Chapter 71: Intrusion

Jiraya did not expect Sakumo to agree to such a "crazy" plan. He and Ryo are willing to sneak into the Sand camp and kill their Sensor Ninja!

“I disagree with this plan. You are the Commander in charge of the Wind Nation battlefield. Leave this to me.”

“Jiraya, you don't trust my strength? Besides, I'll go with Ryo. His Ice Teleportation became comparable to the Flying Thunder God Minato in many ways, and you just saw his camouflage technique. If we are careful, we will be fine even if we fail.”

Sakumo's words were clear; he was indeed going to leave this time, and Jiraya could only nod.

After the three agreed, Sakumo learned the secret technique of Chakra Concealment from Ryo, and spent another day practicing it.

On the third night, Sakumo and Ryo begin their operation. They plan to sneak into the Sand camp under the cover of the night.

The two were still in Sakumo's tent when they hid their Chakra. Only the three of them knew about this operation, so they had to hide it even from their own Ninja Sensor.

At night, the Konoha camp is patrolled mainly by Aburame insects, and they do not detect both. If the Ninja Hyuga does not receive a signal from the Aburame clan, they usually rest their Byakugan at night. So both of them opened the barrier and left.

Sand Camp is not too far from Konoha. There was a small piece of desert between the two. It didn't take long for them to get close to the enemy.

Unlike Konoha, Sand has no family that specializes in Ninjutsu Sensors. People with overwhelming spiritual power were scattered among the clans. Sakumo needs Ryo to identify and locate the Ninja Sensor, so the two can only act together.

They infiltrated the camp from the far left. Ryo uses his Clan Telepathy to communicate with his leader, and the two begin scanning the entire camp from left to right.

A Ninja is already much more alert than the average person. In particular, sensor ninjas have more spiritual power. Therefore, they used it to see the world more clearly.

But Sakumo and Ryo use the Sand Spy technique to hide their Chakra. Throat Ninja sensors are being cut one after another with Ryo's Charka Scalpel.

As for Sakumo, he did not use the sword impregnated Chakra as usual, as it would emit a white light. The target is only murder, and he's not in battle.

“Around 300. Like our camp, most of them are Ninja Sensors and from the Barrier squad, with some Jonin to protect them.” Many of the Ninja that Ryo detected were watching the barrier. So he thought they were one class with Konoha.

“We have to kill them all. Now we must act as quickly as possible without ever being detected.”

After Ryo cut off communication, the two resumed the action. The 300 patrol squad, mostly consisting of Ninja Barrier and Sensor, did not cause any problems for White Fang Hatake Sakumo.

The method is simple and brutal. He would storm them and retreat, killing them silently and quickly one by one, and before they realized it, the entire team would die.

Ryo did not change his methods. However, he replaced the flickering of Thunder Chakra Mode by using his Ice Surgical Blade. He walked in, found his target, and placed his Ice Surgical Knife first.

With over a dozen of them stationed at a strategic spot, Ryo teleported back and forth between them, killing his target. In the blink of an eye, the entire other team was executed.

In less than an hour, all of the Sensor Ninja in the Sand camp were taken care of by The White Fang and Ryo.

“Sakumo san, now that we have completed our mission, you leave first from me. I have something I have to deal with. ”

"No, the task is done, immediately back off!"

“Sakumo san, I put an ice scalpel where we broke it. You go first; I'll catch up with you in 5 minutes.”

Sakumo knew about the Ice scalpel, so he was convinced and gave Ryo permission to stay that long.

After he left, Ryo took out his headband and put it in the hands of the Ninja Sensor, then melted all the Ice Surgical Knives that were in the camp.

Ryo's goal is to create doubt and give Sand what appears to be a false clue, affecting Kazekage's judgment. As long as no action is detected in the Konoha camp, Sand should not make them the object of their primary suspicion.

After finishing with that, he ran to somewhere within 50 meters of the Ice Surgical Blade on the left side of the camp; then he teleported there and rejoined Sakumo.

The two turned around and left, heading straight for the Konoha camp. On the way Ryo explains what he just did to Sakumo. In this way, he made sure that Sakumo would not make the camp do anything unusual in the next three days.

At the Konoha camp, Jiraya was still in Sakumo's tent waiting for the two to come. As time went on, he became even more upset.

“I hope Sakumo san and Kid are okay. The enemy camp is near; they should already be here by now!”

“Of course we are fine!” Ryo's sudden appearance frightened Jiraya, who finally felt relieved when she saw Sakumo following Ryo slowly into the tent.
