Chapter 23. Canis Guildayi

"Where is he now?" ask Berto.

"He's in La Eterno Forest, Dad. Earlier when I was attending an engagement invitation from Lord Vlad, there was a commotion in the party."

"Then?"

"Lord Vlad said that Draco's future fiancee was a droplet of the Goddess Arthemis, Well!"

Berto slowly released his fingers from the fingers of the son. He got up from the chair, then approached Azura. They chose to talk about it in the living room.

"Hows it? Please explain."

"The girl was named Luna, the lover of the son of the chief of the Canis tribe, Well."

"Our old enemy?" Berto.

"Yes, so ... What's Dad's plan?"

"I am Azura Guildayi." Azura reached out her hand while smiling widely.

"Ah, Luna Garcia." Luna also welcomed Azura's hand.

"Are you free today? I want to talk to you about something important."

Luna frowned. How could a person who had just met him have such an important matter to discuss?

"After college I had about 4 hours of free time. I have to go to work."

"I only need 30 minutes to an hour."

The clock shows at 16:00, when Luna and Azura are sitting in a cafe near the campus. Orange tinge combined with clouds and blue mega, creating a painting that so spoils the eye.

Luna started to open the conversation, and asked Azura the intention of meeting her. Azura looked a little shy. He took a deep breath, then exhaled slowly.

"Look, I'm one of the guests who attended your engagement to Mr. Draco."

"Ah, forgive the mess that happened. You must have been very scared to see the incident." Luna looked down a glance then looked back at Azura.

"No, that's not the problem." Azura gulped roughly then grabbed Luna's fingers.

Luna gasped, and tried to pull her hand from Azura's grasp. After the girl's hand was released, it now created an awkward atmosphere. Many bad guesses now crossed Luna's mind.

"Sorry, I'm sassy. But ... Can you help me? I overheard Mr. Vlad saying that you were the Moon Goddess's incarnation."

"Ah, I don't know either. The news is true or not. So, what can I do for you?"

When it reached the outside of the cafe, Luna immediately flicked her arm until Valko's hand was released. He stared intently at Valko as he folded his arms in front of his chest.

"Val, what's wrong with you?" asked Luna annoyed.

"Why what? She was a girl from the Guildayi tribe, an old enemy of the Canis tribe!"

"Then, if he's your family's nemesis, should I also be their enemy?" asked Luna with a slanted smile.

"Look, that's not what I meant. I just don't want you to be taken advantage of by them. They are a greedy tribe."
