Laksmi's Journey

"Come down, we've arrived" Rishi told Laksmi.

They were both riding in a horse-drawn carriage with the four other women who were going to sell at a market near the port.

Rishi and Laksmi dress up as saleswomen, so their true looks are not easily recognizable.

"I'll take you to the harbor. Return to the archipelago safely. Don't let anyone touch you" Rishi said, slipping a dagger behind Laksmi's saree.

They infiltrated the hordes of merchants who were queuing to enter the ship.

The sound of horse footsteps broke the commotion of the passenger queue of the ship.

"Check them all out carefully!"

Piyush, Inner Rishi calls the name of the warrior of the Bansheer faith. The man who had a scar in the form of a sword scratch on the left eye to the cheek gave a sketch of Laksmi's face to the port officer.

"Quick! join the others. I have to leave immediately" Rishi pushed Laksmi further into the group of passengers.

Laksmi who was desperate, trying to get out of the group saw where Rishi went, but the form of Rishi did not find Laksmi anywhere.

"Hey what are you doing, the ship is leaving soon!" said a woman lining up behind Laksmi while propping a jug of milk on her head.

Laksmi. He held a bag containing supplies and clothes and then advanced in line with the queue.

His grasp tightened as Piyush walked beside him.

Laksmi fixed the saree that covered her head.

Piyush examines Laksmi, feeling something strange about the woman.

Laksmi turned her gaze in all directions, avoiding Piyush's probing gaze.

It's Laksmi's turn.

"Open!" said the port guard asked Laksmi to lower the saree that he deliberately lifted covering the nose to the chin.

Gayatri lowered her saree.

The impatient Piyush immediately pulled Laksmi's hair until the woman's head fell open.

The forced pull on her hair made Laksmi grimace.

Laksmi pinched her inner lips, preventing her voice from coming out.

Piyush examines Laksmi's face.

"Next!" piyush orders after believing the slum girl before him is not the Laksmi Bansheer is looking for.

Laksmi normalized her heartbeat. Her hair that was this morning on the Rishi system was unraveling in a mess.

Laksmi exposes the remnants of his power. He got into the ship and mingled with thousands of people.

Laksmi sat leaning on the deck of the ship. Sometimes he rubs his stomach. He took out a little bit of provisions and ate while looking around the ship.

After eating, Laksmi walked towards the outer side of the ship. He enjoyed the ripples of the waves and the sea breeze that was blowing touched his skin.

"You can fall if you stand there too long" a woman told Laksmi.

Laksmi looked at the owner of the voice. It appeared to him that the old woman was carrying a milk jug that was reprimanding her in the queue.

The woman took down the pitcher and sat down on the side of the ship.

"Come sit here" said the old woman patting the empty spot beside her.

Laksmi complied with the woman's request.

"Why did you bring this heavy jug here and there?" ask Laksmi wonder. The cost for the keeper of goods is only 10 rupees per day the price that can be paid by the milk seller. A dairy seller's income in a day could buy half a heart of gold.

"This husband is my own. My son loves the taste. That's why I don't let anyone dirty my pitcher and taste the contents, except for my future son-in-law" the old woman said as she looked up at Laksmi's astonished expression.
