Getting Married for Lying

Getting Married for Lying
124 - I Want You

The night begins to fall to coincide with the leaning of a luxury yacht that takes Vaya and Vier to hunt dusk in the Maldives sea.

Vier still holds Vaya's hand as soon as they get out of the cruise ship and they walk along the pier which is illuminated by decorative lights on the right-left side of the dock.

Vaya still felt the pounding of her heart crazily at every second as she looked at Vier's face that was smiling warmly at her.

Vaya opened her shoes as soon as they got off the pier, along the beach sand that still felt warm.

"Find your shoes, let me take them," said Vier, taking Vaya's shoes.

Vaya commented on her smile, they returned down the warm sandy path, the soft blowing night breeze carrying the scent of the sea.

Netra Vaya was stunned to see a table that had been prepared for their dinner. Around their table there are support poles wrapped around small decorative lights to form a tent.

Vaya who was so stunned to observe the decoration of their dinner place. Vier immediately pulled Vaya into his lap.

"Vi-Vier," Vaya stuttered.

"Hows it? Do you like the view?" ask Vier while looking at Vaya's face.

Vaya blushed in embarrassment with Vier's gaze which was completely as if melting herself.

"How, Vaya?" ask Vier while tightening Vaya's waist in her embrace.

"Hmm, of course I like it," replied Vaya directly commenting on the widest smile possible.

"Do you prefer to look at this scene or look at my face?" ask Vier.

"Haha," Vaya laughed as she looked at Vier's face.

The beautiful night view and handsome face of Vier is definitely a choice that is so difficult to choose by Vaya who is currently feeling the thumping-pounding splash of his stomach.

"Excuse me, sir."

The greeting from the waiter and the chef who came, made Vaya immediately come down from Vier's lap. Vaya really felt wrong because of being caught like this.

Vaya immediately sat in his chair to welcome the appetizer delivered directly by the waiter and also the chef.

The opening dish immediately made Vaya gulp her saliva. Fresh fish pieces that are still raw are cut into small dice, coated with avocados that are also cut into small dice.

"Vier, is this raw fish?" ask Vaya.

"Yes, what's the problem for you?" Vier asked back.

Vaya's forehead wrinkled, raw fish of course made him so remembered when Vier made his body as a serving plate.

"Not to eat if you don't like it. We can order another opening menu" Vier said.

Vier still commented his smile towards Vaya while eating the food.

"Vier, what's good?" ask Vaya.

"Of course, let alone looking at you like this" said Vier.

Vaya felt her stomach churn, a tremendous groggy taste tickling her stomach.

"Like this? What do you mean, Vier?" Vaya asked back to cover her grooves.

"Yes, I mean, seeing you smiling all day, looking happy, and enjoying today, really makes me feel really good" Vier replied.

Vier's warm eyes, and his unusually charming smile clearly captivated Vaya.

Vaya even unconsciously started scooping and eating the opening dishes.

"Hmmm..," Vaya smiled as she chewed on the raw fish and avocado. "It's delicious, Vier!"

"You must not underestimate my taste" said Vier proudly.

"Haha," Vaya laughed in response to Vier.

After eating the appetizer, the waiter came to get rid of the dishes and replace them with dishes containing the main dish.

The chef came back to explain the dishes served. There are fish steaks, fish goulash, grilled vegetables, and of course two giant roasted Maldives lobsters served on top of an aluminum container.

"Please, enjoy" said the chef.

"I'll appreciate it," said Vier.

The chef immediately left Vaya and Vier to prepare the dessert.

"Woah! The lobster's huge, Vier!" Vaya.

"Yes, lobster Maldives is indeed the main menu in the Maldives," said Vier.

"Eh, but, don't you eat lobster?" ask Vaya.

Vier nodded.

"Yes, have a meal, because dessert will soon follow" Vier said.

Vaya enthusiastically broke the tail of the giant lobster. Vaya immediately ate lobster meat that was so fresh and soft.

"Vier, you really don't want to try? It's delicious" Vaya said.

Vier just put on a smile.

"Haha, Vaya, you must have heard the story of Adam being cast out of heaven for eating the fruit of knowledge. Who persuaded Adam to eat the fruit?" ask Vier.

"Fruit knowledge? Oh, what do you mean forbidden fruit?" ask Vaya.

"Of course the devil!" answer Vaya.

"Hmm, yes, the devil is tempting. Eve persuaded Adam. Exactly like you're doing right now" Vier grinned.

"Haha, yes, I've spent it myself, then" Vaya laughed.

Vier reviews his smile, seeing Vaya who looks so enthusiastic eating his lobster.

"You really like seafood, huh, Vaya?" ask Vier.

"Yes, very!" sahut Vaya's. "You alone?" ask Vaya.

"You" replied Vier.

"Hey?!" Vaya.

"I mean, I like to see you eating a lot of portions and greedy like this. Very powerful to make me feel full," said Vier while grinning ignorant.

"Haha," Vaya laughed wryly.

Vaya is completely immune to all sorts of Vier taunts.

Moments later the waiter came to deliver a dessert of chocolate pudding with vanilla ice cream melted chocolate and a bird nest-shaped decoration made of caramel.

Again Vaya was stunned with a dessert that was so aesthetic. Vaya immediately ate her ice cream before it all melted.

"Vaya, are you enjoying this day so much?" ask Vier.

Vaya nodded. "Very."

"Alright, then be prepared, we'll be home soon" Vier said.

"Going home? Go home to where?" ask Vaya.

"Go home to the homeland," Vier replied while commenting on his smile.

Instantly Vaya stiffened.

"Why do we have to go home, Vier?" ask Vaya.

"Vaya, didn't we have a deal last night?" Vier asked back.

Vaya felt a sudden disappointment lodged in her chest. He had just started enjoying a great holiday. Suddenly having to go home like this obviously made Vaya feel disappointed.

"What's up, Vaya?" ask Vier.

"Hmm, no" Vaya replied as she ate her ice cream.

...*****...

After dinner, they returned to the villa. Vaya stepped gontai, the disappointment lodged in his chest getting bigger.

"Vaya, what's wrong?" ask Vier as they walk down the bridge to the villa.

"Vier," Vaya clasped Vier's hand tighter.

"I don't want to go home" said Vaya.

"Vaya, why don't you go home? Didn't you ask to come home last night?" ask Vier while grinning.

Vaya shook his head quickly.

"I don't want to go home now" Vaya replied.

"Why don't you want to go home now?" ask Vier.

Vaya looked at Vier fixedly.

"I want to be here with you longer, Vier," Vaya replied.

Vier covered his smile.

"We have to go home, Vaya. We have a deal" said Vier firmly.

Vaya again walked with a step that felt so heavy as he entered the villa.

Vier immediately tidied up some of his personal items that were on the nightstand to be stored in his bag.

Suddenly, Vaya hugged him from behind.

"Vier, please, we don't go home just yet" Vaya said.

Vier immediately twisted his body, facing Vaya who was currently putting on a welding expression.

"Vaya, we've agreed to go home today, according to your wishes" Vier said.

"Yes, I did want that last night! But I don't want that now!" said Vaya.

"So what do you want now, Vaya?" ask Vier astonishment.

"I want you, Vier!" Vaya looked at Vier.

"How much do you want me?" ask Vier while taking Vaya's chin.

Without needing to answer, Vaya immediately pulled Vier and locked the man's lips with hers.
