Slowly opened his eyes, he opened his eyes many times because he felt confused by the foreign place he saw today. Darto turned his head in all directions and then glued to one direction after seeing Jaka lying with a black liquid that had dried up at the corner of his lips.

"Jok ... Jack!" shouted Darto while shaking Jaka's body a little rough.

After his body swayed, Jaka slowly opened his eyes and watched Darto's face which still looked blurry, but clearly drawn a worried expression from the voice coming out of his lips.

"Thank God, Kang. You wake up too" said Jaka as he rubbed his eyes.

"Where is this, Jak? Why did we get here?" ask Darto while helping Jaka sit down.

"You got a moth's thorn, Kang. Look at your hand" said Jaka, pointing a finger at Darto's arm.

Darto immediately turned to the direction pointed by Jaka, he immediately rounded his eyes and said, "Who is treating me, Jak? I really don't know if the poison will work the minute it enters my body."

"The poison is powerful, Kang. But not as sick as the water we drink in the hut belonging to Eyang Semar," said Jaka slightly smiling.

"You're the one who took the poison out of my body?" ask Darto again.

"Yes, Kang. Alhamdulillah still had time," replied Jaka while putting on a relieved face, "If Komang and Maung do not tell if Kang Darto got poisoned, maybe Kang Darto will be late to get help, maybe, and obviously I might also die fighting the creature alone" he continued.

"Thank you very much, Jak. But ... Where are Maung and Komang?" said Darto then asked Jaka again.

"The shell distracts the moth, Kang. Maung followed due to worry. I don't know where they are now either" Jaka replied, shaking his head.

After hearing all Jaka's explanations, Darto could only nod and then invite Jaka to get out of the cave. But Jaka rejected Darto's idea, because he assumed if they went from the cave, Maung and Komang could not meet again.

After receiving Jaka's rejection, Darto finally complied and undoed his intention to search. In any case, the bottom is a foreign place, which one of them no one memorizes the location of the floor plan.

After a long time of silence, Jaka who was bored by waiting for too long turned to the side in the cave hole, the hole was still continuing and did not seem the end. He was curious and decided to go deeper while waiting for the arrival of his two friends.

"Where are you going, Jak?" shouted Darto when Jaka was far enough from where he sat.

"Search for water, Kang. Jaka's throat was very dry" said Jaka for a moment looking back, then back facing forward and continued the journey.

Darto who saw Jaka continue to enter the cave, he felt a little worried and immediately followed Jaka's steps. He caught up with her at a quick pace until finally their steps aligned after.

Darto and Jaka continued to enter the cave, he could feel the cool air that was completely different from the air outside the cave. Obviously, because the cave is located inside the cliff, the more it enters the deeper their bodies enter the underground.

"Kang! There's water!" jaka shouted after seeing the water dripping from the stalactites hanging on the roof of the cave.

The water droplets had pooled into a small lake, so Jaka thought the water would be enough to bathe and drink for years.

Darto who had separated steps to find water immediately rushed to walk towards Jaka, he immediately scooped water from within the puddle and immediately put his hands in front of his lips.

"I used to drink" said Jaka because he felt he could overcome the poison.

Hearing Jaka's words, Darto could only obey, because he really did not have experience if it was related to poison. Darto could only nod then watch Jaka taste the water that pooled widely in front of his face.

Jaka immediately scooped up the water with his palm, then gulped without a second thought. The water that passed through his throat was so cold, that the thirst that Jaka felt actually increased and made him want to gulp more.

But because Jaka was still a little traumatized by the poison, he resisted his thirst to see the reaction after drinking the water in front of him, for half an hour they waited and there were no signs of poisoning on Jaka.

Once convinced, Darto and Jaka immediately gulped down as much water as possible, to quench the thirst that made their throats dry. They even got a little bloated, as quite a bit of water gulped so fresh in front of him.

After being satisfied enough, Darto and Jaka intend to return to the original place, because they think if the cave has no end. But when Jaka was about to turn his head towards the original direction he came, the corner of his eye caught something that looked awkward across the puddle.

He squinted to make sure what he had seen, but the object was not too clear because the lighting there was minimal after they entered deep enough.

In the dim cave Jaka kept looking in the same direction until Darto asked, "See what you are, Jak?"

"No, Kang. It was like there was a motion across there," replied Jaka while pointing to a place that made him curious, "Maybe Jaka just mislooked, Kang," he continued.

Hearing that remark, Darto just nodded then embraced Jaka to invite him to walk.

But when their steps began to tread, something that had made Jaka curious to move again, he until creating a sound of friction, until Darto and Jaka turned to the source of the sound simultaneously.

"There's something there, Jak. We must be careful," said Darto while installing a sprightly position.

"Try to attack that direction, Kang," said Jaka while pointing at the place earlier.

Darto immediately nodded, and created a glowing bow of arrow again. But he had not had time to create an arrow, the eyes of Darto and Jaka were perfect to make because he saw something that was now clearly visible, after the Darto weapon was created.

Darto's shining weapon shows what is really inside the cave. Dozens, hundreds or perhaps thousands of bats the size of a central human hang just above their heads. They hang tight to make the perfect view black. They clustered with one very large bat, which hung in the middle of the crowd across the puddle.

What a sight that would make anyone shudder, after seeing it with their own eyes.

Not wanting to make a fuss, Darto removed the weapon in his hand and pulled Jaka to leave quickly. They walk with a step settles, and gradually move away periodically.

When their steps were far enough away, there was the sound of flapping wings from behind them. A flapping sound that creates a breeze that greets the tops of their heads, so Darto and Jaka know if anyone is aware of the existence of the two of them.

Darto and Jaka turned their heads, they saw clearly one bat of medium size flying while flapping its wings. He flew on the spot staring at the two humans in front of him, before he finally shouted in a shrill voice and woke up his entire hanging colony.

Not finished with his first opponent, this time Darto and Jaka faced a figure that was not mentioned by Abah Ramli long ago. The figure that always works to clean up the mess at night, and no one knows it because all the eyewitnesses die immediately when they see it.
