Chapter 68: Ice vs. Forfeited

The Scorch release is a Gekkei Genkai produced from a blend of Wind and Fire properties. Both are synergistic; therefore, the Fire Element can cause a much higher temperature than ordinary Fire Elements.

Ryo knew how bad such a temperature was for him, as it could cause the moisture to dissipate unless he froze it. Therefore, he assigned Haname Uchiha to help him fight his enemy.

A heat wave began to gush from within Pakura's body. Several "hot" Orbs of varying sizes began to form around him.

He sent them to Ryo. These orb were extremely hot, even the air around them felt like it was burning.

Ryo reshaped the Ice armor on his body into a wall to block the Hot Orb, and then launched the Water Dragon which he instantly froze.

Ice Ryo is not frozen with Chakra. It was actually frozen with natural energy. This makes it much more durable. It was strong enough to take Shukaku's "Air Bullet", and facing the Hot Ball, it didn't melt.

Ryo controlled his Ice Dragon and made it attack Pakura. Since he saw how the wall was holding back his Hot Ball, he did not try to melt the dragon. He actually went to avoid it using Clones.

“Ryo, Ninja Sand is basically done. Should we destroy those dolls next? ”

It was only when he heard the words of Gamahiro that he realized that most of the Ninja responsible for transporting the puppets had been killed.

The Gamahiro had at least a Quasi-Kage level, and was of enormous size. Without the help of Pakura and 4 Chunin, the Sand ninja would not be able to survive.

Seeing that Gamahiro was the target, Ryo blinked his eyes upwards.

“Hiro, use Water Shots! This orb is not easy to deal with.” Ryo's words made Hiro wary. He was actually thinking of facing the Orb directly with his sword. But hearing Ryo's words, he gave up on the idea and returned the ball with a shot.

"Hiro, Haname, you two will continue to give me water, use the Water Release Jutsu and send them towards me" Ryo said.

"Captain, do you need water all the time?" ask Hanum.

"Yes! Open your Sharingan and watch my fight with Pakura. Whenever you find that the humidity level has been lowered near me, use Water Release immediately. ”

He nodded, and Gamahiro also said he would cooperate.

Ryo uses his clan's Telepathy to ask Gamahiro and Haname to stop giving him water and immediately proceed to destroy the puppet while he keeps an eye on Pakura.

Handling Pakura was much more troublesome than Ryo had ever expected, and the Sand army was coming soon. He has to make a compromise.
