CHAPTER 40. Causes of divorce

"Hey! Don't leave! You guys are crazy! Let go of me, Rizky!" shouted Anastasia like a possessed person and thrashed.

One hard slap landed on Anastasia's cheek. The spoiled girl was stunned while holding her swollen cheeks.
Rizky and the guests were surprised. They looked at Stefan at the same time. Even Rizky released her embrace from Anastasia's body unconsciously.
"Sia! Don't test my patience! Be prepared to receive a penalty from your grandfather if the company's stock drops tomorrow!" stefan said with a cold face without expression.
Anastasia's face paled and her body trembled even more, but no one felt pity for her. They all felt the slap from Stefan was so precise that they did not need to hear Anastasia's heartbreaking screams and gestures.
Stefan turned his body and ran away from the ballroom. The young man wanted to chase after Dian who was not far in front of him.

Dian, Chandra, and Billy stopped their footsteps and looked back.
Stefan was trying to catch his irregular breathing from running fast.
"CEO Candra, CEO Billy. Can I talk to Dian for a minute?" ask Stefan.
The two men called Stefan looked at Dian at the same time.
"Dian want to talk to her?"
"The Princess wants to talk to him?"
Stefan was stunned for a moment to see the attitude of the two men in front of him greatly appreciate and respect Dian's decision, not do as he pleased.
Dian nodded her head. "Five minutes!" dian to Stefan.
"Me and Billy are waiting in the lobby of the hotel" Chandra said, embracing Billy's shoulder, leaving Dian.

Dian took the phone and set the alarm for five minutes, then looked at Stefan.
"What do you want CEO Stefan to talk about?" ask Dian in a flat tone.
The voice without feeling happy, sad, or happy made Stefan's heart cold. He was like a stranger in front of Dian.
"Dian, why don't you tell me if mom and Sia bullied you at the mansion?" ask Stefan.
Stefan was confident that he would definitely prevent Laura and Anastasia from treating Dian badly if Dian told him in the first place.

Dian looked into Stefan's eyes and could judge the man wasn't lying about his relationship with Gisel, but it was too late now.
Gisel's engineering photos are just an additional factor that led to Dian deciding to divorce before one year. She doesn't want to waste her youth being on the side of the man who ignored her during the wedding.
"Stefans! You think if I tell you about your family's ill-treatment, then we can't get divorced. Don't you?" ask Dian.
"Stefans. During the eleven months of the wedding, have we ever been together in person? You ever give me a chance to meet you?" dian asked while looking at Stefan.
Stefan's face was pale instantly because of Dian's true words and pierced his heart. How can Dian tell all the crimes of Laura and Anastasia if she is ignoring Dian all this time.
"A. I had a complicated reason for ignoring you back then," Stefan replied stammeringly.
"I don't want to know the complicated reasons and you don't have to explain anything to me right now. Everything is in vain! We're divorced and there's no personal connection anymore!" dian said with a trembling voice.
All of Stefan's current words made Dian recall his stupid and naive attitude for eleven months. Dian did not regret the decision he made from the beginning and was ready to accept all the consequences since deciding to divorce.
The desire for a sweet first love can end in bitterness so Dian does not want to think about it anymore.
The alarm on Dian's phone sounded. The young girl turned off the alarm and turned her body with the intention of leaving Stefan for the hotel lobby.
"Dian!" call Stefan while holding Dian's wrist spontaneously.

Stefan stood staring at Dian's back and heard the sound of high heels getting away.

The invited guests split up leaving the corner of the ballroom where Anastasia was..Even Ayu and Indah went to avoid Anastasia.
Anastasia was still standing while bowing her head, but both her hands clenched tightly.
"Dian fuck! Watch you! I'll avenge the humiliation tonight!" inner Anastasia.
While Rizky was standing not far from Anastasia's side. Rizky is confused what to do about Stefan's spoiled sister?
Rizky is eager to leave Anastasia there, but because she brought the spoiled sister to this dinner, Rizky has the responsibility to bring Anastasia home.
Erik as the organizer of this dinner party walked over to Rizky.
"Rizkiy! Miss Anastasia cleaned herself in the toilet. I've asked the hotel maid to provide a new set of clothes" Erik said.
Rizky is one of the people who knows Stefan is a shareholder of Alpha Company so Rizky knows Erik, even though they both do not know closely.
"Thank you, Erik" replied Rizky.
Rizky breathed a sigh of relief and accepted Erik's proposal. If Anastasia gets out of the dinner in such a sad state then it will add hot gossip for tomorrow morning.
Whereas Alpha Company has just announced a three-party cooperation with Bramasta and Jayanata Company.
Supposedly this banquet could run smoothly and be very successful if not for the mess created by Anastasia.
Erik harbors anger in his heart against Anastasia, the culprit for Stefan's sake.
