ADJOINING REALM
JAKA LONG NIGHT

That night after Darto left Jaka's room. The young man immediately fell asleep without cue, he was drifting in his dream without realizing there was one creature who was watching him.

Jaka did not close the window of his room that night, because for Jaka the village of Ijuk had a very hot temperature. Unlike the temperature in the village, which is displayed cool because it is located on top of the mountains. That night Jaka fell asleep with a breeze coming in through the window, with a face that continued to grin and watch himself from behind the window.

The figure of a pale-faced woman with her long hair that touched the ground was staring at the face of Jaka who was gaping drowning in his dream. For quite a long time the figure only watched from outside the window, until finally he tilted his head and glided perfectly through the walls of the room that Jaka was wearing.

His legs were completely floating, only his hair and the already so shabby clothes were touching the ground beneath. The figure approached to stand right beside Jaka's feet. He grinned for a moment then whispered in a soft tone but his voice was very clear "Jaka..."

Jaka began to flip his body from his sleeping position, he was restless until he continuously changed his sleeping position. The figure of the woman instantly overlapped her row of porous teeth as she looked at Jaka who kept turning around. He was happy because Jaka could hear his call, until finally he called Jaka again in a whispering tone as before.

Jaka began to open his eyes of defense, he stared at the direction the sound was coming from. He blinked his eyes casually as he said "Mbak Harti? What's up?"

"Jaka.." said the woman still in a whispering tone. He slid closer and bent his body, until his head was parallel in height to the face of Jaka who was now sitting on the couch while rubbing his eyes.

After Jaka's blurry look began to focus, he immediately looked at the face of the woman who was so pale was grinning right in front of his face. Jaka was completely stunned, he was immediately aghast backwards to move away his face with a woman's face that was so scary in front of his eyes, while shouting "Who are you!"

"Hi hi hi hi hi... You have a very pleasant smell Jaka... Come with me," continued the figure. While gliding back closer his face towards the jaka who was curled up in the corner of the cot.

"Go! Just go! Don't come any closer! KANG DARTO'S!" Shouted Jaka so frantically after seeing the figure hovering and approaching slowly towards him.

Darto who slept in the room next to him did not hear Jaka's screams that night, he and Harti were completely slumbering in his sleep, but lucky Ki Karta heard Jaka's scream and immediately ran towards Jaka's room.

"Joe!" said Ki Karta while opening the door to Jaka's room in a hurry, and when he managed to open the door of the room Ki Karta immediately put on a look of wonder at the figure of a woman who is not familiar to him is disturbing his guests.

"You want what you are! Don't bother my guests! Or do you want to catch up with your friends?" ki Karta shouted to the female figure in front of her.

The figure turned towards Ki Karta he floated straight closer to him then whispered in front of Ki Karta's ear "The boy has something dangerous, there will be a lot of figures who are after him. You won't be able to get rid of them one by one."

"You're threatening?" ki Karta said without looking at her interlocutor, she just looked straight with a haughty face and a blank look in her eyes.

"No... It's not me you need to be aware of, I just want to warn, because you've helped me once, even allowed me to live near your house, Karta," she said.

"Here you go, you better go to my room, pity the young man, he's scared to see your ugly face!" sergeant Ki Karta then stepped closer towards Jaka and again spoke "Don't worry, Jak. He didn't mean to be mean to you."

Jaka really had a million questions in his heart that night, he could no longer sleep until morning greet. And after the dawn prayer rang out, he rushed out of his room with his black eyes puffed up.

"Why are you, Jak? His eyes are rich. Ha ha ha ha!" ledek Darto who is ready to go to the saung with Harti.

"Kangs... I saw a ghost last night" said Jaka with a pale face.

"Where? In the dream?" tanya Darto was brief.

"No, Kang, in the room. Fortunately I was helped by Ki Karta," replied Jaka while shaking his head.

"Now we pray at dawn first, you will tell us everything, yes?" sahut Darto then took Jaka to go to the saung where his car was parked.

They finally went towards the saung, on the way looked Darto who kept trying to calm Jaka. It seems that Jaka is still afraid of what he witnessed last night, but fortunately Jaka can divert his fear when he heard all the explanations that Darto said.

Arriving at the saung, everyone greeted Darto with so much joy. Jaka was even surprised to see the welcome given to Darto in front of him, he was stunned to see one by one the citizens who embraced Darto with a floating smile, like welcoming the arrival of a biological child who has been separated for so long.

That morning Darto led the morning prayers in the saung, then rushed back to Ki Karta's house with Ujang and Asep who helped bring Darto's supplies from the car. The two of them always offered to help before being asked, what a precious friend Darto could have unexpectedly.

"Where's Gayatri, Bah?" said Ujang after finishing putting the goods in the living room.

"Yes... Usually he goes right out with hot tea, "Asep said.

"She lives with her husband, Jang, Sep," Ki Karta replied briefly.

Ujang and Asep immediately put a sad look on their faces, Ki Karta who saw it immediately opened the voice "You guys si, no movement at all. Poor Gayatri is old but no one has proposed before."

Hearing that Asep and Ujang immediately grinned, they felt embarrassed because Ki Karta knew their feelings. Darto and Harti who saw that also laughed, only Jaka who did not understand the direction of the conversation.

After that they all got acquainted with each other, Darto introduced Jaka and his wife to the two friends. After everyone knew each other, Ki Karta began to open the conversation, she began to tell the events that she had experienced last night. It's about Jaka, and the woman who met him
