I Will Marry You (I'll Marry You)

I Will Marry You (I'll Marry You)
The Waiting

All night Amy locked herself in her room, too shy to meet the waiters out there. Surely the gossip about her pitiful self was already widespread among the servants.

Instead of scolding the servants who had been gossiping behind him, he hid in his room like a coward.  This cowardly action also admitted that his relationship with Markus was indeed in trouble.

Just let them take it as pathetic, he no longer cared. Isn't that what Mark wanted by leaving her alone here for the servants in this house to flout herself as a bride that her husband ignored the day after their wedding.

Amy admits Markus has managed to avenge her by humiliating her like this. If this was just the beginning, he did not know if he would still be able to face the next one.

Even so he will still accept it because he deserves this humiliation. For what he did to Mark is worse than what he is now.

The sound of knocking on the door again rang out from outside, it was already the third time. First, Meggie asked her to come downstairs for dinner, which she didn't give any attention to. The second time Meggie knocked, he told me that if he had dinner he put it on the table by the door of his room.

Feeling guilty for making her kind-hearted butler head back and forth to her room, Amy attempts to open the door so she stops worrying about him, but the ringtone of her phone suddenly vibrates on the table, taking his phone he was very relieved, which then immediately turned into anger when he saw the name listed on his phone screen.

Finally the husband who had been missing news for three days now began to appear.

With a grumbling tone she picked up the phone from her husband. “From wherever you are! Don't you know I've been waiting for a call from you for days. If this is how you try to repay my actions, I admit you've succeeded, but at least we should speak four eyes, instead of distancing ourselves like this.”

Taking a moment's breath, Amy waited for Markus to respond to her long scolding just now. Surely her husband will not stay silent after he listened to the overflow of emotions earlier. What he heard surprised him even more.

“Sorry, Amy, I'm Luke, Mark's brother-in-law, if you remember we met at your wedding a few days ago.”

“Oh, Luke Dryden?” That was all she could say after finding out she was talking to her husband's sister-in-law.

Not lost his shame towards the servants in his house, now he even adds to it by embarrassing himself to his husband's sister-in-law. She was not sure she could face her husband's sister-in-law again without remembering this embarrassing incident.

But wait, this is not the time to feel embarrassed, which she must question now why the one who spoke on her husband's phone instead Luke? What a bad thing happened to Mark, and that's why Luke contacted her with her husband's cell phone.

In an instant the memory of the tragic accident that befell Sophie flashed through his mind. With a trembling tone of voice he shouts his fear to Luke.

“What....something has happened to my husband?”

Luke, who realizes there is a tinge of worry in Amy's voice, realizes that he has made his sister-in-law's wife misunderstand. It must have been his sister-in-law's wife thought Markus was in an accident.

Actually what happened to Mark almost resembles that, but in a different sense, that again reminds Luke of his intention to call Amy using Mark's phone.

“Not bad as you think,” sounds *******breath relieved from his phone, “but this still requires your attention right now.“

A few seconds passed, before Luke continued his explanation in a hesitant tone. “I know I shouldn't interfere in the affairs of the household of the two of you, but considering Helen would hit me if I knew I was silent after seeing this, I...” There were a few words of swear and Luke went back to his words, “So like this Amy, you better come and take your husband home before he does something stupid that will hurt you both.”

After conveying the ambiguous thing, Luke sends a message the address where Amy will go to pick up her husband. Rushing to get her coat and bag, Amy almost hit Meggie who was preparing to knock on her door again.

Just like before Meggie immediately followed his orders without asking much and called a driver to deliver it.

Although he prefers to drive the car himself, but what can he do if Markus has advised his butler that Amy always accompanied the driver wherever he went.

Maybe her husband was afraid that he would try to escape using one of his cars.

Arriving at her destination, Amy now knows what Luke's ambiguous remarks meant to her on the phone some time ago. Turns out the place to pick up her husband was a nightclub.

Now she knew where her husband had been hiding. He was busy having fun out there with a lot of women who either had how many.

Damn you, Mark. Should you repay me by betraying me like this.

In front of the club entrance, Luke was standing there waiting for him.

“Finally you arrived too,” relieved Luke welcomed his arrival. “She was in there with her secretary. Then see you again, Amy.”

After saying the farewell sentence, Luke hurried to leave him alone in front of the club entrance.. It seemed that he did not want to get involved in the dispute that was about to happen.

It didn't take long for Amy to find her husband. When he entered the club he passed a woman who was struggling to carry her partner who was in a state of heavy drunk. The woman's spouse is Mark's husband.

What this open-dressed woman Luke meant as her husband's secretary. Judging from the way he deliberately unbuttoned two shirts to show the mound that was there while once nudging the part to the face of her husband must have meant to tease her husband who was drunk.

“Give him to me.” Amy pulls rough Markus from the embrace of the flirtatious woman.

Unhappy for her prey being snatched away, the flirtatious woman frowned at Amy.

“What are you?” tanyanya.

“Wife. And you must be my husband's secretary,” Amy replied as she threw a scornful look at his performance. “I didn't know that a secretary was also in charge of accompanying her boss to the nightclub.”

Instead of being embarrassed to listen to the innuendo, the flirtatious woman laughed instead.

“Oh, so you're Amy, I've heard a lot about you from Mark,” he said with a look ‘I know everything’ it. “You should have sat there waiting at home like Young Miss, baby, let me take care of Mark.”

What a sassy mouth this woman.

“Your job is to help my husband's work, not to take care of his personal affairs,” Amy replied, gritting her teeth. “Because after work Mark will be my business, because I'm his wife. I hope you don't forget that position again, Miss Secretary.”

Satisfied with the flabbergasted expression plastered on her husband's flirtatious secretary's face, Amy immediately came out carrying her husband away from the clutches of the venomous woman.
