Chapter 108 - Kevin Jung

Kevin Jung immediately jumped back tens of meters after he and Anna moved.

Kevin watched his surroundings at a glance with a glance of his eyes without daring to turn his face away from Anna. However, he could not see anything because the place was pitch black.

Kevin finally looked up and could see the faint moonlight among the shady trees. He could guess that they were probably in the forest.

Anna did take the man to the forest, where he used to open the gate to his artificial world when he wanted to transport magic crystals using a rented truck.

"Where is this? Who the hell are you?" asked Kevin curiously.

Kevin just arrived in C City this afternoon.

He was sent in specially by the Australian Hunter Association after they found the mastermind of the 'theft' raid rights in dozens of Dungeons in City C.

The Australian Association has a much better Hunter satellite than Southeast Asia, which can monitor in detail all life on Earth.

The spy satellites were unable to catch Anna's rapid movements when the girl infiltrated the gate.

However, the satellite caught the girl while she was hiding on the roof of a building or other high place, to monitor the situation around the Dungeon gate and then disappeared suddenly.

It was reported there were dozens of Dungeons who had 'stolen' his raid rights and happened to be Australian spy satellites caught wet Anna always being near all the gates that were reported.

However, the Australian Association only guessed that Anna might be the culprit because the satellite only caught Anna's movements before it entered the Dungeon's gate, however, the satellite could not catch the speed of his movements when the girl disappeared into the Dungeon.

So, since they saw Anna near all the gates and seemed to be monitoring the state before her body disappeared, the observers were convinced that she was the mastermind of the illegal raid.

The association knew that the speed of motion that Anna had, was above the ability of an S rank Hunter. They guessed that the 'thief' was at least SS-rated.

Therefore, the Australian Hunter Association sends their best secret agent, who has just leveled up to SSS rank, Kevin Jung, to capture and interrogate him.

"I'll ask first." Anna began to talk by not poking Kevin's questions before. "You said I was a thief. What do you mean?"

Kevin Jung did not answer. After his eyes got used to the dark place, he knew that it was true that they were now in a forest that might be far from the settlement because he did not see any lights there.

Anna sighed in annoyance at not getting an answer from the man.

'Dealing with a high-ranking Hunter is indeed annoying.'

Anna asked once again, "Do you want to answer me or not?"

Kevin grinned. "Who are you really?"

Anna laughs. He felt it was indeed difficult to talk to a high-level Hunter who during his life no one dared to oppose his will and might always do as he pleased.

Just like earlier, when Anna saw Kevin staring at Ronald Stewart with a look down on the middle-aged man. For this reason, Anna immediately hit him, when she saw the gesture of underestimation and heard the way of speech did not appreciate what Kevin said to Ronald Stewart.

Although Anna herself was not afraid and spoke half-threateningly to Ronald, she did not look down on the chairman of the Association at all. Anna still respects him, especially since Ronald is his best friend's father.

Ronald does look scary and intimidating. However, he is not a bad and cunning man like his father, Brandon Lloyd.

After Anna finished speaking, she finally used magic that she had never used before.

Kevin Jung was aghast as the previously pitch-black place became brightly lit.

He looked around and up into the sky but found no source of light causing the place to be brightly lit.

Kevin looked back at Anna and saw a wide grin on the girl's lips. He knew it was the girl who made their place of existence bright.

'Skill what is this? Is he also a Mage like me?'

Slowly, Kevin felt that all parts of his body could not move. Slowly, his two feet that stepped on the grass left the land and his body was now floating in the air.

Helpless against the magical power of the teenager before him, Kevin could finally only stare at the girl with a horrified look.

'He can make an SSS-ranked Hunter like me helpless? Crazy one! Who is he really?'

Kevin wanted to talk, but he couldn't open his mouth at all. In fact, he could not move his eyelids even just to blink.

The longer he could not blink his eyes, his eyes felt more and more painful, until without the will of tears came out of both corners of his eyes.

Anna left Kevin in that state for 15 minutes before finally leaving to approach Kevin.

Anna flew up to position her body parallel to Kevin who had been hovering in the air. He then showed his pale white palm to Kevin, right in front of his face.

"If you don't answer me, your body will explode. You only have thirty seconds." said Anna.

Anna clenched her hand and moved her grip slowly, as if she were*************** something in her hand.

With each grip moving, Kevin felt his body being squeezed by an invisible force. The longer, the pressure he felt the stronger it made him very tormented by his pain.

Kevin groaned in pain as he felt the flesh and bones in his body as if they were rubbing against him. He could also hear the sound of all the bones in his body twitching every time the slender fingers of the girl before him twitched as if squeezing something in his grasp.

"Is this voodoo without dolls?!" Kevin thought in horror as he guessed the magic ability Anna possessed.

The man wanted to scream but could not open his mouth at all.

Anna realized. He forgot to let Kevin's mouth to speak and instead locked it like any other part of the body.

"Oh sorry, I forgot to leave your mouth open" Anna said with a shy face.

As soon as his mouth opened, Kevin whimpered in pain. He tried to regulate his breath through his mouth.

"I-I'll answer you!" Said Kevin, half-cussing. He stared at Anna's blushing face in horror.

'Is he a psychopath?!'

"You should have decided from the beginning."

After Anna spoke, things suddenly turned pitch-black again.

Kevin fell into a deep slump when gravity had regained control of his body.

Kevin immediately crouched down and tried to recover his body that was sick due to the 'little torment' that Anna did. However, he could only alleviate the pain throughout his body without being able to recover the state of his bones that had been fractured in many places.

"Reply answer," asked Anna who had been impatient to find out why she was called a petty thief.

"We know that you conducted an illegal raid on dozens of Dungeons in town" Kevin said quickly, before the girl lost her temper and tortured him again.

Kevin looked up to see the reaction of Anna standing in front of him, but because the place had turned dark as before and his eyes were not used to the darkness, he could not see Anna's face.

Anna was actually a little surprised by what Kevin had just said. He finally recalled what Miyuki had told him that each country now had sophisticated satellites for spying and also observing the state of other countries.

'Other times I have to be careful.'

Kevin spoke back, "Have you done that illegal raid a few years ago?" ask Kevin. In a state of losing strength, he still carries out his duties.

Kevin Jung, in addition to being given the task of arresting the perpetrators of the illegal raid in C City, was also assigned to interrogate the criminal directly. So, even though it seems like he will be killed after this, at least he should know the truth.

The man was sure that this criminal before him would definitely kill him instead of freeing himself. Because, if Kevin gets released, then his identity is definitely revealed and Kevin will certainly return with much greater strength, by bringing many secret agents from around the world with him.

Surprisingly, the villain doesn't seem to be doing as Kevin thought.

Anna took Kevin to move again to another place, to the front of a Dungeon gate.
