Bansheer Ultimatum

“Prepare all war fleets” shouted Bansheer.

His spies reported there was a nearby path to Hindustan. Bansheer immediately asked the confidant to trace the path that turned out to pass Nepal. The witness must have been through this route when going to Nusantara. Forget for a moment about the most important Saksenya was to attack Astapura as an ultimatum of disengagement in Jiwang and Dwipajaya.

“We leave now!” shout Bansheer.

His fleet was moving towards Astapura. As per his prediction Astapura is mourning after the death of the future prince. For thirty days there will be no war and expansion of power in the region in honor of the death of a successor. Bansheer doesn't care about the deal, he wants to go there and raise a new flag under his rule.

After four days of sailing, Bansheer arrived near the port of Astapura. The bombardment of cannonballs brought down the walls around the port. Everyone ran back and forth from the port and the coast immediately sought help.

“Honored report, a large ship attacked Astapura”, the commander of the army told Sri Narendra to order the city gate to be closed immediately. The war soldiers on all fronts activated, they marched to protect the city fortress.

“Mother, and your grandmother leave Astapura. Take Jhanvi with you, go to Bhavari kingdom. I have sent messengers to sana” Siddarth told the three women in charge.

Jhanvi who dissolved in sadness looked shocked, not expecting this incident to be in a row.

“What is Gayatri doing?” jhanvi asked worriedly. He could not forget Gayatri.

“No, this is Bansheer the same person behind Gayatri's parents' murder motive. Bansheer is my confidant, the Astapura strategist who was sent to take care of the crops we planted in Dwipajaya”, Siddarth said seriously.

Jhanvi is shocked not dumbass. How could Gayatri have been so calm when her parents died. When his father was sick, Jhanvi could not even sleep for days worrying about his father, he was willing to do anything so that his father would recover.

“Go away!” siddarth said to the three women who did not have time to bring their valuables.

All the women in the palace were allowed to save themselves through the back door. Siddarth joined his father holding a sword in his left and right hands. The two standing in front of the palace sent a message to Bansheer.

“I want full rights over Jiwang and Dwipajaya without interference Astapura” shouted Bansheer at the Astapura envoy who was being held captive.

The prisoner was escorted with a sword and spear.

“Begging him to meet me at the dock, we will have a deal there. Siddarth do your duty as king baru” Sri Narendra told his recently crowned son as king.

That afternoon when the sun was in the eastern horizon, the two camps were on the dock with a team of elite troops.

“Welcome New King” said Bansheer smiled like a mad man welcoming Siddarth the man who was once his master.

“For a long time not meeting Bansheer, it seems that power has driven you crazy” Siddarth replied. Highlight his eyes were sharp, his gesture calm undisturbed by the sound of Bansheer's laughter.

“Of course. For many years I served Astapura, being the brain of all battles. Serving like a dog, but what do I get? My position is nothing more than a errand boy” taunted Bansheer.

“Where is your beautiful wife?” bansheer's eyes were looking for a woman who had attracted his attention at that time.

“Sorry you didn't get acquainted, but I make sure the arrow never misses and no one survives the sword” replied Siddarth.

“Wow, amazing” Bansheer applauds Siddarth's reply.

Siddarth seems annoyed with Bansheer's intentions but soon realizes Bansheer is provoking his anger.

“Is it because of a woman you came making a fuss?” ask Siddarth

“Of course not His Majesty King Siddarth. I want to escape from the influence of Astapura, Jiwang and Dwipajaya is entirely mine” said Bansheer.

Siddarth POV

Bansheer had prepared everything since the invitation of the coronation day. His feelings are never wrong. He came calculatingly and in the right moment. At this time Astapura could not move because of the mourning period of the king's son.

It is better that Astapura and Bansheer do not trigger war. As long as Bansheer does not regard Astapura as an enemy, Astapura's position is not threatened.

“Baik” Siddarth said

“Now Astapura still depends on Jiwang, we still want to cooperate with you in trade and spices” Siddarth tried to neutralize the situation to let Bansheer enjoy his victory.

“Hahahha, of course. We will send you the best quality raw materials. Bansheer's laughter boomed.

“Remember! I am King Bansheer of Dwipajaya” Bansheer proclaims his new title to Siddarth and all that is in that place.

“Sign this agreement” Bansheer hands over the scroll containing the agreement, recognition, and sovereignty that inevitably Siddarth must sign.

Before signing his signature Siddarth read the entire manuscript of the agreement at that place. He didn't sleep last night. Bansheer and his guards remained on guard at the spot. Until sunrise Siddarth had read the entire manuscript and affixed his signature.

Bansheer immediately reexamined the manuscript and certainly hinted at war warnings and a rebellion would be in place if the time came. Siddarth remained calm, not disturbed at all.

Bansheer and the entire war fleet moved out of the port of Astapura
