bramasta Company***

Stefan's mood went bad after ending the phone call. The young man was sure Laura was lying to him. Most likely there are still many other lies hidden by Laura and other Bramasta family members.

Did during the wedding, Dian get bad treatment from Laura? Could it also be one of the reasons Dian asked for a divorce from her? Questions popped into Stefan's mind.

Although Dian never appeared in public with Stefan, most Bramasta Company employees knew Stefan was married. Some have even seen Dian come to deliver lunch and be accepted by Luis.

***Mansion Wijaya***

The white land rover ranger velar car stops in front of the Wijaya Mansion. Mr. Lesmana, the butler immediately welcomed Chandra and Dian.

"Young master Chandra, miss Dian," said Mr. Lesmana with a friendly smile.

"Sir Lesmana," replied Chandra and Dian simultaneously.

"Mr Jackson and Ms. Rossy are waiting in the living room" Mr. Lesmana said.

Chandra and Dian nodded their heads. They both knew Jackson had ordered Mr. Lesmana to wait for them to come home.

Chandra helps remove Dian's backpack and hands it to the maid.

"Bring this bag to Miss Dian's room" Chandra said.

"Well young master Chandra," replied the maid.

Chandra embraces Dian's shoulder with her left hand, while her right hand holds Dian's head gently.

"Let's go see daddy and mommy" Chandra asked.

"Sister Chandra is the best" Dian said with a small smile.

Chandra knew Dian was nervous about facing Jackson now so took the initiative to accompany her beloved little sister.

***House of Mansion Wijaya***

Jackson and Rossy were sitting on the couch enjoying a snack of pastries and warm tea. Chandra had already informed Dian of his return so they both waited there.

"Daddy! Mommy!" said Dian while running around hugging Rossy tightly.

"Dianku darling. Finally you go home," Rossy said as he returned the warm embrace of his youngest daughter, then cupped his hands on Dian's face to see clearly the face he had missed so far.

Although Dian lived in America for four years, Jackson and Rossy often visited there. However, this time for eleven months Dian did not contact Wijaya family members at all so the Wijaya family missed their beloved princess very much.

"Let's sit with Chandra" Rossy said.

"Yes mommy," Dian replied after letting go of her embrace reluctantly.

Dian was still standing in front of Jackson and Rossy. This time the young girl stared at Jackson.

"Daddy. I went home," Dian said in a small voice while bowing her head.

Jackson let out a long sigh seeing his beloved daughter getting thinner and geeky with braid hair.

"Dian don't want to hug daddy?" jackson asked, opening both hands wide.

The atmosphere of the family room is calm. They all know Dian must be suffering and unhappy during marriage with Stefan so that not until one year of their marriage age, Dian decided to go home to the Wijaya Mansion, which means the young girl is already divorced from Stefan.

A while later Dian wiped her tears quickly and let go of her embrace. The young girl was so strong that the tears she shed just this once, as a sign of her love for Stefan had been extinguished.

Eleven months of time spent by Dian to melt Stefan's heart, made a valuable lesson. Dian will not repeat the same mistake again.

Dian's tough and stubborn nature is also what makes Jackson allow Dian to pursue the desires of his first love. Jackson is confident Dian will not fall into the same hole a second time again.

"Let's sit with Chandra" Jackson said, patting Dian's back gently.

"Yes daddy," answered Dian obediently.

Dian walked up to Chandra and sat down beside her. Chandra rubbed Dian's head for a moment.

Jackson embraced Rossy's waist cordially and stared at Dian.

"Dians. Is everything all right?" ask Jackson.

"It's daddy" replied Dian.

Dian issued a divorce papers that Stefan had signed and handed them over to Jackson.

Jackson and Rossy read it carefully, while Chandra unbinds Dian's hair braid slowly.

Chandra's hand movements are very agile and clearly very proficient. In a short time, Dian's long hair had already decomposed long behind her back.

"My braid hair is not as good as Chandra's ties when I was a child" Dian said, laughing as she recalled their childhood.

Chandra smiled faintly hearing Dian's words. Chandra pinched Dian's pinched nose.

"of course! Me and Kelvin were always struggling to tie your hair when you were little" Chandra said.

As a child, Dian's hair was often tied in braids. When meeting Stefan for the first time, Dian with the appearance of braided hair so that the young girl deliberately looked like that for eleven months, with the hope Stefan remembered it and hope was in vain.

"Now surely Chandra's sister often ties Kak Rina's hair," seduced Dian.

Dian has a strong and independent nature like Jackson as well as a gentle and kind nature like Rossy.

"Dian! From now on you have nothing to do with the Bramasta family anymore" Jackson said, putting the divorce papers on the table.

"Of course daddy. I'm Mr. Jackson's favorite daughter" Dian replied.

"Rest in the Wijaya Mansion. In two weeks you will start working at Jayanata Company, as the deputy CEO. Chandra will guide you. There is a new project with a technology company. Daddy's sure you can get it" Jackson said.

"Okay daddy," answered Dian.

Jackson accidentally puts Dian in the position of deputy CEO to help Chandra. Jayanata company has only been pioneered for five years and is one of the subsidiaries of Wijaya Company.

During these five years Chandra as CEO of Jayanata Company has succeeded in making the company grow rapidly.

Chandra's position as CEO of Jayanata Company is only temporary because Chandra has to take care of Wijaya Company so Jackson plans to give Jayanata Company completely into the hands of Dian.

Jackson wants Dian to show his work performance in front of shareholders before officially announcing Dian's identity as his youngest daughter. The project of working with the technology company was the most appropriate way to show Dian's ability.
