CHAPTER 55 ~ Painful Statement ~

Radian was declared cured and tomorrow allowed to go home. It was a very happy day for them. So many things happened that day. Leana is declared pregnant, Radian expressed willingness to return to Leana's house and willing to return to be CEO in the Leana family-owned company. More important than all that is Leana's relationship with Shanty and Monica that has improved.

Only Shanty who is now struggling to fight a stroke suffered but doctors have stated Shanty's condition will return to normal if diligently undergoing treatment and obediently following the doctor's orders.

Shanty was asked not to think about everything that made him stress, women half a century more it should continue to try his heart happy. Leana, Radian and Monica were always entertaining and made the mother's heart happy. But behind all that Shanty must learn to be a person who is airy, not easily envious and learn to accept the situation.

The next day Radian was allowed to go home.

"We're going to Mommy's room?" leana asked as she lifted the bag.

Radian immediately grabbed the bag containing his personal needs. Leana was not allowed to lift anything by Radian even a basket of fruit and food was immediately seized by the man. Leana pursed her mouth.

"Awas later passed out again," led Leana after that ran out of the room.

"Don't run!" shouted Radian.

Hearing Radian's serious voice, the woman stopped her steps. Then wait for Radian while smiling in persuasion. Then take one bag of food from Radian's hand. The man finally let in because he felt the bag was not too heavy.

After paying the hospital bills. They took a leisurely step towards Shanty and Monica's room. During Shanty's treatment, his half-sister chose to stay in the luxurious inpatient room instead of going home. Monica enjoys the feeling of staying in a five-star hotel room.

Shanty and Monica are shocked to see Radian no longer wearing a patient's shirt.

"Have you been allowed out of the hospital, baby?" shanty asked as they emerged from behind the door.

Shanty who was not lying down again but had been sitting leaning back felt so happy when he saw his son was declared healed. Also seen the look of Shanty's face that returned cheerful. His speech was not as difficult as yesterday but when moving his limbs Shanty was still like expending a considerable amount of energy to be able to move it.

The four people enjoyed lunch together in the inpatient room. Seeing Shanty having trouble bribing his own food, Leana took the initiative to feed but Radian replaced his wife to do it so that his wife was not late to eat her lunch.

"Radian's sister is back to what she used to be, overprotective of Leana's pregnant sister" Monica said.

"From yesterday Leana was very busy when she just found out that she was pregnant. Because of the young pregnancy, you have to be extra careful to take care of it" said Radian who was worried.

Leana silently listened to the chatter of the brother and sister. Until Leana unknowingly falls asleep, Monica nudges her brother's arm telling him that Leana has fallen asleep in the chair. 

"Kak Leana's pity is exhausted, it must be less rest" whispered Monica.

"Yes, last night you asked to sleep in the inpatient room because today you are going home. I think last night his sleep was not good enough" replied Radian.

"Move it to the patient's bed. Pity sleeping on the chair later sore neck," said Shanty.

Radian nodded then approached his wife. Slowly Radian lifted Leana's body and placed it on a special bed for the patient's waiter. Radian looked at the face of his wife who was asleep very soundly, could not bear the man peeked at his wife's forehead. Deeply grateful for Leana's love and affection for her and for her family.

At night, Radian and Leana return home. Shanty and Monica are thrilled to hear of Radian's decision to return to Robert Chandra's family home. As soon as he arrived at the house, Radian immediately looked for his son whom he had always missed. Leana laughed at Radian who was so excited about playing with his son.

When Revano, wanting to breastfeed with his mother, Radian hands their son to Leana. The woman immediately took her son to the room. There Leana breastfed her son. While Radian still does not want to be separated from disturbing his son.

The man was engrossed in rubbing the hair of Revano who was absorbed in breastfeeding his mother.

"In the near future you should stop breastfeeding Revano" says Radian.

"Why?" ask Leana.

"Sister's love, he also needs nutritional intake from you," said Radian while rubbing his son's head.

The boy closed his eyes faster. But Revano still continues to breastfeed. Radian peeping Revano's cheeks. Then he turned to his wife's open chest. Slowly push it up to the neck. Leana closed her eyes, enjoying a soft kiss from her husband's lips. Slowly, it continued over and over until it ended up on Leana's lips.

The woman gently stroked the handsome man's cheeks while continuing to return his kiss. Radian looked down at Revano who had stopped breastfeeding, slowly the man lifted Revano's body and put it on the cot.

The man was so eager to find and give satisfaction to his wife. Radian had promised in his heart to always give his wife a lot of love. Until finally Leana was unable to hold her sigh. The man asked Leana not to hold back her favorite sigh. Because it is a pride for him to be able to give satisfaction to his wife.

Radian hugs his wife after breaking away from their union of love. It felt like the man did not want to give up a little time without hugging Leana. They fell back asleep because of exhaustion.

The next day, Radian returned to work. The man went straight to his superior. Ezra who was disappointed by the attitude of Radian who covered Leana's identity seemed to care less about the man who faced her.

Radian did not know the cause of the man's cold attitude towards him. Because when Radian is unconscious, Ezra comes to visit and learns that Leana is actually Livia through Monica.

After reporting his presence, the man asked to return to his room. Ezra finally couldn't stand it and asked just as the man was about to grab the doorknob to get out of the room.

"Why?" 

Just a single word was enough to stop Radian's footsteps. The man turned towards Ezra. Radian himself had no idea what the meaning of the word was being asked of him. Radian decided to stand in front of his boss again.

"What's up, sir? What do you want to ask?" ask Radian to clarify the man's question.

"Why not be honest with me? WHY LIE TO ME?" ezra asked finally with a sharp eye.

The man has tried to restrain himself and his anger. However, the curiosity of Radian's reason for doing so had made him start to open his own wounds.

"Please explain what your question means?" ask Radian politely.

"Why? Why don't you be honest with me that Leana is Livia! All this time you knew how I felt about Livia. You let me wonder about Livia's whereabouts while you keep that secret. You must be laughing behind my back. I remember when I approached Leana you reminded me to look for Livia. Wh why? To keep me away from Leana who turns out to be your wife. You wish I hadn't found Livia forever. Since Livia is gone, she has changed to Leana. But now I know that Livia is Leana. I. .. revoke my decision to release Leana to you. Because you're not being honest with me I don't have to be sportive with you either" Ezra explained as she turned to look at the large glass behind her.

"I'm sorry sir, I didn't mean to cheat. I'm just a husband who wants to keep my wife in order to stay mine. Am I wrong, sir? At first I was hoping that Livia you were referring to was another Livia. All this time I kept wishing they were different people. But when I found out that Livia you mean my wife, I could no longer be frank, sir. Because I have decided to return to him as you suggested. Now that I'm resigned, what punishment would you give me. But I can't give Livia to you, because I love Livia and Livia loves me, too" Radian said.

"You resigned? Having returned to Livia, you will regain your position as CEO in her father's company Livia. That's why you came back to him. Begging him to accept you and get your job back? Now you're being arrogant, forgetting how hard life is to find a job-"

"It's not like that sir, I don't mean to boast. I don't need anything else, I just want to reunite with my wife, that's all, sir. The only thing I want is to get together again with my family, that's all" Radian said. 

"Omong empty! You used to shy away from Livia even having a relationship with your subordinates, now you say you want to gather again with your wife? That's because you can't live anymore. The reason you came back to him is that you can no longer live without your old office" Ezra said.

Radian was silent, the man felt no need to explain anymore. What matters most to him is his family. Radian looked at Ezra with a sad look.

"I know how much you love Livia, but I'm the same. If Livia had chosen you, I would have let her go. I'll let go of whatever makes him happy. But .. I can't give Livia to you because Livia loves me too. Livia is pregnant with my son. I'll keep Livia as strong as I can. I'm sorry, sir, I don't want to talk about this anymore. Excuse me," said Radian, nodding respectfully and then stepping out of Ezra's room.

Just a few steps heard the sound of broken items coming from the room.

I'm sorry, Ezra, I've returned your kindness by hurting your heart but I can't. Livia and our children are everything to me, inner Radian.

Radian's back at his desk. The man paused for a moment and decided to make a letter of resignation. Just about to type in the resignation letter, Camelia came over.

"That kind of woman you want to keep?" ask Camelia.

"Whatchu mean? I said don't call me that!" radian said in a annoyed tone.

"Here, here's see for yourself! This is the kind of woman you want to defend. When you're not by her side, she makes out with other men. He even did the office. Did he ever ask you to play in the office?" camelia asked as she placed the phone with a photo display of Leana and Ezra making out on the sofa in Leana's room.

Radian did not want to see it but somehow the man's hand actually moved to see all the displays on the phone's screen. Leana looked down by Ezra who was kissing her neck, while Leana closed her eyes.

In another look even seen Leana who had taken off her blouse while they put their lips together. Radian was no longer able to pay attention one by one to the look that made his blood boil. It quickly shifted the photos so much that they displayed their affection. Radian wants to slam the phone if Camelia doesn't grab it right away. With an expanding smile on her lips, the woman stepped up gracefully leaving behind the heightened emotional Radian and teary eyes.
