Chapter 70: Rosaline and Mark

Mark brings Rosaline home after their troubles with Shopie are over. The two arrived in front of their house and got out of the car.

"Sweetheart, I'm gonna call your obstetrician to check on our baby. I'm afraid something's going on with our baby" Mark rubbed Rosaline's belly. The age of Rosaline has reached 5 months. Based on the results of the USG the sex of their first child is female.

"No need for Mark. He's fine" replied Rosaline as she felt nothing with the contents.

"No Sweetheart, I wasn't sure before the doctor checked. I don't want anything to happen with your womb" Mark said, taking his phone and calling Rosaline's obstetrician's number. Rosaline then nodded.

Their journey of love is not easy either. Their second marriage was only 7 months. Mark desperately pursues Rosaline's love for 4 years. Rosaline leaves shortly after the woman breaks off their relationship. Rosaline's father didn't approve of their relationship either. His father doesn't believe Mark really loves Rosaline after finding out the cause of their relationship. To this end, Mark's relationship with Rosaline's father is still stiff. The old man still could not believe that Mark could love his daughter sincerely and make her happy.

For 3 years Mark has been relentlessly searching for Rosaline. Her life was empty and almost gave up until she heard the news that Rosaline had returned. Mark is very happy. He held everything back to get Rosaline's heart back. Mark didn't even care if he would stand in front of Rosaline's house all day on an empty stomach. As long as he forgives her. Mark knew that Rosaline would occasionally peek out from behind the curtains of her bedroom window to look at her. When their eyes met, Rosaline immediately closed the curtains of her room. Mark knows that Rosaline still loves him. Several times when Rosaline came out of her house, she saw that she was still wearing her necklace.

For months he would stand there hoping Rosaline would forgive him. Both of Mark's parents were even angry at him for being too hopeful for Rosaline. But whatever the power, Mark loves Rosaline very much. He doesn't care what his parents say or anyone else.

Mark did not realize if the activities he did for several months it made his body condition drop until he was treated in the hospital. And during that time Rosaline also did not visit him to make Mark more desperate. He was convinced that Rosaline did not love him anymore. Mark was too confident all along. He was hospitalized for almost a month and his condition worsened. Mark was always silent and daydreaming in his wheelchair.

Rosaline didn't know Mark was in the hospital. He thought Mark had given up. Actually, his feelings have not changed. He loved that man. It's just that Rosaline is afraid that their relationship isn't working. His father also forbade him to see Mark because of the trauma that still haunts his mind. In the past, Rosaline lost her older sister because she was too in love with a jerk who just wanted to play tricks on her. His sister-in-law turned out to be a cheat and made him depressed until he committed suicide.

Rosaline's thoughts about Mark giving up were wrong. Mark's parents meet him and plead with him to see Mark in the hospital. Rosaline was of course surprised and worried. He wanted to see the man but Rosaline was afraid that her father would be angry and disappointed in her.

I don't know what her mother told her father to make him allow her to see Mark.

For three days Rosaline accompanied Mark in the hospital. The man's condition recovered quickly. Rosaline is the cure.

Mark walked into his room and Rosaline. Mark was shocked when he saw the small suitcase on top of their bed. Mark was worried about finding Rosaline.

"Sweetheart.. sweetheart where are you."

"Honey." call Mark. Rosaline came out of the dressing room. He had just finished his bathing ritual.

"Sweetheart..You're not mad because I forced you to drink your milk earlier, are you?" mark hugged Rosaline.

"Don't go, please." said Mark. Half an hour ago Mark did force Rosaline to drink her pregnant milk because Rosaline missed it several times and lied to him if she had already drunk her milk. Until making Mark's tone of voice slightly raised earlier.

"Sorry if I yelled at you earlier. A. I. I just want our baby to be okay there sweetheart.." said Mark Lirih. Rosaline just chuckled at Mark's words that he thought he was leaving. Mark has been very sensitive lately. At midnight, when they're going to sleep. Mark cried several times saying that he could finally be with her and tell her what he was going through when he was away from Mark.

"Who wants to go, Mark. I just want to take apart my old clothes that were there. I don't know why I wanted to wear it" Rosaline said to Mark's surprise.

"I think you're angry because I've spoken in a high tone of voice earlier" Mark said, hugging Rosaline tightly.

"I'm not angry Mark. I was wrong for lying. I just didn't like the milk, either" Rosaline said in Mark's embrace. How could he have left Mark so sincere to her.

"Tomorrow we will replace the milk with another taste," Mark replied holding Rosaline's body in a bridal style and carrying her on the bed. Rosaline then nodded. He then opened his suitcase with Mark sitting behind him while hugging his body.
