Chapters 30. Resuming Game

Luna let out a rough breath as she had to answer two other questions posed by Vinny. He really felt he had been cheated by Smilodon on that responsibility.

"The answer is simple, why is he painting himself? It was because in that family only he who liked painting at once could paint. Ah, you must be wondering why not invite another painter?" Luna raised one eyebrow while smiling sideways.

"All right, let's move on!" Berto returned to drive the car.

Valko opened the door slowly. How surprised Valko was when he got into it. The house reminded him of his childhood.

The location of furniture, the atmosphere of the house, and the aroma of food that was often made by his late mother filled the room. Yes, Valko smelled a burrito scent that made his saliva melt.

The savory shadow of the burrito stuffing combined with the tenderness of the wheat tortilla made Valko repeatedly gulp. Moreover, since this morning he had not eaten anything.

For a moment the man forgot his main purpose in coming there. The smell of the burrito obscures Valko's smell from Dorito's scent. However, a moment later Valko again remembered his purpose.

"Damn! Almost just!" Valko patted his forehead then started to close his eyes.

The handsome man's nose began to deflate, trying to sniff out Dorito's whereabouts. Shortly thereafter, he opened his eyes again. A grin was etched on Valko's lips.

"Meet!" exclaim Valko.

Valko immediately ran to a room booth at the back of the house. He broke down the door of the room, and now there was a sight that made his legs feel weak.

Dorito was dying at the end of a rope that tied his neck. His legs continued to move due to the mine's increasingly suffocating ties. Those lekaki eyes were glaring. Both of his hands held the rope that was now coiled around his neck.

"Jeez, Dori!"

Valko immediately pulled the chair and tried to lower Piko from the ceiling of the house. While trying to remove the rope, Dorito's body suddenly fell silent again. The man stumbled with his tongue out.

"Dori ...," call Valko while patting Dorito's cheek.

However, it's all too late. Dorito has lost his life. Valko rubbed a rough face because he saw the person who had been close and good to him die in a terrible way.

Valko's gaze was now fixed on Dorito's shirt pocket. Inside the pocket was a paper fold. Valko took the paper, then read the writing inside.
