Dvesas

Dvesas
Towards Five Daksa

"What's going on?" ask Piyush to Ankush.

Soldiers sent to Wilisgiri were unable to penetrate the forest barrier. The protector there is too strong, only the one with the power of the mandraguna can destroy the protective spell.

"Let's see if there's any other way to destroy that protector!" Piyush's orders.

Ankush travels around a nearby village threatening the people to divulge the secret of unlocking the spell. The terrified people told Ankush to go to the Duchy of Jaleswiwara. Jaleswiwara was forced to beg for mercy when his son and wife were nearly beheaded.

"Although Mister. The spell will disappear during the full moon, wear a scepter and touch the protector of the forest" Jaleswiwara said.

Ankush immediately preached this good news to Bansheer. Bansheer snapped out. He ordered them to guard around the forest until the full moon arrived, and report anything suspicious there.

"What about Lima Daksa sir?" ask Piyush.

Bansheer thought for a while while recalling the myth of the Five Daksa that he said all the plants growing in the land would turn into poison.

Bansheer asks Piyush to gather the five best warriors. They move toward five quarters and examine whether the myth is real or just a fairy tale to scare the people.

"Hey you, get off" Bansheer ordered as they arrived in Lima Daksha.

That place looks barren. The ground was dry everywhere yet all the seedlings that fell in that place thrived. The aura of the place was strange, and the weather was hot there. Bansheer suspected there was a mirage that caused many people to eat poisonous plants.

The soldier Bansheer ordered down. He was forced into the five-deca border. Bansheer and the others saw the soldier picking one of the plants used to be used as a vegetable by the locals.

"What are you looking for, sir?" ask a monk while smiling.

Bansheer and the others were shocked. There was no monastery or temple in that place. From where this yellow-clothed Buddhist monk came, the inner Bansheer was astonished.

"Who are you?" asked Arrogant Bansheer.

"I'm the monk who watches over Lima Daksa, if there is anything you want to need please say" the monk said.

"We want to surround this place. It seems that this barren field is not managed" Bansheer said.

"Where are you from, sir? it seems that you are from a distant land" the monk guessed.

The monk nodded in understanding.

"This place has not been visited by foreigners for a long time. It is an honor for us that you come here" said the monk.

"Let me show you the way around this place" the Monk walked in front of the others as he walked, leaving the horses tied outside five daksa.

Bansheer watched every corner they passed. The plants thrive even though there is no water everywhere. Lots of weeds, and tundra.

"There are no living things here but plants?" ask Bansheer curiously.

"The animals have long migrated to Wilisgiri" Monk said.

"There is no running water in this place" Piyush added.

"Water, of course there is. Otherwise the plants in this place would not have grown" Monk pointed to a pool of blue water in that place, hidden among wild plants.

"Villages say the plants in this place are poisonous" Bansheer said, waiting for the monk's response to turn slowly.

"Please pick up plants around you and try" said the monk calmly.

Bansheer asked the soldier beside him to pick the vegetables that were growing along the way. The soldier ate the food, nothing happened. Bansheer, who wasn't sure to tell the others to try, still nothing happened.

"How's mister?" ask Monk.

"alright. How much longer are we walking to the end of this land border?" ask Bansheer.

"Your time is limited, sir. It takes all your life to go around this forest" Monk said.

Bansheer and his entourage did not respond to the figurative words of the monk. They left and left the place.

Monk escorted them back to the border. Leaving them gone his robe floated in the air.
