The Seirei Gensouki Spirit Chronicles

The Seirei Gensouki Spirit Chronicles
Chapter 2's

You will only get hit again by doing that .. Rio is fed up. She knew she was a woman with a high sense of responsibility, but this was a bit unwise. Sure enough, her husband's anger flared up, and she tried to hit him once again. Sighing, Rio closed the gap between them, neutralized the movements of her husband, and gently touched the man's head.

“Purgo .”

Rio's hand started to faintly glow as he chanted a fake spell once again. A few seconds passed until her husband regained consciousness.

“That's soothing magic. Do you feel fresh now? ” Rio asked in a cold tone.

“Hah…? Y-Yes. Sorry about that,” said the husband, confused by his suddenly clear state of mind.

“Do not apologize to me, apologize to Rebecca,” Rio said in a tired voice, glancing at the woman. Her husband turned to the owner with a guilty expression on his face.

“Sorry.” While he was an angry drunk, he did not seem unreasonable to violence while drunk.

“A-I'm really sorry for the problem!” Rebecca lowered her head at Rio with great gratitude.

“No, I should be the one apologizing. Thank you for lunch Goodbye now.” Rio chose to say goodbye before things got more complicated, then left the inn.

Well, it doesn't really solve anything .. The scene that happened at the inn just now is most likely to happen again in the future. The action is meaningless ..The best temporary solution. The thought made her morning a little more gloomy.

Time move. He decided to leave the city and put his bad mood behind him as quickly as possible.

After walking east along the road towards the forest for a while, Rio checked if anyone was nearby, before deliberately exiting the road. It was morning, so the fog

the forest makes everything hard to see. Rio casually started running. Not long after he changed his pace, he found a figure lying on the ground in his path. He stepped towards her to see there was someone there, lying face down.

Even a single step outside the city walls puts you at risk of being attacked by monsters and carnivorous animals; that risk rises exponentially after you enter the forest. This guy could potentially be the result of that danger – but it's possible that he just fainted in the middle of his trip.

With that thought, Rio approached that body. Wearing a robe that covered his entire figure. Judging from its size, Rio thought it was a small child. Why is a child here …?It was a little annoying, but leaving it would leave a residual bad taste in Rio's mouth, so he reluctantly decided to call out to her.

“Hey, are you okay?” he asked as he shook his body, but there was no reaction, although he could feel body heat through the robe.

So she is still alive – Rio relaxed for a moment and tried to peek at her face through the crack in his veil. Suddenly, the guy was – a girl, he realized – opened his eyes; he was emitting a faint killing intent. Rio directed his gaze to the girl's hand, and saw a long knife clasped in her hand.

The girl thrust a knife into Rio's body, but she twisted her body in trepidation, dodging the attack. The girl's knife swung through the empty space, barely hitting it. However, it seemed like he had read his first attack as he moved smoothly to use a follow-up attack.

With a heavy breath, the girl attacked Rio's neck. In his mouth there is a small pipe like a flute – a chopstick (blowgun). Rio felt a sting of pain in his neck, making him frown. But he knew he had to make some distance between them, first and foremost, and reflexively pushed the girl away, while taking a step back.

The girl's hood fell backwards, revealing a very cute face and pale orange hair that reached to her shoulders. He looked two or three years younger than Rio, but there was a cold-blooded killing intent lurking in his red eyes. Two fine fox ears sprouted from his head, very demanding attention to their presence.

Werebeast ?! Rio's eyes widened onto the girl's face. Tibatiba, all the strength in his body was drained as he fell on one knee. The arrow from his blowgun had been covered by a fast-acting poison, Rio thought. He pulled an arrow from his neck with trembling hands. Then, before the poison spread throughout his body, he covered his wound with his hand and quietly began neutralizing the poison without the girl realizing it.

The girl thought she had no antidote to the poison and looked on, waiting for the poison to circulate through her.

Meanwhile, when Rio gave off the detoxification ability, he carefully observed the face of the girl. He had read about them in books before, but this was the first time he had seen a werebeast.

of body. As soon as he considers himself ready – and checks the strength of his grip – he gives the girl a small smile.

The girl finally noticed that her color, for some reason, returned to Rio's face. Surprise flashed across his emotionless face. Rio kept watching the girl for any movements as he took off his bag and dropped it on the ground, making it instantly lighter. Now, he's ready to fight.

At the next moment, the girl ran towards Rio with incredible speed. He may have used Augendae Corporis before, but even if he did –

He's so fast!

Rio was surprised at how fast his speed exploded; of all the people he had met, up until now, he was definitely the fastest. Despite his young age, his natural abilities

as a werewolf might awaken .. But that doesn't mean Rio should be left behind. He could manipulate his essence to allow his body to transcend his physical limits, and

also pulling his ability.

Rio let his essence flow out of his body, which instantly strengthened him. Then, at a speed equivalent to the girl's speed, she slumped to the side. The girl's eyes

it widened slightly due to Rio's speed, but he changed his trajectory to suit his eyes.

So he could follow .. Rio tracked his movements calmly as he took out a knife from his robe. He threw it at his feet, but the girl jumped up to avoid him. He grabbed a medium-sized twig and pulled himself, jumping lightly from branch to branch to climb the tree. Rio ran – faster than the wind, he charged straight towards the girl, making her reach her robe frantically dodging her. He took out some throwing knives and threw them at Rio.

Rio whipped out his long sword from its sheath in the air; although it was not something flashy, a fairly famous blacksmith had forged a sword eye as sharp as his razor. As proof, the blade of the sword glimmered sharply. Rio swung his sword at the approaching blade – The shrill sound of metal colliding with metal resounded throughout the forest. Rio had estimated the trajectory of the blade

the girl and dropped it straight out of the air.

He returned his sword to its sheath as the girl quickly descended from the tree. At the same time, Rio jumped onto the tree where the girl had just been. His jumping power broke the branch below him, making him move to another nearby branch. Then he fell to the ground once again .. But the girl approached him, as she anticipated the time of his landing.

He thrust the knife in his right hand into Rio's body, but Rio calmly moved his left hand, fending off his knife attack. He then moved his right hand as well; using his palm, he countered the girl's attack with his chin. But the girl moved her head to the side, avoiding her palm. He turned the knife in his hand, attempting another attack

to Rio's body.

There might be poison in the knife too. Rio used his perfect defensive move and

smooth footwork to continue dodging her attacks, but the girl refused to give up. He was constantly trying to land one more attack.

His ferocious attacks continued for a while, but Rio observed his movements closely, and dodged each of his attacks with simple precision. Only the pitiful sound of a sword cutting through empty space echoed through the air.

Eventually, the girl realized the difference in their abilities. His emotionless face began to show signs of impatience as his movements slowly became rougher. Rio had seen through the habit of the girl, and at this point, deliberately created an opportunity for her to attack. The girl actually fell for her trap, swinging the knife horizontally to her face.

You're too focused on the knife. Rio retreated backwards to avoid the blade. Simultaneously, he set a kick to the girl's leg just as she swung her knife, and made her unbalanced. He then grabbed the girl's arm and stripped her knife, throwing it away firmly. He throws the girl back first to a tree, but she flips the air for

regaining his balance and landing on the tree with both feet, negating his momentum.he kicked the tree trunk like a stepping stone, and launched himself back into the air, taking the spare knife out of his pocket. He pushed her forward, eyeing Rio's heart.

Seriate........
