Section 8 - Resign
“Marry me. Please .. “
Herjuno stared at the clingy Aurorae.
“ What is this Mr Juno? Didn't we agree to end it all well? I haven't even started my peaceful life yet, and you've come back to harass me. I'm gonna pretend I didn't hear this. Excuse me.” Aurorae. I want to step again.
“ Rae... letting go of you I thought was okay. But it turns out, seeing you together with other men is not an easy thing for me to handle. Please Rae.. don't put this.” Unexpectedly, Herjuno shed tears. Aurorae. He doesn't look anymore. He held Farhan's hand tightly, then went from there to the elevator that would take them to the third floor.
Herjuno stared at Aurorae nanar's back.
As the elevator doors closed, Aurorae burst onto the floor. The legs that had been trying to stand up straight, finally gave up. He sobbed, hugging both knees.
“Rae..” Farhan crouched down, rubbing Aurorae's shoulders slowly.
“Han.. Let me put it this way for a moment. After this, I promise I'll forget everything.” Quick cut Aurorae.

It had been an hour that Megumi stared out the window of her hotel room with tears that did not stop coming out. An hour ago, she came out of her room to wait for her husband's return in the hotel lobby. Hopefully that way, can slightly improve his relationship with Herjuno. But what is power, it seems only he wants to improve his household. Herjuno. She sees her husband pleading for the woman, Aurorae, not to abandon him. Herjuno even asked Aurorae to marry him. Megumi was stunned, when Aurorae had even left. His heart hurts so much. He returned to his room quietly. Will pretend to sleep so that Herjuno does not discuss marriage anymore. But unlike his conjecture, Herjuno did not even return to his room. I don't know where he is, it's been an hour.
-“ When you asked Aurorae to marry you, did you not consider how I felt Mas?”- muttered Megumi alone.

It has been two days since Herjuno and Megumi returned home since Rakernas ended, and since then Megumi has been avoiding him. No longer greeting her warmly, not even smiling. But Herjuno doesn't care. The two-day vacation given by his company feels very long, he wants to go to the office immediately, so he can see the face of Aurorae. Right now, only Aurorae filled his mind.
What's he doing.
Does he cry a lot.
Is he still mad at me.
Why he never returned a message or answered my phone.
Does he miss me.
Herjuno sighed in frustration. He really misses her. He doesn't even care about Megumi's change of attitude. Or maybe not even realize it at all.
“Papa... Haidar wants an airplane , what can?” Haidar's loud voice broke his daydream. Herjuno turned his head, frowning his forehead.
“Aircraft?”
“Hem , let's buy.”
“Kan Haidar already has not an airplane?”
“But can't fly. Haidar wanted one like Dito's, who could actually fly. Wear remote.”
“Ah , alright. Let's go buy it. Where did Dito buy it?”
Herjuno lifted Haidar's body into his lap. Gently rubbing his head.
“Di Mall.”
“You go now?”
Haidar nodded quickly and smiled widely. He jumped off his father's lap, ran into the kitchen to his mother.
“Mama , let's go to the mall. Haidar wants an airplane.” Her words pulled the right side of her mother's skirt.
“Go with Papa.” Megumi looked down at her son smiling.
“Mama not coming?”
“No.”
“Why? Where are you going?”
“Not anywhere. Mom at home.”
“What's tired mama?”
Megumi clapped a smile.
“Then, tomorrow only to his mall.” Said Haidar quietly, looking down lethargic.
“It's okay, go with Papa. Tomorrow Papa has started to enter work, will not be able to.”
His voice rubbed his son's cheek gently.
“Let's go with papa alone. Let Mama rest at home.” Herjuno, who had been watching his wife and son, approached.
Megumi stood up, looking away. And Herjuno really doesn't care.

Aurorae stared at the door of her room. Staring straight at the family room, where his father was sitting pensively while hugging a sofa pillow. He stepped closer, but the closer he got, the more agitated he got. His heart was pounding, his steps were trembling.
“Dad..” say slow while staying a step beside his Father.
The middle-aged man looked over. It is clear that wrinkles in both corners of his eyes, which when smiling, his wrinkles become more visible.
“Come. Why out? Just rest.” Gumilar extended his hand.
Aurorae dropped her ass on the same couch.
“Dad..” said again. This time it was slower. And did not dare to look at his father's face.
“Say. “ Gumilar knows , something's wrong with his daughter.
“What.... is it okay if Rae resigns from the office?”
“It's really okay?” this time Aurorae ventured to raise her face.
Gumilar.
“Daddy did not ask the reason?”
“Are you willing to tell Dad?”
“It seems. no.” Aurorae looked down again.
“Good.” Gumilar gently rubbed his daughter's head.
Aurorae knew her father would not investigate. As a retired Air Force TNI Gumilar is not used to mince words . His words were always firm, and right at the core.
“Daddy. Rae's contract is six months away. Rae will hold on until then. After that Rae will resign, how about we just go back to Dad's hometown? Rae can start a small business there.”
“If you are uncomfortable , just stop now. Why wait six months?”
“Cannot. Rae has to pay the penalty then.”
“Pay only. How much?”
“Rae will just work, Dad. Six months won't be long. “
Gumilar looked at his old daughter. Then back to the top of his head.
“Rae.. Daddy loved you. And I trust you. Whatever decision you make, I know you won't be rash.” Gumilar paused his words for a moment.
“Therefore, you can also trust Dad. Whatever you're worrying about, you can tell Dad everything.”
Aurorae.
“Dad..”
“It's okay. Just cry. Tell me all when you're ready.”
“Rae wants to just move out of this city, Dad.. “
“Good. Everything you want.”
“Rae don't want to see Mas Juno again, Well.”
“Herjuno? Why?”
Aurorae raised her head. Staring at the eyes of Gumilar who began to read his anger. He knew that the man whose name he had just mentioned must have hurt his daughter.
Aurorae started telling me everything. All this time Gumilar only knew if Aurorae had a lover, Herjuno. But about Herjuno who is married, he does not know at all. This time Aurorae no longer wanted to hide anything from her father. He says all , about Herjuno being married and having a son, about Herjuno claiming to be in divorce proceedings & about everything that has happened since he dismantled his relationship before Megumi.
Aurorae is getting sobbing. He knew his father would be disappointed.
Gumilar held his daughter tightly. Letting Aurorae spill all her tears.
“Thank you for not being late to realize your mistake, Rae. Is that why you want to leave the company?”
Aurorae.
“Come out soon. Dad will take care of our move.”
“But, Yeah.”
“Soon Rae. Your feelings can become more burdensome to you. Do this not to maintain the integrity of the household of others. But for yourself.”

“Tita , bring this month sales report to my room.” Herjuno came in later than usual. His energy was completely drained from the quarrel with Megumi every morning.
“Good Sir.” Tita, one of Herjuno's staff in the Marketing Division nodded. Gets his report and follows Herjuno.
“Andra , our new marketing, what do you think?” asked Herjuno, when they were already in his room.
“This first ten days he has sold four units of type 2 pack. Pretty good for beginners.”
“Monitor continues for the next two months. Does he know his trial period of three months, before being appointed as a permanent employee?”
“Iya Pak.”
“Good. Realize the promotion plan that has been agreed by the directors at Rakernas yesterday, and report the progress to me every weekend.” Herjuno was still busy turning back the report that Tita had brought.
Tita nodded. As staff leader, whose position was directly below Herjuno, he was used to receiving direct orders.
“Ah, and ask Aurorae to my room now.” Continue Herjuno before Tita completely exits the room.
“Sorry Sir, Aurorae has resigned per day. This morning he came to submit a resignation letter directly to HRD.”
“Resign?”
Tita nodded.
“Per today? Isn't he still under contract in a few months?”
“Iya Sir , seems urgent. So he can't wait.”
Herjuno. Let Tita out with her signal.
His heart is pounding great. What's this. Aurorae resigned without speaking to him. What to avoid it?
Slowly, her tears spilled. Herjuno Ardhi, crying over his loss.
