Luna And The Dire Wolf's

Luna And The Dire Wolf's
Chapters 12. Take a Leave

That afternoon Luna tried to contact Valko repeatedly. He had sent a message more than ten times and called Valko, but there was no answer.

The girl paced back and forth in her dorm room while biting her fingernails. His heart riled because since last night Valko did not reply to messages or raise his call.

"Where are you, Val?" ask Luna worriedly.

Luna sat down on the bed, and tried to think about Valko's whereabouts now. Soon the girl's eyes felt heavy. He threw his body on the bed and then fell asleep.

In a state of slumber, Luna suddenly had a strange dream. This was the strangest dream of his entire life. He could feel the wind beating on his skin. The smell of dahlia flowers also greeted his kiss.

It all feels so real. Luna could even feel the surface of every object she touched. In the dream, Luna sees Valko walking away from the dormitory just like the night before.

"Valkey!" call Luna.

But the man did not look. Shortly thereafter there was a male figure that Luna knew she was Theo. Theo sneaked closer to Valko with a block of wood in his hand. He floated the wood into the air and prepared to land it on Valko's neck.

"Valko, lookout!"

Again Valko did not hear Luna's scream. As a result, the man was hit and fell on the still wet ground. Luna immediately ran up to Valko.

However, when he was about to touch her, Theo dragged Valko's large body. Theo stuffed Valko's body into the tub of a freight car. Then drive that car away from the dorm.

"Where are you taking Valko?" Luna tried to run after Theo's car.

When running Luna steps feel so light. It feels like floating. Luna darted as fast as the wind and continued to follow the car.

"The Sea of Eterno?" Luna frowned after the car stopped at the edge of the La Eterno forest.

However, when Luna was about to follow them into the forest, she was slammed. It was as if there was a shield protecting the forest. Luna was thrown quite far away.the ethics of the girl's body was about to collide with the ground, her eyes were opened again.

"Geez!" screeched Luna while sitting on the bed.

Luna glanced at the clock attached to the wall, then rubbed her face rough. The sunlight began to break through the bedroom window. Luna started to squirm and got out of bed. He immediately prepared to go to college.

Throughout the lesson hours, Luna was unfocused. His head was filled with dream images last night. After he finished class, he headed straight for Abraham's room.

"Excuse me, sir."

"Lake in!"

Luna immediately stepped in and sat in the front seat of the Dean's desk. Abraham stopped his work. Now his gaze focused on Luna who looked doubtful.

"What, are you having a hard time, Luna?"

"Yes, Prof. I can't focus on learning today. Can I take permission for the next few days, Prof? I want to go home to La Eterno."

"If it's urgent, I'll allow it. I'll give you one week. Return immediately!"

"Alright, Prof!" Luna got out of the chair, and immediately out of the room.

***

The sun has changed with the moon still shy peeking behind the clouds. Luna walked through the pine forest that she had been leaving for a month. Nothing has changed. Only the ground as well as the pine trees looked clean from the piles of snow, unlike the last one he came.

Luna again remembered the road that must be passed to go to the eastern forest. It wasn't difficult for the girl, because she did have an incredible memory. For Luna's entire life, she had never lost a single time.

At the front of the housing complex, there is a gate that is also made of a row of wood. The fence was draped by a weed plant with red flowers. Although only weeds, presumably the residents take good care of it because it looks so beautiful and actually beautify the appearance of the housing complex.

"Sparing ...." Luna smiled faintly as she stared at the scene in front of her.

He continued to step, and stopped when he reached the gate of the housing. Two middle-aged men were standing guard there. The two stared at each other, then one of them stepped forward and greeted Luna.

"What's the interest in these nights, miss?"

"I'd like to meet Valko, sir. Can you call it for me?"

The man frowned, then turned his head towards his partner. The two spoke a foreign language, which was not familiar to Luna's ears. After talking for five minutes, the man opened a conversation with Luna again.

"Let's come with me!" take the man who turns out to be Daniel.

Luna followed behind Daniel. Her steps stopped at a medium-sized gazebo close to the residential gate. He was treated to a cup of Chamomile tea and a few pieces of cheesecake.

Shortly after, Alarick came to see him with the man who had been guarding the gate. The father of Valko stared intently at Luna. He did not like to see the presence of the girl.

"Would you like to come here?" ask Alarick ketus.

"Sir, can I meet Valko?"

"He's not here! Go!" expel Alarick.

The man immediately turned back and left Luna. The annoyed Luna finally moved from where she was sitting now. He took a deep breath, then exhaled slowly.

"I know you're lying, Sir!" shouted Luna.

Hearing Luna's scream, Alarick's feet would be glued to the ground. He turned back and looked at Luna with an eagle look.

"I know who brought him back to La Eterno! He is Theo!" luna exclaimed in a trembling voice in anger at the lie uttered by Alarick.

"Theo hits Valko on the nape, then drags him to the car! And he brought Valko back to this forest!"

Alarick. He did not expect that Luna knew the details of the incident that night. Even he did not know that Theo took him by violent means.

"Go! Don't ever look for Valko again!"

"Did you never have someone you loved?"

Alarick. Luna's words made her remember the figure of the wife, who first faced the Almighty. His feelings suddenly wavered.

"Can you live your life without knowing the slightest news from your loved ones?" Luna started to tear up.

His heart was troubled, there was a feeling of unease after having a strange dream last night. He felt that something bad had happened to Valko.

"Sir, please let me meet with Valko. Just this once." Luna cupped her palms together, to plead with the man before her.

Alarick was silent for a moment. He had thought about meeting Luna with the son. However, he suddenly remembered the plague that attacked the inhabitants of his tribe. The elders said that this was a curse, because Valko had already reneged on the ancestral agreement.

"Go! You are just begging as hard as you can! I will protect my people with all the abilities I have!" Alarick immediately inched from before Luna.

Two gatekeepers led the girl outside the Canis housing complex. Luna resigned. He followed the two out with a disappointed feeling to Alarick.
