Chapter 23: Rasenshuriken Root

Minato looked at his own hands in astonishment as he held and nurtured the Rasengan. He was even more astonished by Ryo. After more than two years of developing that Jutsu without finishing it, this boy was the only one who came and understood the principles of the technique, then helped him develop it.
