The next morning after waking up from a deep sleep, Amy was getting ready to go downstairs. This morning before Mark left for work he intended to resume their talks that had not been completed last night.
Thinking her husband was in the dining room, she was shocked to find him there. The servants who saw his arrival immediately served the still-warm food on the dining table.
Just about to ask the whereabouts of her husband to one of the maids there, a rumbling voice from inside the kitchen caught her attention. Curious as to what was going on in there he immediately walked towards the kitchen.
In front of the kitchen door there were a lot of female servants crowding the place, they were jostling to watch something in the kitchen room.
From inside there came the sound of a woman who was speaking indistinctly because her voice was muffled by the many bodies covering the door. Not to mention the whispering among the servants prevented Amy from listening to what was really going on inside.
"What the hell is going on?" he asked one of the servants whose eyes were always focused on looking inside trying not to miss anything.
"The woman was finally cast out, too" replied the maid, who, after a good look at Amy, turned out to be Lucy. "That's what he gets if he can't keep his wild behavior."
"Who is this woman*ng?"
Lucy let out an irritated sigh, but she still answered her question. "Of course Delilah. Who else is more wild than he?"
"Oh, you're right too."
Does this have anything to do with last night in her husband's room?
"It looks like you're the new waiter here, judging by your attitude of not knowing ap–"
A shrill scream slid out Lucy's mouth as she turned to face him. Both of his eyes were round and wide, staring at Amy with a look of shock and fear.
His mysteriousness not only shocked Amy, but all the servants who were huddling there simultaneously distracted her eyes. Then within seconds everyone hurriedly left to continue their work.
Only then did his eyes meet the look with the look of eyes full of hatred Delilah who was fixed on him. Gritting, he flinch at the radiance of hatred from the brazen servant's eyes.
Who would dare look at me like that.
"It's all that woman's doing, '" hiss Delilah looked at him spitefully. "Bringing him here is a catastrophe."
"Delilah, watch what you say!" molly snapped, glaring furiously at Delilah. "It's not enough that you've made a great disgrace in this house, now that you're bravely cursing the master who fed you."
Not wanting to stay still berated by the waiter jal*ng, Amy walked up to him intent on covering up his insolent mouth.
However, just a few steps away, Meggie appears before him, then leads him out of the kitchen and tries to ease his anger as they walk towards the back of the house.
"Just ignore her, Miss Amy. You'll never see him in this house again anyway" said Meggie, telling him to sit on the bench while he asked the waiter to get a drink.
"What's really going on, Meg? And where's my husband?"
"Master left for work half an hour ago."
Whereas last night he had already said clearly that they would talk about the matter last night this morning. But look now, her annoying husband ran away from her before they solved the problem between them.
"Not long after Mr. Xander called Delilah and Joseph into his study, Mister immediately rushed off to the office."
"Joseph's? You mean Joseph the gatekeeper?"
Meggie nodded his head assenting. "The two fools were found to have done something inappropriate in Mr. Xander's room last night." Meggie glanced at him carefully. "Mr Xander was furious with the two of them for daring to act indecently in his room secretly. Moreover, it caused you to misunderstand him."
Amy was stunned in her seat. Is that what really happened last night? Apparently Markus did not lie to him when he said he was not in his room at the time.
"In addition, Delilah went there actually wanted to make another deadly appeal to Mr. Xander, which unfortunately did not work because Mr was not in his room." Amy's head turned quickly to look at Meggie. "Which then ended Joseph who had been drunk with love to Delilah ambushed him there, which of course was greeted with enthusiasm by the wild woman. That's what the servants who eavesdropped said."
Meggie ended the story by pouring Amy a cup of tea. Although the delivery of the story sounded very fiery he delivered the story with a very flat face and voice. What a strange sight.
Sipping her drink, Amy covered her smile from the emotionless butler. It would be great if he could see his butler's head let out his emotions.
Usually someone who rarely shows his emotions when he explodes in anger then it will look very terrible. About what could provoke those emotions out of this beautiful butler, Amy mused.
Now was not the time for him to think of a way to lure out the emotions of his butler head. All she had to think about was what she had to say when her husband came home.
She shouldn't have acted rashly by hitting her husband last night. If only he could think more clearly he should have seen the CCTV footage before drawing reckless conclusions.
Well, let's just say this is a lesson for him so that later he will be more careful before making rash decisions.

Finished chatting at length with her sister Sophie in the library room, her stomach that had been asking for her attention made Amy rush to go to the dining room. The lies she told her sister were so draining of energy.
It was very difficult for him to make up a fictional story about his honeymoon trip that actually never happened. Although he felt guilty for lying to his family too often, he still had to do this because he did not want to make his family worry about the life of his lifelong marriage.
And thank God his sister believed his lie.
But just to set foot down the stairs was heard the sound of a car outside the house. She immediately canceled her intention to the dining room and rushed forward to welcome her husband who had come home from work. It's not usual for her husband to come home so soon.
Standing with a big smile on his face, he opened the door of the house.
"Finally you're home too" he said cheerfully.
In an instant his happy smile vanished from his face upon seeing who was actually standing before him.
Oh no, not now.
