CHAPTER 40 ~ Back Together ~

Radian and Leana enjoy their togetherness. Both enjoy the comfort of the warm water that the aromatherapy essential oil adds.

"You're really okay? I'm afraid your health is compromised" whispered Radian as he kissed his wife's lips and neck.

"Aren't you really worried about me? Big brother's like so worried but big brother's so mean to me-"

"What?"

"So big sister betrayed me with that young girl" Leana said with a sullen face.

Radian stopped his kisses and looked straight into Leana's eyes. The man breathed heavily.

"I'm sorry Livia, I don't know what I'm thinking. I feel fucked up, I feel scared. When I wasn't ready to see you, you showed up in front of me. The disappointment and shame of our marriage made me stand at a crossroads. I don't know the direction I'm going. On one hand I want to be with you. On the other hand I feel guilty about you. I also felt disappointed at my thought of you marrying me for your revenge. I'm depressed Livia, every time I think about it my head feels like it's going to break" Radian explained.

"What does this have to do with the girl?" ask Leana.

"I asked her for help to .. keep you-"

"What's? Brother wants to kick me out?" ask Leana.

"It's not so dear! I'm ... just not ready to see you. I didn't really get in touch with him and he agreed to that, too" Radian explained.

"You agreed, to pretend to have a relationship? But ... I feel she really likes Brother-"

"What?"

"What about the divorce papers? From his words implied that he really wanted us to separate, it was because he liked Big Brother. He preceded Brother to talk about divorce so that Brother arises the intention to really divorce from me," explained Leana.

Hearing Leana's words, the man's face looked worried and regretful.

"I never intended to divorce you, Livia. How am I supposed to divorce the only woman I've ever loved? To be able to get you back in my life is like a miracle. How could I possibly divorce you" said Radian, fusing their eyebrows together.

Meanwhile, Leana rubs the cheeks of the man she loves. It's been a long time, Leana hasn't touched that face.

"Son didn't miss Revano?" ask Leana.

"Of course I miss him? He is my pride, my happiness, my proof of love. I miss him as much as I miss him. I always find a way to see it. Every time I miss you, I'll peek at you guys-"

"What's? Peeping? How's it?" leana asked in shock.

"Every lunch, you'll come home. I think to breastfeed Revano. Every time I see her on the baby sitter's cradle while driving you on the porch. I'm just disappointed whenever you don't come home for lunch. Especially since he promised lunch with Mr. Ezra," said Radian bowed.

Leana rubbed her husband's face with a smile.

"If you go home for lunch, you spend your lunch time. How could we have lunch again" asked Leana in surprise.

"If it's not necessary to ask, I'm used to not eating lunch to save more. But if it doesn't taste good I'll buy cheap bread and glass bottled mineral water. That's enough to prop up my stomach-"

"Geez, it's worth a skinny big brother. Brother does not pay attention to nutrition anymore," said Leana increasingly anxious.

"Our lives are so concerned about Livia, we don't care about nutrition or taste anymore. I am so grateful now, Mr. Adam wants to take me to work. Especially Mr. Ezra appointed me as his personal assistant. I'm so grateful but now I repay their kindness by seizing the girl he loved since he was Junior Middle-aged"

"What?"

"He loves you Livia, he really loves Livia. The girl who tried to get close to him because she felt she owed him an apology. For punishing Livia running around the field mercilessly just for coming late to school-"

"What?"

Leana bowed, then nodded her head.

"How else should you do, brother? It's fate, I thought he left because he didn't want to be friends with me anymore"

"That's not true! She was forced to move abroad by her parents because she wanted to keep her love for you. Hearing that I'm getting scared baby! How could I have snatched the girl he loved so much. He even holds a grudge against his parents for separating you," Radian explained with a sad face.

Leana was stunned then hugged and resuscitated Radian in her chest. The woman rubbed and splashed water on her husband's back and arms and hugged the man's neck tightly.

"But I only love my brother, who looks down on me every time I cry, helping me even if I don't want to admit that I helped. Always finished my sandwich but refused and said I didn't like it when I didn't get my breakfast. I didn't forget all that, I know that brother refused me a sandwich because he knew I didn't get a breakfast ration, right? Since then I've been determined, I want to make my brother my husband-"

"really?" tanya Radian couldn't believe it.

An unexpected statement. Radian is dear to Livia although it was never thought to make Livia his wife but when he lost Livia, Radian's affection developed into love. A love that he feels when his person is gone. Radian just kept that feeling of love in his heart without wanting to fall in love with any woman.

Leana smiled as she nodded, Radian immediately buried his lips on the lips of his beloved woman as an expression of happiness and his growing love for the woman before him. Radian so wonder what kind of goodness he had done to marry the person he had loved so long ago.

The man again gave up his passion for the woman, and of course Leana welcomed him. Radian feels like he just got married again, this time marrying Livia.

"I love you Livia" Radian said with a gasp of breath.

Leana was out of breath to be unable to answer the expression of love Radian. The woman could only nod strongly. They smile and laugh together. Radian hugged him tightly.

That morning they could not wait for clothes to be delivered to the room. They immediately enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. Their hearts were flowery, everything felt beautiful even staying in that simple hotel felt like a honeymoon in a luxurious hotel.

"Aren't you going back home?" leana asked while holding her husband's hand.

After breakfast, they check out. Leana invites the man to return to her parents' house. Radian promised to visit his son but could not return to his wife's house.

"Why?" ask Leana wonder.

"I have to talk to Mommy and Monica. We could not go back to that house without a deal. I can't let my mother and my sister be arbitrary to you anymore" Radian explained.

Leana nodded. "But not too long?" leana asked impatiently.

"Dear, I just want to know how much my mother and sister want to go back to that house. I want to let them know that you've offered us back. But I'm gonna make them think I turned down your offer. I will show my objection to returning to that house in shame for their actions. Let them regret and realize that our difficult life is now, it is all the result of their own crime" explained Radian at length.

"Well, is that really me or Big Brother? Why is his vengeance more cruel than mine?" leana asked with a laugh.

Radian also laughed but could not be seen the beautiful face of his wife. His heart was still in disbelief, today .. this morning still holding his wife's hand. Radian felt as if everything was still like a dream.

"I'll go straight to the office, baby. You go home for a break!" radian said as he rubbed his wife's cheek.

"Why should we rest? Like just heavy work?" leana asked with a smile.

"Heavy work, right, serves a husband whose passion piles up and pays off in one night" Radian replied with a smile. Leana laughed too.

"Well I'll take a break, Brother don't work too hard either!" leana said with a doubtful look on her face.

The two bowed, wondering what would happen to Radian when he met his superior later. Radian of course felt guilty, for seizing the girl Ezra loved.

But behind that Radian did not realize Ezra had mengikhlaskan, considering Radian and Leana are husband and wife separated just because they are in trouble.
