Episode 60 [From Uncle So Dad?]

After several days in the hospital, Emily's condition seems to have improved considerably and has been allowed to leave the hospital. Ever since Emily went to the hospital, Mark has actually been with Ariana in looking after Emily. Mark went to clean himself up and afterwards returned to the hospital.

With all of that, Emily and Mark become closer to each other, so sometimes parents of their children who were also treated there thought that Mark was Emily's father and they praised Mark as a warm and responsible father. "Thank you, Dad," Emily said suddenly. Ariana and Mark were shocked to hear Emily's words. While Emily immediately closed her mouth and looked surprised because of her own words.

Emily turned to Mark and said, "I'm sorry, Uncle. People called Uncle my father and I followed him. I'm sorry." Emily feels guilty for calling Mark a father.

"It's okay. Why do you even feel guilty? Now, you're gonna leave the hospital and get back to school soon, so you gotta smile. Let's smile." Mark slightly pulled both corners of Emily's lips and made her seem like a smile, until she finally really smiled.

When dinner arrived, Ariana enjoyed her meal with Emily. Actually, Ariana also wanted Mark to have dinner here as a form of gratitude, but Mark suddenly had to go on a job, so Ariana would invite Mark next time.

In the middle of that silence, Ariana was shocked until she coughed a little because of Emily's words. "Mother, can Uncle Mark be my father like everyone else says?" that was what made Ariana so shocked.

Ariana drank some water, then looked at Emily. "Why did you suddenly ask that?" ask Ariana.

"Am I wrong for asking that question?"

"Because Uncle Mark loves me just as much as Dad does. I love it and want Uncle Mark to be my father."

Ariana almost cried when she heard Emily's answer, because it shows how much Emily misses the figure of a father in her life and Mark can give the presence of the figure in her life, and the, emily was so close to Mark. However, Ariana is confused how to tell Emily that she is not ready to live in a relationship.

"Enjoy your food, then rest." In the end, Ariana could only say that to Emily.

After Mina decides to leave the house, Eric thinks, it's a new beginning of his life and he won't regret anything after Mina leaves. However, at times, Eric felt something was strange when no one was waiting for him when he came home and greeted him in the morning. In the past, Mina had always done that to her and Eric had not expected the habit to take part in her life, but he believed it was only temporary. Eric feels himself too lonely lately because he has not managed to find Ariana and his mother's attitude becomes colder after Mina leaves.

Then, one day, Eric hears that Mina had an accident while coming home from teaching. The accident was so severe that it left Mina critical and unconscious until this very moment. Eric had to go to the hospital because his mother was so hysterical at the news and kept crying in the hospital.

"Calm down, Mom, Mina isn't even our family, so I don't have to be hysterical like this." Eric who could not bear to see his mother cry finally spoke like that and surprisingly he got a hard slap from his mother.

"Yes, Mina isn't our family, but the part of the woman you always thought was a stranger is in you and kept you alive until this very moment!" Vivian spoke so forcefully after slapping Eric.

"You think, who would a good person want to donate half his heart to you? That person is Mina! Mina asked me to keep it a secret because she knew you wouldn't like it. Mina hopes you will appreciate your life more if you do not know who is the donor," said Vivian again and this time make Eric very surprised after a confused time.

Three years ago, Eric fell ill and needed an immediate liver donor. Mina who has known Vivian for a long time because Vivian was the one who financed her life since she was 7 years old, because her father who was the driver of Vivian has died. Mina already thinks Vivian is like her own mother and doesn't want to see her sad, so she wants to be a donor to Eric after her test results match. That's why Vivian wanted Eric so much to be with Mina, because for Vivian, Mina was Eric's life saver.

Eric was silent and remembered that he had accidentally seen Mina when he had just finished bathing and was wearing clothes, at that time, Eric saw a large scar on Mina's body, Mina, but he doesn't care much about it.
