Chapter 28: The Voracious Sean

Three days later, Shopie was back home with her baby.

They were greeted by the servants who were there. Shopie's parents were also present.

"Welcome to Baby Sean's house" they said as they blew a small trumpet making the atmosphere more crowded to welcome their young master.

Kendrick helped Shopie into the house. Sean is being carried by Norah.

They sat on the sofa and enjoyed the food served by the waiters.

Sean who was in Norah's arms suddenly cried. Norah got up from her seat swinging Sean's body to the right and left while humming.

"It looks like our granddaughter is thirsty Norah." said Rebecca Shopie's mother.

"I think so. Where's Fiona?" norah asked when she saw Fiona wasn't there.

"Fiona's in mom's room. It looks like he's exhausted because 3 nights Sean was fussy" Kendrick said. The man told Fiona to rest. He knows that Fiona is tired of taking care of Sean who is whiny in 3 nights.

"Yes, mommy to his room," Norah said, taking Sean to Fiona's room.

On arrival in front of Fiona's room, Norah knocks on the door. "Flame.... Fiona. This is Aunt Norah." call Norah. Shortly after, the door opened.

"Fiona, I'm sorry Bibi interrupted your break, it looks like Sean is hungry" Norah said holding a crying Sean.

"Of course not Aunt Norah. Come here, let me carry it," said Fiona taking over Sean from Norah's sling.

"Please come in Auntie," he continued. Fiona then walked towards the sofa.

"Prophey dear sister sit down first" said Fiona trying to calm Sean who was crying.

After getting the source of his food Sean instantly kept silent. Norah who noticed how Fiona treated her grandson smiled. The woman then moved her feet towards the sofa.

"Based on the greedy grandchild." said Norah holding the little hand of her grandson when she heard the sound of a crackling from Sean's mouth that was sniffing greedily.

"He's like his daddy" Norah concluded.

"You know Fio. When I was a baby, Kendrick was like Sean. He is very strong drinking ASI. Kendrick doesn't like formula milk either" Norah said. Fiona's face seemed heated when she heard Norah's words. His mind immediately remembered Kendrick.

"Has right Sean was so greedy," Fiona's inner gaze looked at Sean's face that was staring at him.

"Auntie is very grateful to you for being a mother of milk for Sean" Norah said looking at Fiona with a corner of her lips. Fiona then nodded.

"Sama-sama Auntie. I'm also happy to be able to help Aunt Shopie. At least I can repay Aunt Shopie's kindness all along," Fiona smiled back.

"You're so nice, baby. Say hello to your parents."

"Actually my parents have been dead since I was 10-year-old Aunt Norah. We've just been through 8 years together since they took me from the orphanage. But we had to part quickly," Fiona said, holding back her tears. Norah surprised. He then rubbed Fiona's arm.

"I'm sorry dear Auntie, Auntie didn't mean to__"

"It's okay, Auntie. Aunty doesn't need to feel guilty" Fiona said.

"So you've been living alone all this time?" ask Norah. Fiona then nodded.

"Luckily there was Aunt Shopie who helped me all this time. Aunt Shopie is a family away from mommy" said Fiona. Norah is sad to see that Fiona has no parents anymore.
