Episode 19 [Threat From Kevin]

Given that Hana and Ariana have now become best friends even often share stories, so Kevin thought it would not hurt to call Hana and ask if Ariana was with him. Kevin also called Hana while continuing to drive his car without a clear purpose.

Hana, who just got out of her car and intends to get into a bar, now stops her steps when she gets a call from Kevin. It's not usual for Kevin to call at this hour, Hana thought.

"Hello, Kevin, what's wrong?" hana asked after answering Kevin's phone.

"Is Ariana with you? Or did he call you not long ago?"

Hana looked a little confused. "Ariana's not with me and she's not ..." Hana stopped her sentence after seeing a car similar to Ariana's. Hana even now approached to make sure.

"I saw Ariana's car in front of the Pentagon Bar" Hana said after confirming that the car she saw was Ariana's.

"I'm near that bar now. I'll be there soon." Kevin immediately turned his car towards the bar in question.

Hana who did not know anything became confused by this situation. As far as Hana knows, Ariana is not the type of person who usually comes to bars at midnight like this, let alone her until sought by Kevin. Hana was so preoccupied with her thoughts, that Kevin finally came. Hana wanted to ask, but Kevin did not care about her and went straight into the bar.

Once inside the bar, Kevin immediately looked for Ariana by staring around the place and Hana tailed behind him curiously. Then, Kevin saw a scene he had never expected before.

On the other hand, Ariana was already a bit drunk at the moment, but she was still aware when there was someone who wanted to kiss her. Ariana refused a kiss from Eric by pushing the man with all her strength. Then, with a quick movement Kevin has managed to grab Eric's collar, then give a hard blow to the man.

"Kevin, calm yourself down. Everyone will be watching you." Hana holds Kevin back from wanting to hit Eric. Jesus, Hana doesn't know what really happened to Kevin, Ariana, and Eric.

Kevin threw Hana with a single effort, because Hana's energy was nothing for Kevin who was angry. Kevin again grabbed the collar of Eric's shirt and he clutched it very firmly. "Fuck man! How dare you kiss my wife. You are shameless!" kevin said, but Eric laughed.

Eric takes off Kevin's clutches violently and he wants to avenge Kevin's punches, but Ariana is already standing in front of Kevin. "Please don't add to the fuss. I beg you," said Ariana who made Eric immediately lower his fist.

"Even you're disappointing me. How could you want to take advantage of my situation like this?" Ariana now looked at Eric with a look of disappointment, then came out of the bar.

"I'm not done with you!" Kevin emphasized his sentence, then followed Ariana.

While Eric still stood in his place and regretted his actions. Eric curses himself who can't help himself and instead tries to take advantage of Ariana's grief. Because of his stupidity Eric was sure that Ariana would definitely keep her distance from him.

"What's going on here? Are you and Ariana ...."

"Ariana isn't that kind of woman!" Eric interrupted Hana's words.

"Then, what happened?" ask Hana again.

"You remember when we saw Kevin's father go off with another woman? Kevin became like his father. He's down from his father's vices" replied Kevin and Hana surprised to hear. Hana and Eric had seen Kevin's late father go out with other women, and they told Kevin about it.

Kevin grabs Ariana's hand and makes Ariana stare at him. "Why should Eric? Do you want to repay my actions? Not like this is how it works!" Kevin spoke in a high tone.

Ariana brushes Kevin's hand violently and gives Kevin a hard slap. "How dare you liken yourself to me. Even if I did, what does that have to do with you? You even betrayed me in the house we lived in together. The house you once said would always be full of happiness. Where is that happiness now? I could only feel the pain you gave me" Ariana said after slapping Kevin's cheek.

Kevin ignored the pain in his cheek. He wanted to grab Ariana's hand and hold her, but Ariana kept moving away and was in a rage when she was about to be embraced. "Please listen to me first" said Kevin, but nothing has changed.

Ariana continued to rebel and refused a touch from Kevin. "Don't touch me!" Ariana shouted so loudly and finally made Kevin stop to try to get close to her.

"Let's split. I can't do this anymore" Ariana said.

Kevin shook his head. Kevin will never accept that decision. If anyone has to go, then it's Camila, not Ariana. "You're under the influence of alcohol right now, so let's talk about this again once you're better." Kevin tried to calm Ariana down.

"Then, do you think something will change? Do you think we'll go back to what we used to be? It's bullshit! When I saw you, I felt disgusted and nauseous at imagining how you and Camila touched each other. I won't be able to hold all that. There is no more love. It's all over." Ariana looked at Kevin with her sharp gaze.

"But what exactly is the problem? What is wrong or less than me? Doesn't our marriage make you happy?" this question finally came out of Ariana's lips.

Kevin looked silent and started crying. Kevin doesn't want his marriage to be like this. He just wants to play a little bit, then one day will end the game, not end his own marriage.

"Answer question!" Ariana emphasized her words. Ariana wanted to get answers to all her questions about why this could happen to her. What trigger?

"There's nothing wrong with you or our marriage. I'm just a little bored with all this and want to try something new." Until finally, this answer Kevin issued right in front of Ariana.

"You're bored of me?" while saying this, Ariana recalled all the happiness Kevin had shown her. Is it all just a show?

"I thought it was just a momentary feeling because I was still happy when I was with you. I just need time to get rid of that boredom. I'll stop everything, so please stay with me. I beg you." Kevin again wanted to grab Ariana's hand, but his efforts always failed.

"Let's split up."

"Mara ...."

"We're going to split up. You raise your son with Camila and I'll raise Emily."

"We will not be separated!" Kevin emphasized his words. Kevin realized he had made a mistake, but until then he would not let there be a parting word between himself Ariana.

"We'll do it." Ariana did not falter in the least. Ariana wanted to leave after saying that, but Kevin blocked his arm so strongly.

"Try to do that, but I won't let you get Emily. Emily will be mine. I won't let you meet him for a second." Kevin gave his threat, hoping it would make Ariana think again about a breakup.
