CHAPTER 36 ~ Pass ~

Ezra asks Leana to complete her marriage and prepare to accept her as a future husband.

"I can't! I can't let go of my husband. I still love my husband" Leana said honestly, turning her back to look at Ezra.

"Then go back to your husband or let me wait for you!" said Ezra.

"What does Big Brother mean to say that?" ask Leana.

"The only thing that makes me stop waiting for you is only if you get back to your husband. I can't go after people's wives, can I? But if it doesn't? If you're still alone let me keep waiting for you. Keep trying to get your love" said Ezra who smiled with a sad face.

Leana couldn't have done that to Ezra. Leana could not bear to make the man wait. Leana loves that man, after all. Ezra is the only one who defends and is willing to befriend him when everyone at school hates and ostracizes him.

"Don't do it Brother, I beg you! Don't wait for me!" please Leana with teary eyes.

Ezra smiled, the man felt a dilemma in Leana's heart and it made her very happy. Ezra felt grateful that it turned out that Leana was considering her feelings. Recalling their meeting only a few times, Ezra felt that Leana's feelings for him had not been so deep, unlike her who immediately fell in love at first sight.

The man does not realize, Leana keeps her affection for their memories in the past.

"Sister wouldn't be like this if he knew who I really was" Leana said.

"What do you mean?" ask Ezra.

Leana shook her head, feeling sorry for saying that. Part of his heart wants to acknowledge who he is but part of it wants to cover his true identity. The reality of Radian, a man who looks so in love with her, chooses to leave when he finds out who she is.

Leana went inside the house and sat on the sofa. Ezra squatted in front of him while clasping his hands.

"Whoever you are, I won't care, I like you. I'm in love with you and I'm willing to wait for you. Now take a break, don't think about what I said today. Let it all flow like water, I won't force you, I've decided to be patient waiting for you. I hope something while my patience is waiting for you, makes you decide to accept me" Ezra smiled and patted Leana on the cheek.

The man stepped out of the house, Leana looked sadly at the man who stepped down while bowed. Leana pensive .. but in the moments the man left, Leana took the time to stand on the terrace to take him. Ezra was happy when he saw the woman he loved, finally could not bear to let him go. The man waved his hand and Leana replied.

Leana was pensive for a long time on the terrace even though the car carrying Ezra had disappeared behind the gate. As she stepped inside, Leana saw the car carrying her foster father coming. The woman smiled waiting until the car stopped right in front of the terrace.

The driver opened the door and the hospital's senior doctor came out to his daughter.

"Daddy heard you went to the hospital but Daddy didn't find you?" ask Djamal.

"I wasn't in Daddy's hospital" Leana replied.

The twilight doctor frowned.

"I fell unconscious Dad, the other guy who took me to the hospital-"

"Why did you faint?" ask Djamal.

"Maybe because of fatigue?" leana replied hesitatingly.

"Don't lie to Daddy, you're a strong woman. It is impossible because fatigue can fall unconscious" said Djamal.

Leana finally fell silent, what her foster father said was indeed true. Her father knew exactly how strongly Leana survived treatment. Surgery after surgery, the pain all over her body since being found in a river in a valley did not make Leana complain. 

"Vengeance makes people very strong but Daddy believes vengeance also makes people very weak" said Djamal suddenly.

Leana wondered why her foster father could suddenly think like that.

"Daddy knows you're in the hospital for coming to your house. Daddy misses Daddy's granddaughter. But there was no one there but Nesya, Revano and your servants. There's no family, you've lost them. Husband, in-law, sister-in-law, all have left you. What do you get out of your revenge? Just loss, a new sense of loss. Daddy once said don't keep your grudge because it will only hurt yourself. You can have everything without having to reclaim your Papa's property" Djamal explained as he walked with his arms flanked by Leana.

Leana was just speechless, this was indeed once revealed by her foster father. However, Leana insisted on continuing her revenge. And true as her father said, Leana only gained a new loss.

"But Daddy doesn't regret your grudges either, because that's what makes you so hard to live your life. If it wasn't for that, maybe you'd have given up, Daddy couldn't have given you another opinion. But before you go too far, before you regret it later. It's enough to get here, if you've found your family, forgive them and get back together. You being weak, even falling unconscious must have something to do with how you feel. And your deepest feelings are your husband" Djamal explained.

The senior doctor seemed to know the cause of Leana falling unconscious because it had something to do with her husband. Since long ago, the Doctor had known Leana's determination to heal was to a name that is Radian.

Hearing that Leana's tears melted. The woman felt she was too late, because now Radian had a lover and it was impossible for her to force Radian's feelings to love him.

My husband doesn't love me anymore Daddy, his heart has been given to a girl, Leana's inner.

Without realizing it, the woman was crying.

"Pain does not make you cry but love makes you cry" said the doctor, wiping tears on the cheeks of his adopted daughter.

I'm too late Daddy, I've gone too far. I've lost it, the woman's mind cries as much as it pleases.

"Daddy believes the family still wants to accept you, but I don't know your husband, because the one who hurt the most was him. You have deceived him with love" said Djamal.

"I didn't cheat on Daddy. I really love her" Leana said.

"But he doesn't know that, for him you use his love as an instrument of your revenge" said Djamal.

Leana bowed, wanting to resign but not willing. Wanted to take back his love but that love was gone. For her Radian's love has passed, having disappeared after the man finds out Leana is actually Livia.

After receiving the advice of the wise doctor. Leana decided to go home and asked her foster father to take care of her health.

"You take good care of yourself too, dear, greetings from Opa to Revano" Djamal said.

The woman returned to her home by her father's driver. Once at home the woman hugged her son who missed her so much. Leana also felt a longing for her eight-month-old son.

Leana took him to the room and slept with her son.

Reno misses Papa Nak? But does your father miss you? inner Leana was sad while rubbing the cheeks of her baby who was breastfeeding her.

Leana resignedly accepted the reality, resignedly accepted what would happen and will follow what the course of destiny will be. Though his heart was disappointed with what he saw. Leana is determined to no longer refuse the presence of Radian. Forgetting what he had seen and forgiving the man.

Leana looked at her son, seeing her son who had fallen asleep, Leana wanted to put him on the cot but suddenly wanted to carry him on the balcony.

Smilingly looking at his handsome son. The woman cradled her son while walking back and forth on the balcony of her room. Unbeknownst to Leana, Radian shed tears, behind a large tree in front of the house staring at his wife who was putting her son to sleep.
