"But can't nursing mothers get pregnant Doctor?" ask Leana.

"After childbirth and breastfeeding, pregnancy will not occur. This is because the mother will routinely breastfeed which is one of the natural contraceptives. But if intercourse is done routinely and the couple is in a fertile condition, pregnancy can still occur" explained the doctor.

"We ... are not in regular contact but why can you stay pregnant? And I'm also feeding my baby?" leana asked hesitantly.

"There are conditions that must be met if you want to make breastfeeding a natural contraceptive. First breastfeeding should be exclusively. It means baby mrs. Leana was not given any intake other than ASI," explained the doctor and listened carefully by Leana.

"Snaring must also be done intensively, namely breastfeeding directly. For five hours during the day and six hours at night and continue to breastfeed whatever the condition. If you stop breastfeeding for a day, it can lower the level of the hormone prolactin in the body that can trigger the ovulation process again" continued the doctor.

"I work as a doctor, I can't breastfeed directly, especially on a regular basis" Leana explained.

"If it is like that condition, when menstruation has returned, breastfeeding can no longer delay pregnancy. Mrs. Leana had to find a way or other means of contraception" the doctor replied.

Leana was silent, obviously everything she did not do because Leana herself did not expect to meet and relate again with Radian. The woman certainly did not think to use contraception while her own husband was not at her side.

After consulting to their satisfaction they decided to return to the Radian inpatient room. The doctor also gave a prescription to reduce nausea suffered by Leana following vitamins that are good for consumption by pregnant women.

"I don't want to owe you an apology Brother, I don't know what happens in the future. If we keep waiting, I'm afraid we don't have time. Mommy right now must have been so heartbroken before the heart was broken, we have to heal it immediately. You want Mommy to be a good mother, right? Leana left for home, after cleaning up immediately the woman searched the home address her husband had given her.
