Surprised by what Anna had just said, Gina stood up from her seat and stared fixedly at Anna's face.
Anna walked back to the sofa and sat back in her original place. He then stared at a television screen that was airing a newscast about a research team monitoring a lake that was still frozen.
Anna then looked up and turned to Gina who was still standing while looking at her in confusion. He then smiled as he patted the fur sofa softly, asking Gina to sit next to him.
Gina sat back down, while still continuing to stare at Anna.
“I feel strange with this body," Anna said after Gina sat down. "You also told me that I came back with my hair and retina that had a different color. Though, I never felt myself back here.”
Gina just kept quiet and still continued to stare at Anna worriedly.
Anna again continued, “I have fainted while in space on my way back to Earth.”
“A-what? Space?”
That 'space' sentence can't be ignored by Gina. He immediately responded without her intentionally.
“Yes. The Dungeon's gate, connected to the planet of the Orc nation.”
Gina quiet. But his face was clearly like the face of an astonished man. Like the amazed face of someone who has seen a riveting magic trick.
Normally, people would probably laugh because they didn't believe what Anna had just said. But Gina believed him.
He felt that being in space was amazing. So he shut up and imagined it.
Anna saw Gina's clearly visible face was astonished by what she had just said.
“You believe the one I just said?” ask Anna. Both of his brows furrowed as he looked at Gina, waiting for her answer.
Anna herself had thought about it over and over again until she finally believed her experience.
When he regained consciousness, he recalled his experience. Although he did not want to believe it, his space journey was real.
From there, Anna guesses that teleportation would be dangerous if done between planets.
He finally found out, teleportation can only be done while he is on the same planet.
When he did it interplanetary, the teleportation was just a journey at the speed of light.
°°°
Gina's forehead wrinkled and she looked at Anna in annoyance, feeling played with. “You're kidding?”
‘He trusts whatever I say?’
“No. I'm not kidding.”
Gina sighed, then nodded slowly. Then he spoke.
“So you mean..., those gates are actually connected to a planet?”
“Yes. The Orc Planet was indeed connected to Earth through the Dungeon gate. Although I do not know about the others, but I also guess like that. Each monster is different, has its own planet.”
Gina took out her drinking cup and sipped a few sips of the contents while thinking and imagining what Anna had just said. That amazes him.
“That is information I've read as well, but it's just an estimate and no one thinks of it as a truth because no one has been able to confirm it yet.” Say Gina, while returning the cup to the table.
“Planet Orc does exist. I've proven it. And I almost died on my return to Earth at the speed of light.” Anna rubbed her chin before continuing, “Or maybe faster than that. I'm running out of Mana.” energy
Gina suddenly turned her head to look at Anna back and asked with a serious face, “By the way, how big is your Mana energy? I mean, compared to a Hunter rating..”.
Anna smiled and shook her head.
“I don't know..”.
“But..., I only felt your Mana energy around F rank. Did you disguise it?” ask Gina curiously.
“Ya.”
“So... Worth it...,” said Gina while nodding slowly. Then he asked back. "But, are their planets small? And their numbers are also only in the range of three hundred to five hundred, right?"
Anna shook her head.
"There's a barrier magic that keeps them locked up in the territory. That's why their numbers are not many, when the raid team enters the Dungeon which is actually a region that is being restricted,"
"I don't know who made the delimiter. But, my guess is, the creature did it on many planets, and then connected it to Earth."
Gina fell silent when she found out the new information. An important piece of information that could finally answer the questions of all mankind about the Dungeon phenomenon that had not been found the answer for 25 years since the Dungeon gates had sprung up.
The two remained silent for a while. Each one of them was dissolving in his own thoughts.
After a long silence, Gina again asked, “So, what did you mean? You said that your body is not your real body?”
“Yes. I don't think this is my real body,” said Anna while holding ************* with both hands. “This chest and my ass. At first I was a little suspicious. They shouldn't be this big..” said Anna who then smiled awkwardly.
Gina laughs.
“Yah.., that does sound strange. But my height is also a little higher than I remember.”
“I think it is,” said Gina suddenly.
“Hah? Have you met me before?”
Anna thought, there was no way Gina knew her body shape or height before. Because he was seriously injured when they first met. There was no way Gina could have noticed it.
“No. We first met when I saw you fall from the Asian Soul building. But, the voice of the woman who spoke to me a week ago, is different from your voice.”
Gina continued, “If I remember, the voice that once asked me to carry your body also sounds the same. Other than her voice, I'm sure what you're saying is true, because my body feels a little shaky when she's talking, different from when you're talking.”
Anna sighed softly.
Gina approached him, then rubbed the girl's hair.
“But her face is so beautiful. Her hair is also very smooth.” Gina forced her smile. She did admire that pretty face, as well as feel sympathy for Anna who might have lost her real body.
Anna glanced at Gina then looked at her with a lazy look.
He then raised one of his hands. Shortly after, the smartphone he left on his room table before going to the dungeon break, landed in his hand.
Gina was shocked when she saw that ability.
“W-wow... Can you do such a thing?”
Anna ignored the question. She was busy scrolling through the smartphone screen, then showed the smartphone screen to Gina after finding the photo she was looking for.
Gina looked at the photo confusedly, not understanding the purpose of Anna's purpose in showing him the photo.
Anna showed me her picture while she was still in High School.
Anna then brought the phone closer to her face.
“This is her,” Anna said as she pointed at her face. “And it's me.” He said then while pointing at the smartphone screen in his other hand.
Gina stared fixedly at the photo while occasionally glancing at Anna's face.
“You are very similar... I mean.. your faces are the same!”.
“Fast. If we were just similar, I would have noticed it a long time ago. Since we had the same face, then I didn't notice it. It's just that, ever since I came to my senses a few weeks ago, I've been a little confused by the growth in my height, chest and buttocks that increased in just two weeks when I was unconscious.”
Gina nodded as she understood Anna's meaning. "So you're really this pretty.." murmured Gina.
Anna nodded. He was quite confident in his face. Seeing that, Gina laughed.
°°°
“Then..., where's your real body? And... Where did the spirit of the owner of this body go?”
Anna was silent for a moment. He recalled the moment he regained consciousness just a few seconds after running out of Mana energy.
Anna found her body stiff and unable to move at all. He seemed to be frozen somewhere, as he could feel a chill all over his body.
He also did not hear the voices of the men and women he had previously heard.
Unfortunately, as his body was squeezed tightly into the ice, he was unable to move his mouth to summon them.
Anna finally tried to shatter the ice that looked like she wanted to preserve it, yet she was completely unable to do so because she had already exhausted her Mana energy.
He could live without breathing in the ice that was squeezing his body because there was another Mana energy that seemed to be trying to protect him.
At that time, Anna finally decided to meditate in order to restore all of her Mana energy that had been drained out.
He did not know how long he had been inside the ice, but after spending a very long time, he finally woke up and was surprised to find himself already in his room.
Anna then looked back at the television screen.
“There's a strange thing. I felt that the space object that fell on the lake and froze it, was my body. Because I feel cold like I'm buried in ice.” Said Anna.
She also recalled the story of Gina who said the platinum blonde woman's body looked like it had just come out of a freeze.
Anna turned her head again to Gina and continued her sentence, “But, I really don't feel like I've ever come back here myself. I'm sure the owner of this body brought his body here.”
Anna suddenly stood up and her actions took Gina by surprise. “A-what's up?”
Anna looked at Gina's eyes sharply. He was a bit scared when he thought about what he now expected.
Anna then sat back down by throwing her ass on the sofa.
“Are there two spirits in this body? When I was unconscious, the spirit of the owner of this living body replaced me?” Think Anna. He became agitated when he imagined that it was the reality.
“Anna? What's up?”
Gina rubbed the back of Anna's hand as she looked at the dimness of the girl's face. Gina suspects that Anna may have just remembered or realized an important thing that may have been troubling her mind all along.
However, like a deja vu, Anna finally asked Gina for permission to be given time to reflect back on what was currently troubling her mind.
Anna went back to her room and locked herself in there.
°°°
Anna even went into the bathroom.
There, he spoke and tried to summon the spirit he was expecting, hiding also within the body.
However, he did not get any answers at all.
"Damn it, I'm going crazy!"
°°°
Anna thought about the possibility for up to 3 days. He was not even eager to eat, drink, and do anything.
Imagining there are 2 spirits in 1 body, is tantamount to knowing that in his current body, there are 2 personalities.
Anna was worried that if she lost her consciousness, the owner of the body would do things she did not want.
Anna does not know if the owner of the body is on the side of humanity, or if he is also one of the alien beings from a planet that is out there.
That thought was what made him so worried.
However, when she finally realized that she would not lose consciousness as long as she did not run out of Mana energy, Anna could feel a little relieved by it.
