That night, after Jaka went to his room, Darto did not go straight to sleep. He prepared all the needs that might be needed later, considering that tomorrow morning they will go on a trip.

After all was ready, then Darto went to lay his tired body in the room, it did not take long also for him to fall asleep. The night passed by, they were swept away in their sleep, so it did not feel the dawn had greeted.

After the break, Darto and Jaka say goodbye to Anto's house first, they leave a lot of items they did not bring, then rush to travel on foot.

Darto and Jaka go to the dead forest, where Darto once received treatment from Kanti. The two of them walked with makeshift supplies, at the speed of hurriedly depressed footsteps.

An hour, two jan, up to tens of hours passed. Darto's estimate of arriving in the forest died when the night turned out to be missed. Darto did not think that Jaka would need a lot of rest in the middle of the road, but even so Darto still understood the conditions of his travel friends who still seemed too young. Finally tonight they stay in the middle of the dead forest, to just replenish the energy.

Tonight seems so quiet, Jaka continues to shudder in horror because he feels alien to the forest. Jaka was really surprised by the state of the forest, in his confusion he asked, "Kang, why is there no animal sound at all?"

"I thought so too, Jak. This forest is called a dead forest like everyone, because no one has ever heard the sound of people or animals, if they have entered this forest," replied Darto while staring at Jaka.

"There must be a lot of ghosts, Kang?" sahut Jaka while stroking the nape of his neck. He was a little scared after hearing Darto's explanation.

"There, Jak. Instead, we want to meet the owner of this forest," replied Darto, he was a little funny with Jaka who was still afraid to see the residents next door, even though he almost every day saw them.

Jaka was only silent, he felt afraid just by imagining the figure he would meet. In his brain, Jaka described the forest owner as a big and hairy figure like a banana tree waiter near the house of Darto.

Darto who saw Jaka was frightened, finally asked Jaka to sleep first. Jaka who heard that immediately nodded and leaned his back on a tree trunk standing nearby. It didn't take long, Jaka went straight to sleep, leaving Darto standing guard alone.

Seeing Jaka who had fallen asleep, Darto leaned his body on the same tree trunk. For a moment Darto created an energy dome that protected their sleeping place, and finally he could sleep until morning greet.

After the dawn prayers, Darto and Jaka continued their journey. In just three hours, they arrived at their destination, a large banyan tree, which Kanti used as a home.

The new Darto sat directly cross-legged beside the tree, he did not budge, nor did he speak at all. While Jaka, he could only wait patiently for Darto, he complied with the request of Darto, who asked him to wait before Darto sat down cross-legged earlier.

After about five minutes, Darto opened his eyes and looked at Jaka as he said, "Assalamualaikum."

"Wa'alaykumussalam, Kang" replied Jaka a little confused. He felt strange to Darto, for suddenly throwing greetings at him.

When Jaka was confused, suddenly a female voice sounded from behind him, "Wa'alaykumussalam, my son."

Hearing that voice, Jaka spontaneously turned his head towards the back. When he had already flipped his body, he immediately toppled over in shock, upon seeing a female figure standing right behind him.

"I'm not greeting you, Jak. Pede once you, ha ha ha ha," Darto chuckled then stood up to him and said, "Excuse me, Jak. This is Si Mbok Kanti, you can call him Si Mbok too if you want, he's my mother's friend, as well as the owner of the dead forest."

Hearing that Jaka immediately stood up from his down position, he thrust his hand as he said, "Sorry I've been disrespectful, my name is Jaka, Nyai."

Kanti who saw Jaka's innocence immediately chuckled softly, she covered her mouth with one arm and then grabbed Jaka's hand with her other hand while saying "Call only Si Mbok. Let's just say I'm your parent too, don't call him Nyai."

Jaka immediately nodded, he was willing to call Kanti by the nickname Si Mbok, he did not reject it because Darto also called the woman with the call. Jaka actually felt happy, because Jaka felt that he had been considered a family by the owner of the forest, which he originally thought would have a sinister form.

"Let's go home," Kanti asked, then she patted the shoulders of the two men in front of her. In one blink of an eye, they moved to the side of the hut that Darto once stopped when injured.

Jaka continued to blink his eyes, he felt strange with the scenery suddenly changing. He even turned around, to find the existence of a large tree that was originally nearby.

"KANG! TREE GONE!" yelled Jaka with a sweaty face. He felt panic from losing such a huge tree in such a short period of time.

Darto and Kanti were immediately stunned, they even took out a clear circle from the eyes, after seeing the silliness of Jaka who was very unexpected. After that, Kanti explained, if she had brought Jaka into her house. He said that the great tree in the dead forest was the gate that separated the human world and the place where they stood today.

Hearing that, Jaka spontaneously nodded his head, even though he did not understand at all. Darto, who knew that Jaka was pretending to understand, ruffled Jaka's hair while laughing again.

"Mbok, I want to ask," said Darto with a serious face.

"I know, it must be about the energy inside Jaka's body, right?" sahut Kanti looked at Jaka. He did not look at his interlocutor at all.

"Yes, Mbok. Why is that energy there?" ask Darto back.

"You guys wait inside, maybe Abirama knows about this. If he has ever followed Kanjeng Darma, maybe he has contributed to fight against beings who have energy, which is the same as the energy of this child," Kanti said as she stepped away.

Hearing the request, Jaka and Darto went straight into Kanti's hut. They waited patiently, without doing anything meaningful.

Darto really hope that Abirama can explain the truth of Jaka's energy, because honestly Darto still doubts the energy in his body. He hoped it was not a problem, but .. if Abirama said energy was dangerous, then Darto would try as much as possible to remove it from Jaka's body.
