Chapter 6. Family Meetings

One month passed, Luna and Valko's relationship bloomed like a flower. Make anyone who sees the two together happy. Every weekend, Valko will visit Luna in Flor City while selling Canis medicines and handicrafts.

"I'll be there, now! Come on, let's go for a walk!" take Valko by phone.

The man developed a smile on his thin lips. Some women in skimpy clothes glanced at Valko while smiling flirtatiously. But he ignored it.

Suddenly a woman in shorts and a low cleavage shirt approached Valko. She stuck a pair of her own grapefruit on Valko's arm and struggled spoiled.

"Hi, handsome! I'm Vanesa, what's your name?" ask that blonde woman.

Valko pulled his arm because of the grisiness with the chewy thing attached there. Instead of moving away, Vanesa was getting closer to Valko. Even now the flirtatious woman rubbed her chest gently.

"Stop it, or I'll slam it!" threaten Valko.

"Uuhhh, I'm scared!" Vanesa put on a face with a contrived expression of fear.

"Go!"

"Come on, what's your name, handsome guy?" ask Vanesa again.

"You don't need to know my name!"

Just now Valko shut his mouth so that Vanesa did not know his name, but instead from a distance Luna shouted to him. Valko patted his forehead, and ignored Luna.

"Valkey! Are you deaf?" shouted Luna while running towards the lover.

Valko blinked repeatedly, while prying to code Luna. However, the insensitive intelligent girl only frowned.

"What do your eyes put in dust?"

"You know him?" ask Vanesa.

"Ah, she's my boyfriend, brother."

"What?" Suddenly Vanesa was surprised and looked at Luna and Valko alternately.

"Aren't you afraid of getting sanctioned for dating in this period? If you get caught by the Campus Council, you'll be punished, that your student is stopped!" Vanesa folded his arms while smiling slylyly.

"I don't think there are any such rules? There go! Don't go near my lover again! He prefers a neat, hygienic packed cake, rather than one left open and exposed to dust!" luna Eject.

"You!" Vanesa clenched his foot onto the asphalt then passed with an acute degree of annoyance.

Valko charming laugh because of Luna's words. The woman is indeed an expert in making her interlocutor upset. Valko immediately swallowed back his laughter after Luna threw a sharp glare. Suddenly the girl pinched the stomach beside Valko.

"Ouch! Forgive me!" Valko tried to remove the deadly clasp of Luna's fingers from her stomach.

"Who told you to flirt with a cheap chick! Look at him, poorer than me! Her clothes alone lacked such materials!"

"You jealous?"

"Jealous? Ha! No!" Luna let go of her fingers and folded her arms while pursing her lips.

Finally Valko's laughter broke from seeing Luna's adorable behavior. Hearing Valko laugh, made Luna even more annoyed. Finally he hit the lover's upper arm softly.

"Haha ... already! Let's go to the Flower Festival!"

Instantly the resentful feelings entrenched in Lina's heart vanished. The Flower Festival is one of the annual moments she loves the most. Luna immediately took Valko's fingers and walked along with her lover.

Along the way to the City Park, their eyes were both pampered with trees starting to bloom. Jacaranda flowers make the feel of the city purple. Not only Luna and Valko, many couples of different ages crowded the streets.

They are all excited to welcome spring. Some of them took photos in the middle of the street with views of Jacaranda trees, and some just enjoy time with family or a partner while eating ice cream.

"Valko, can we see these flowers blooming every year, huh?" Luna stared at the purple colored flower on it.

Valko glanced at the girl at a glance, then looked up. The beauty of the purple Jacaranda flower petals made her heart peaceful. Valko smiled gently, then looked back at Luna lovingly.

"I'm sure we'll see each other this season again next year."

"As long as you accept my circumstances, I will always be your protector, and accompany you at all times, Luna."

Luna took her eyes off the beautiful flowers, then looked at Valco's blue bead of eyes. Luna smiled gently. His heart immediately warmed to hear Valko's words.

"Val, I love you."

Valko can no longer hold back the sparkle of his love for Luna. The man immediately brought his lips closer to Luna's lips, and stuck them together for a moment. The gentle touch they felt made the two lovebirds lulled.

That fleeting kiss, continued to be a kiss full of love and passion. The two of them frowned at each other and enjoyed the tenderness. Their hopes are getting stronger to stay together, despite the differences that stand in the way.

Valko returned to La Eterno forest the next day. He brought stock of Luna's love for the next month. The sky had already turned dark when the handsome man reached his house.

The atmosphere of the house looks different. The house looks more crowded than usual. When Valko stepped in, he was shocked by Berta's presence and his family.

"Have you come?" alarick asked in his baritone voice.

"What's up, Dad?"

"Sit down for a second." Alarick patted the empty sofa beside him, and asked the son to sit down.

"Look, Son. We're talking about your engagement to Andrea, my granddaughter."

"Sorry, Grandma. What engagement, huh?"

"You were destined to be together by ancestors. So, in the near future you will be engaged to carry out the ancestral covenant of the past."

Valko looked at the father for an explanation. Alarick took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. The man twisted his brain to deliver the sudden news which also left Alarick shocked at the beginning.

"Your great-grandfather has made a pact. They wanted to strengthen kinship by marrying off the grandchildren of the third generation. According to the prophecy, the couple of generations when the chief and elder would make the Canis tribe in glory." Alarick explains everything that really happened.

"I'm tired. Can we talk about it another time?" Valko exited the house, then walked towards the forest.

The man wanted to vent his frustration by shouting as loud as possible. Valko continued to step into the forest, then stopped his steps when he reached a ravine. He took a deep breath and then shouted as he could.

"Yeah!" valko shouted until the man's voice echoed and was heard almost all over the forest.

"Well! It's great!" yates Andrea applauded.

"I think your screams are capable of making the guts of a giant gray wolf shrink?" Andrea smiled obliquely as she raised one eyebrow.

"What's it for?" ask Valko ketus.

"I wonder how my future husband behaves up close." Andrea walked up to Valko and wrapped her arms around the man's waist.

Valko who doesn't like to brush Andrea's arm. Not getting there. He slammed the pretty girl's body towards the abyss. Her stomach was nauseous hearing Andrea's rant.

"Valko, are you crazy? I-I could die!"

"I don't care!"

"Please, don't be like this!"

"Ah, you want me to let you go?"

"Don't! I beg!" Andrea's eyes started to heat up.

Occasionally he peered at the steep ravine beneath him. The girl also gulped rough. Finally Valko lifted Andrea again to the ground.

"I hate noisy women the most!"

Valko also left Andrea who is now sitting limp. The girl's tears were dripping from the fear caused by Valko. He stared at the back of the man with vengeance.

"Look! I'll get you to your knees on my feet!" yates growled while wiping away tears.
