Chapter 29: Call Me Mommy

"Auntie knows it must be very hard to lose parents especially at a young age," said Norah embrace Fiona.

"If you miss both of your parents, you can think of Aunt as your mother. You can call me mommy" Norah said, wiping away Fiona's tears.

"Thank you Aunt Norah, you're so kind" Fiona said.

"From now on you have to call me mommy baby" Norah said.

"But I'm se__"

"Sstt. You don't have to hesitate. Auntie happy if you call me mommy. This is also my request, dear.." Shopie interrupted Fiona's conversation.

"Mommy will ask Kendrick to find out who your biological parents are, dear" Norah said. Fiona shook her head.

"Ssttt. baby. I'm sorry you woke you up" said Fiona, leading the top of her chest to Sean's tiny mouth. His hand gently rubbed the child's body. Norah was stunned to see Fiona. I don't know why it's in his mind why Fiona isn't the only son-in-law.

Two days later, both Fiona and Kendrick's parents are home. Kendrick is back in his office. He just came home sooner than usual. He doesn't want to make Fiona exhausted from keeping Sean going.

"Honey let's have dinner first" Shopie said when she saw Kendrick had finished bathing.

"What about Sean?" ask Kendrick.

"He's still asleep, I'll ask Milly to accompany him here while we're having dinner" Shopie replied. Kendrick nodded. The two of them went out of their room. Shopie called Fiona from her room.

Shopie and Kendrick walked down the stairs clasping each other. Fiona followed behind.

Upon arrival in the dining room, Fiona helps the waiter serve food to the three of them.

"Milly, please look at Sean in his room for a while waiting for us to finish dinner" Shopie ordered. Milly nodded and left.

The three then had dinner together. Kendrick sits between Shopie and Fiona.

"Fio, Bibi has transferred your salary for last month and this month yes. You can check it later," Shopie said.

"Good Auntie," Fiona replied.

Soon after, Shopie finished her dinner. Shopie only ate a little because she was not tasteful to eat. He went first to see Sean. Leave Kendrick and Fiona still eating.

"You have to eat a lot, now what you feed is not just you. But there's Sean" Kendrick said, adding food to Fiona's plate. The woman then turned to look at Kendrick. The man's intentions were indeed good, the problem was that the food he added was so much.

"It's too much, I'm full" Fiona sighed.

"No way, you still eat a little. Sean is also very strong drinker" Kendrick said firmly.
