CHAPTER 35 ~ Again The Past ~

After sending Radian home, Ezra still faithfully awaits Leana. Plus that woman who looks so sad. Ezra asks the reason Leana came looking for the Radian room. The woman said she wanted to know the room of people who would often be in touch with her company.

"If you want to contact her, it can be through me. I call him for you, you don't have to come to his room" replied Ezra.

Leana was silent, that's how it should be. There was no reason for him to meet with a personal assistant in his room. Because that is not the reason Leana met the man but because of her longing and hope that their encounter can make them reunite.

But the reality before his eyes made him unable to accept. The radian who had never been close to any woman as knowledgeable as Livia or Leana was now hugging a girl. The heart of the wife who can accept that reality.

"Sister! Go home, rest at home, " said Leana and then sleep on her back to Ezra.

The woman did not want Ezra to see her tears begin to flow.

"But Leana, I promised to accompany you here. It's not that you say you don't like being alone in the hospital" Ezra said.

"I know, but now it's okay. I was just shocked, now I'm okay. Brother come home, I feel bad if Brother is here to accompany me," said Leana.

"It's okay Leana, I'm here with pleasure. I'm happy to be with you" replied Ezra.

"But I feel uneasy Brother, please let me alone here. I'd rather Brother go home. I'm sorry I didn't mean to expel but my heart couldn't trouble you any more" said Leana with all her might holding back her tears but Ezra still insisted on not leaving.

"But Leana, this doesn't bother me. It doesn't bother me at all" said Ezra.

"Sister Ezra please! Or I don't want to be friends with you anymore" Leana threatened.

It made the man instantly afraid. Ezra had known a little bit the hardness of the woman's heart. If he said such words, Ezra was afraid that Leana would really not want to see him again.

"All right I'm going but .. tomorrow morning I'm going here, I need to know how you are. Agreed?" ask Ezra to make a deal.

"All right!" answer Leana slowly.

Ezra stood up from the chair beside the hospital bed. Wanting her heart to hug Leana before leaving but the man hesitated Leana accepted her embrace.

"I'm coming home Leana, if anything happens please call me huh?" ezra said hoping the woman turned her body towards him.

"All right!" leana replied slowly.

Ezra stepped into that hospitalization door.

"Sister! Thank you for helping me" Leana said, staring at Ezra's face.

The man smiled, his heart was relieved because before leaving Leana alone, the man still had time to look at the face of the woman who had seized his heart.

The man nodded then left the inpatient room. Just getting out of the woman's room, Ezra wanted to hurry in the morning so that she could immediately return to the beautiful woman's room. A few moments behind the wheel. Thinking of the strange taste in Radian's relationship with Leana.

I'm sure it has something to do with Radian. Leana was so eager to see the man, because they did not meet yesterday in her office. Radian claims to have met Leana, and Leana is like protecting her. When I asked him yesterday he had met with Radian he did not deny. They clearly did not meet. Leana just gave me a reason to prefer to meet me in person. But when I mentioned the executive assistant he immediately wanted to ask me where the Radian room was. Leana wants to meet Radian. He was very eager to meet with Radian because yesterday they did not meet, Inner Ezra thought hard on the attitude of Leana and Radian.

Ezra recalls the life story Radian told while persuading him in New York. 

The girl that Radian secretly loved was his half-sister. His sister disappeared and was declared a suicide. He suddenly appeared with a different face. Until their families don't recognize them. Her stepbrother made her fall in love, until Radian married her. But eventually finds out if he returns only for revenge, taking back all of his father's possessions. Who's Radian's stepfather, isn't that too far away, who's Radian's half-sister? I have to investigate that. Radian still loves his stepbrother who has married him for his revenge. Does he love her in any form? What the hell does that mean? I should know who Radian's half-sister is, Inner Ezra wondered.

The man finally started the engine to go home. Ezra wants to rest because he promised to see Leana again tomorrow morning. Remembering that Ezra's heart was happy, temporarily forgetting the matter of Radian.

And the next day, as he promised Leana, early in the morning Ezra had appeared in that hospital room. Leana was surprised to see once the morning Ezra had reached the inpatient room.

"Sister, did you get here this early? I haven't even taken a shower" Leana said.

"Then take a shower, I prepare breakfast for you-"

"What's? Sis, don't do this, I'm really not feeling good" said Leana.

The man was busy taking out the containers that contained the food. Leana finally decided to take a shower.

"Leanna!" Ezra called before the woman before touching the bathroom doorknob.

"Do you need help? I can help you, I guarantee you your body will be clean" Ezra said with a smile.

Leana frowned, with her face turning furious, Leana turned her head towards the table beside her. Grabbing the plastic packaging travel pack tissue and immediately throw it at Ezra. The man caught it while laughing. Leana smiled, the man thanked me for the tissue and arranged the breakfast for the overbed table.

By noon Leana was allowed to go home. The man insisted on taking Leana home. The woman objected that it was impossible to get Ezra to come to her father's house. The paintings and photographs of Radian and his family are still on display in several rooms in the house.

Leana was finally ready to be escorted home but decided to be escorted to the residence of Dr. Djamala. Luckily the doctor was in the hospital so Leana didn't have to introduce her foster father to Ezra.

"Your father's a doctor?" ask Ezra.

Leana nodded, seeing so many awards for Dr. Djamal in the medical world.

"You're his only daughter but you didn't follow in his footsteps? Usually a princess will follow her father's profession" said Ezra.

That's right, I followed my father's profession, became a businessman, Leana replied.

Ezra walked to the center of the house. Next to it is a sliding glass door that leads to the swimming pool.

"Wah very luxurious swimming pool. Dr. Djamal is very pampering for his family" said the man as he walked around the very beautiful pond.

The swimming pool is designed as beautiful as in the garden of Nirwana with different levels of depth and models. There is also a fountain and not to forget the outdoor whirlpool jacuzzi that is connected to other ponds. Located in the corner of the pool with a higher position so that if you soak there can enjoy the view of the park and the pools of various shapes there.

"You're like a swimming maniac" Ezra said.

Leana's a swimming maniac, not me, Livia's inner self.

The man approached Leana, then hugged her.

"When do we swim together?" ask Ezra.

"Huh, oh but lately it's been cold. I don't like swimming in cold weather" Leana said.

I can't swim, who will teach me to swim? Is your dad busy with his company? My adoptive mother who is busy shopping every day or my foster brothers who are just busy with themselves? inner Leana.

"Then we're soaking in a whirlpool bath jacuzzi?" ask Ezra.

"All right!" leana answers successfully directing Ezra not to choose a pool to swim.

The man was so happy to hear Leana's answer that he unconsciously kissed the woman's lips. Leana is upset, the woman immediately pushes Ezra's body, Leana does not like Ezra to treat her like that.

Leana walks into the house, Ezra regrets her attitude. It immediately chased after Leana and hugged the woman from behind.

"I love you! I love you so much Leana. I know this is very hasty but .. we are no longer children who are in a playful stage. I'm serious, I seriously love you. I even want to marry you" said Ezra.

"Don't I tell you I'm married?" ask Leana.

"I know, but you're not together anymore. I beg you to finish your marriage and accept me as your husband" said Ezra still holding Leana from behind.

The man even kissed Leana on the shoulder. The woman was confused, If other women must have been happy to hear the words of the handsome man. But he was Ezra, the former chairman of OSIS at his Junior High School.

Ezra who was rumored to have liked Livia. Ezra, who suddenly disappears from school, is sent abroad to separate her from Livia. And Leana is Livia, the girl Ezra's parents hate. The girl who caused Ezra to live alone abroad. Leana bowed, shedding tears. Everything that happened to him at this moment was always connected to his past that he wanted to forget.
