Episode 33 [Prepare for Poison of Hatred]

"I'll take Emily to the room." Ariana lifted Emily's body and then left. Ariana is not interested in the mother and child debate, because it can interfere with Emily's sleep. Ariana thanked Kevin for his firmness, but if he was also firm on himself, then all these problems might still be avoided.

Fiona wants to talk to Ariana, but Kevin holds her back. Fiona does not understand what all this Kevin is doing, because it would be good if Kevin was the opposite of Ariana, then they could get divorced sooner. Fiona is really sick of having a daughter-in-law like Ariana. Besides Ariana is the son of another man's husband, she is also too strong so it is difficult to control. Fiona thinks she should have completely revoked all the facilities she gave Kevin when she decided to marry Ariana, so Kevin knows how hard it is to survive without the luxury facilities of his family. However, the rice has become porridge and Ariana has gone so far into Kevin's life.

"I beg you, Mother, stop bothering Ariana. I'm not feeling well, so please let me feel the calmness in my own home" said Kevin, still tightly holding his mother's hand. Kevin had expected it to be like this after hearing from the waiter about his mother's arrival.

Fiona looks soft after hearing that Kevin is sick. Fiona looked at Kevin's face and she looked pale. Fiona now touched Kevin's forehead and his body felt quite hot. "You're feverish. Let's go see a doctor" Fiona said afterwards.

"Don't overdo it Mom. I've taken some medicine and I'll be fine. I just need peace." Kevin spoke as he lowered his mother's hand from his forehead.

"There will be no calm until Ariana comes out of your life and Emily is with us."

Previously, Kevin also wanted Emily to be with him if Ariana remained on his decision to split. However, after hearing Ariana's words, Kevin became thinking, would it be okay if Emily lived in an environment like this? What will she tell Emily about her marriage to Camila? Can Emily accept that?

"If Emily is with us, can we be sure she's going to have a good environment for her growth? Will Emily be happy to be with us? I thought it was Mom" said Kevin.

"What's wrong with you? Of course Emily will be happy with us. We can give her anything more than what Ariana gave her."

"If everything you've mentioned can bring you happiness, then I must have been the happiest person in the world, but I'm not. You don't really understand a mother's affection, do you?" kevin's words on this one make Fiona really surprised. Wilda looked sad to hear it.

Since childhood, Kevin did get anything he wanted, except the affection of a full mother. No one can forbid a woman to have a brilliant career even though she is married and has children, but some people sometimes have difficulty carrying out two roles at once, then one of them could have been ignored without him knowing and it happened to Fiona. Fiona's career is brilliant, but at home there is a child figure who is so often lonely waiting for his mother to return from work.

"What do you mean?" ask Fiona.

"I know that you understand what I mean, so stop fussing about this now. I am tired and want to rest. You better go home, get some rest or you'll get sick again. I made a mistake with Ariana and I'm not gonna do it to Emily." Kevin left his mother after feeling enough to talk to her.

"What happened to Kevin? Does he want to give up on Emily? Damnit damnit! Ariana had brainwashed him" Fiona said.

Fiona's words reached Wilda's ears, but of course Wilda disagreed on that. What Kevin showed today was another side of him that Fiona did not know about. However, Wilda did not dare to interfere that far and eventually chose to leave.

After Wilda leaves, Camila appears to come near Fiona and gives her greetings to make herself appear as a good daughter-in-law. Camila knows that Fiona looks fed up with her, but she will not give up on making Fiona take her side.

"I know, but I might be able to help you make Emily hate her own mother, and then choose to live with her father. Isn't that what you want if Emily's custody falls into her mother's hands and Kevin starts giving up on getting her daughter back? But it looks like Emily's custody will actually fall into her mother's hands because of the affair and after the post that dragged Kevin's name, let alone ever circulate your video strangling Ariana." Camila smiled at Fiona. Camila dared to say this after making sure there was no one around her, other than Fiona.

The offer from Camila sounded interesting, until it finally started to sound sickening as she mentioned Kevin's name without adding the master's call in front of him. Fiona had no idea that Camila had started so presumptuous now. However, for now Fiona wants to focus on Camila's offer.

"How are you gonna do it? Are you gonna instigate Emily? Sounds so cheap," Fiona replied.

"I have my own way of working. It only requires your consent, as well as approval that I will get rewarded if the mission is successful. I'm not asking for much, quite a bit of your company stock. That's also for your grandchildren." Camila spoke again, but this time stroking her stomach.

Fiona seemed to smile cynically at Camila's words. That woman is really sneaky, Fiona thought. Camila knows how to take advantage of the situation. Capitalizing on her pregnancy, then Camila will be like a parasite that will continue to stick to her to survive.

"You're really like a parasite." The sentence finally came out of Fiona's lips.

Camila again smiled and said, "Life hard makes me have to survive that way."

"Well, I'll give you what you're asking if you can really make Emily hate Ariana. I'll give you more if you can destroy Ariana too." Fiona leaves after replying to Camila.

Camila seemed to smile in satisfaction after successfully making one more deal with Fiona. Camila will accomplish her mission well, so she can make Ariana destroyed through the hatred of her daughter, as well as strengthen her position not only in this house, but also in the company of Kevin's family.

Because Emily had slept last night before she could talk, Ariana did not take her away. Ariana does not want to cause confusion to Emily because she was suddenly taken away from home for no reason. But even in that house Ariana no longer sleeps in the same room as Kevin, but sleeps in Emily's room.

Later that night, Ariana finds out that Camila is no longer sleeping in the maid's room, but she has her own room, an empty room right next to Kevin's. Camila has been so steadfast in her footsteps and Ariana tries not to care about it.

Because Emily had to go back to school today, Ariana woke up early to prepare everything she needed. Ariana kissed Emily on the forehead before she came out of the room to make breakfast.

Emily woke up about 15 minutes after Ariana woke up. Emily remembers origami that she hasn't given her father, so she rushes off the bed, but forgets where to put the origami last night. "I'm going to ask Mom" Emily muttered as she stepped out.

After opening the door, Emily's feisty countenance suddenly changed as she saw the woman who had walked out of the room with her father. Emily froze in place and kept staring at Camila who was smiling at her.

"Good morning, Emily" said Camila, still smiling at Emily.
